I love massage envy very professional I've been going for 10 years now once a month now I'm getting a 90 minute massage whenever I go whenever I finish my massage I have to sit down in the front lobby for 5 or 10 minutes just so I can get 2 eyeballs going in the same direction I'm actually not safe to drive for a few minutes because I am so relaxed / My massage girl her name is echo and she is the best/the very best

Been dealing with a right leg sciatic nerve issue for the better part of the year, it came and went periodically throughout the day, but was always there reminding me of how miserable the pain can get. Then a buddy of mine who recently came back into town was asking me about how I was doing and I actually told him how I really was and that's when he recommended Chris at Massage Envy, he actually booked and paid for the appointment for me to experience this place. I went and it seemed almost too technical, they had an iPad questionnaire and it seems like I was taking my expensive car to get repaired, but after all that, we got down to the meat and potatoes of the massage, he asked me about what was bothering me and told him to focus on my right leg for the shooting pain I continuously had all day long. I seriously don't know what he did or how he did it, but ever since I left that place, my sciatic pain is no longer part of my life, and it reminded me how easy is to forget when everything is normal, how nice that is when there isn't any pain in your body. It's a beautiful thing. So, I am unsure if it was a coincidence or if was it something he did. I don't know, but I am certain that he was the one who made it go away. Or at least I will give it a try again if it ever comes back. It is nice to have a massage every week, but at least I know now that when pain comes, I have a secret weapon called Chris at Massage Envy.

Justin at the front desk was professional, polite and made me feel welcome. Rachel was so awesome. My neck was so tight, I could barely turn my head but she took the time to work the knots out and helped the rest of my muscles to relax. What a great environment and I appreciate their precautions during this time of COVID. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

My therapist was Isaac, and he was amazing--just as he normally is. Professional but approachable, Isaac is the first male massage therapist I've ever used, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. He remembers my preferences from visit to visit, and he knows how to put me at ease when needed. The people at the front desk are fantastic, too! They know me on sight, by name, and the ask me questions about my family, work, etc. as appropriate. They also make sure to let me know when I have enough points to upgrade different services, and when I can't make an appointment for the next month, they don't try to pressure me into anything. I highly recommend this massage parlor to anyone looking for a great experience. Whether you're new to massage or an old-hand at it, Massage Envy is a great place to go.

I didn't put 5 stars only because I almost never leave a 5 star review unless I am beyond impressed and have my expectations blown out of the water. But I was extremely pleased with the service and massage I received at Massage Envy. I just happened to be put with Chris and he was very professional and I left feeling relaxed and relieved of some of my back pain. Wow! Met or exceeded my expectations especially for the price. Highly recommend. The only thing that could have been better is that my massage started about 5 mins late, and they didn't add 5 mins to the end.

I'm a member at the West Wichita Massage Envy location. Have gone for three massages now and every experience has been great. The front desk staff is very helpful, I've had no problems booking appointments. I've had two different massage therapists and they were both fantastic. Although each therapist has a different "touch" or technique, all three massages have been great and truly addressed the issues I have with very sore/tight shoulders and neck. During my last massage the therapist suggested another treatment that will help make the overall massage even more beneficial for me and help to reduce the amount of tension in my shoulders/neck. I can't wait for my next visit. I don't know what happened with the folks who have written bad reviews, but my experiences have been GREAT!!

Angela is my favorite therapist! She's very skilled, educated, and friendly. Plus she remembers my requests on what I do & don't like. My favorite esthetician is Autumn. She too is extremely educated & I enjoy how she explains to me what/why she is doing certain things. Not to mention she has changed my specific skin care so it won't irritate my extremely sensitive skin. I've been a member for a few years, and don't plan on cancelling! All the therapists I've had are wonderful! Haven't had a bad experience yet!

My wife talked me into trying out Massage Envy and I am glad I did. I have had a constant tightness in my back for months and after going a couple of time I am feeling so much better. In fact I got a massage today and feel better than I have in a long time. I have tried several (5) therapist there and have been pleased with all of them.

What a great experience!! They have a deal for initial clients ($55 for a 60 minute massage or facial)! Definitely worth it!! I had Andrea and she was fabulous! Highly recommend!

Great customer service and a wonder body message done by Angela! (highly recommend)! Prices are a bit high, BUT the introductory rates are fairly reasonable and its was sooo relaxing. I will definitely be going again.

The front desk was a mess, my gift card was not honored, my massage and facial were scheduled for the wrong amount of time and my phone call was never returned. **** Since my post, I was contacted and told it was against the law to post the signage that was displayed publicly that states the location is independently owned and operated with a name and direct number to contact.

Great service if you can get an appointment. Do NOT try to schedule an appointment within 48 hours of when you call. You have to plan when you will need a massage or facial.

Wish they had more of a relaxation room while you waited, not very personable, the massage room wasn't very relaxing, decor was lacking, the ambience made it feel like a doctor's office.

Only have had one bad experience. Just ask for a Masseuse that's been their for a while. Around Christmas time they hire new people to keep up with the demand. Some times their not so good.
