I’ve had good experiences so far with this location of Ideal Image all around. Friendly, clean, never too long of a wait. I recently went in for my complimentary service and was nervous I’d get the hard sell for why I needed it, etc. but it was great. Sarah was definitely a bright spot in it all! We had such nice, easy conversation that I hardly noticed the cool toning at all. It was clear that she knew a ton about the technology and made me feel comfortable with the process. People are definitely what make a location/business good and reliable and Sarah represents that to a tee.

Thus far I have been really nervous about the finance aspect because I did not quite understand the terms that the card was charged for the full amount of service. The agents and staff have been very supportive of my treatments and allow me to express my concerns. The laser hair removal for the bikini line was extremely uncomfortable I did not like it and am getting the numbing cream for my next treatment which is an additional cost.

The Girls upfront are all amazing - Faye was super helpful and the techs I've had over the years are most all exceptional... I completed my facial hair removal after 16 months and am very happy. So happy I moved onto the whole body! My last tech, Connor, was extremely knowledgable, professional and personable - she put me at ease and was highly detail oriented. Definitely give Ideal Image a shot if you finally, permanently want to get rid of the hair!

I paid $250 for a lifetime membership (which is the cost to renew every year) to get discounted Botox and a treatment, however, it was never mentioned to me that I needed to schedule the treatment within 90 days from the date of renewal. When I tried to schedule the treatment 4 months after renewal. I was told I would have to pay for it. I will be seeking an alternative med spa for future treatments. The nurse injectors are nice, but customer service is lacking.

The overall effectiveness is great however I have had a lot of issues with getting appointments or ideal calling to reschedule or cancel appointments. Today, my treatment was interrupted by the nurse having to be on a conference call during my scheduled appointment. I wish they would have told me or scheduled around this appointment I made 2 months ago. These treatments are not cheap and it should not be this type of experience. I will say I love the woman who did my treatment and typically she is on top of it and personable.

Jessica is someone who should be the voice and face of Cool Sculpting. She's the best of the best. She absolutely wants what's best for the client. She was my own personal assistant for the time we spoke on our Zoom meeting. You just don't find people like her anymore. I have had mostly good experiences here. Very transactional and hard to see the same person if you like them. Seems like they’ve had high turnover because I’ve never had the same person twice. Best price for Botox you will see anywhere, so I’m not complaining about the every changing staff. If you want to see the same person, go somewhere else. If you want to only pay $8.90 per CC, this is the place for you (that’s why it’s the place for me)

Tiffany is amazing!!! She is very thorough, caring and knows her stuff. After dealing with asymmetry issues with my lips from jaw surgery 5 years ago, I’ve wanted filler in my lips for years now. I finally did it, and Tiffany did such a fantastic job. She spent a good amount of time with me discussing what exactly I wanted, my options and what the outcomes could be. She was so meticulous with the placement of the filler in my lips and she truly wanted to make sure the shape, size and symmetry of my lips were perfect. She legit was like an artist with the filler. My swelling was minimal and peaked the day after the procedure. Two days after my swelling was pretty much gone and by day 3 swelling had pretty much subsided and was unnoticeable to anyone else. I had very very minimal to no bruising. My lips were a little tender the first few days but it’s day 11 now and I absolutely love the volume and outcome of my lips. They are soft and bump/lump free too!! If you’re considering filler or any other procedure then Tiffany is your girl!

They never disappoint, ive only been going a few months, but all the nurses I’ve had are so so sweet, so caring and will do anything to make you feel comfortable even if you feel like your sweating bullets, and falling out your seat. 😅 but I had Laura and she was just the ibest for me, i felt like she was super calming and had positive reinforcement the whole time, was my first time getting cheek fillers so was a little anxious, she just made sure to distract me and give me lots of ice packs and short breaks and it worked out perfectly! All in all everything worked out in the beginning. Firstly, my first appointment was canceled by Ideal Image due to scheduling conflicts on their end. [Updated] once the company saw the following Google review, the tried to make things right. Revised from 2 stars to 3. While service was better prior to COVID, it wasn't great. The office closes for weeks on end without any notice or contact. They cancel appointments without letting you know. They never once have returned my voice mail. And the last time I was there, they were unable to book my next appointment bevause the scheule wasn't out. I was promised repestedly that I was on the list to be called when the schedule opened up, they even showed me the list. Still no phone call to schedule. Very disappointing. Even tried to short change me a visit until I threatened to dispute charges on my credit card. They have no problem contacting me to purchase more services, but are unable to deliver on the ones I already paid for.

I recently signed a contract for laser hair removal and when the Black Friday sales came out which were less than 30 days later I was disappointed to see that I could have gotten much more for way less money had I just waited. I wasn’t even thinking at the time that Ideal Image would be having a Black Friday sale. I called customer service and explained my situation to see if anything could be done since it had been less than 30 days when I bought their services. The customer service rep I got was Rayvin and she listened and understood my issue. She told me that she needed to speak with someone else and she would get back to me the same day. She did and I was told that a refund couldn’t be issued. I told her I would have been happy with at least getting extra services that was associated with the deal and still paying my contracted price but I thanked her for trying. Rayvin then told me that she would work on it and get back with me. This was on Black Friday and the following Monday Rayvin reached out to me and had gotten me the extra services. I’m so appreciative for her excellent customer service. She could have easily let everything go once I thanked her for trying as I had accepted that I wouldn’t be able to get the refund but she continued to work on it. I really felt valued as a customer and will continue to use Ideal Image for my services.

The day i signed up i got all the information i needed to move forward. I was even able to be seen that same day. I am getting a full face laser hair removal and on my second appt (w/o me saying anything) my nurse recognized my problem areas where the hair is thicker and more coarse and recommended a double pass in those spots as well as updated my notes. The results were already good but that made them even better!!! Every nurse following has continued the same technique which lets me know they are thorough and i appreciate that!!! I have never had an issue with booking or waiting to long I'm always in and out in no more than 30/40 minutes Everyone is always so kind. Very pleasant experience i already referred a friend whom started her treatment about a week ago! Idk if theres a referral program but if not maybe adding one would be a great idea!

However, I was told today that I no longer have any facial appointments left and my face still has hair on it. When I signed up (in atlanta and not Virginia) I was told it was for a lifetime and if I got pregnant or something happened and I needed to come back then I would pay a small fee. I don’t understand how I’m out of facial appointments and I’ve just made it to the highest setting. Ive purchased face, under arms, and just recently legs. THE BAD: -I was called back 50 minutes after my appointment time (I was even a little early). I actually heard a woman walk in and say she had an appointment time that started 40 min after mine. She was called before me. I can only assume she was a new customer and that making a sale takes priority over those who have already been sold (I'm paying hundreds every month). Feels like the old bait and switch. -When I called an hour prior to my appointment time to express concern that I may be late because of traffic, I was told there was a 15 minute grace time if I was running late. Totally understandable EXCEPT see above. So they can decide not to see me after a 15 minute grace period when they actually can't see me for 50 minutes?...👀 THE GOOD -The staff is lovely. I adored my tech (?) Ciara. Everyone that I interacted with is friendly enough. -So far, I have seen results and am happy with the actual procedures, though they are pricey. Overall, I'd love to give 5 stars, but I don't have time to hang out for an hour while people get to jump in front of me even after my appointment time. I've got kids. It's hard enough to make this appointment without getting blown off, especially since I can't bring my kids to wait. So, now on top of the price of the service, tack on another hour of babysitting fees.
