It was time to part with our hot tub. We were not interested in selling it, just interested in seeing it gone. We called ECL (from whom we purchased it nearly 20 years prior), and they offered the service of removal. Very reasonably priced. They met their intended appointment for removal, and the fellows doing the work could not have been any nicer or more capable. From start to finish was less than 30 minutes. An overall fantastic experience.

Delivery of the hot tub went well. Electrician was supposed to have the lines run but never showed up so they just did a dry demo. Electrician finally hooked up and a few days later the lights were acting up. Service guy came a few days later, didn’t have the parts needed so he ordered them and came back a few weeks later. So far so good. Happy with the whole process, lights seem to be fine now.

Danny Dangerfield was amazing to work with on our first 4 days of the build and we could not be more satisfied with the Professional quality of build and the people who helped make this happen. Everyone who showed up was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any question asked. We came to East Coast Leisure after we canceled a previous contract for various reasons. Ryan at East Coast Leisure help this with our initial contract. Marian help us with the visual aspects of what potential of our yard could be with the pulling it. Derek has been amazing and answered every single phone call that I've made to him with questions and concerns. We just finished up the end of week one, and I look forward to working with Ross on completing up the next few weeks and getting this pool summer ready. I just wanted to say to anybody looking at getting a swimming pool installed Please look at East Coast leisures as they provided a turnkey product of a fiberglass swimming pool with professional quality and visual imagery for the same price that we were quoted for a smaller vinyl liner swimming pool that would have taken four times longer and not turnkey.

I went in to East Coast leisure Warehouse with a need of a cord replacement to my pump . Big emergency! The two associates were friendly, personable and professional. Overall a great experience. My only complaint was not getting a return call for 3 days. That being said I understand everyone seems to be having difficulty with labor these days. We love the product, but it did not come when it was supposed to. I can’t blame them for this as we have had a pandemic, ice storms where they are manufactured in Texas, etc., I would have appreciated more communication throughout the process as I am a planner, but once it arrived, scheduling installation was easy and delivery was fantastic. Technician, Chad, was on time, courteous and replaced the entire control box on our swim spa in a timely manner. He also timed his visit at the perfect time on a windy & rainy day during the allotted time spot given the week before. Chad came on time Monday; he was friendly, professional and quickly found the leak in my hot tub (a cracked rubber gasket on the heater). He answered all my questions and recommended we leave the ticket “open” and monitor my hot tub water levels and let East Coast Leisure know at the end of the week if there was any problems. The water levels did not drop during the eeek with regular use so called today to let them know that I was very happy with the service and that we could close the ticket. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure (and Chad) for their service !

I purchased a hot tub from east coast, and had a great experience. So we also bought a pool, which seems to be a turnkey install when the contract is written up. The pool is in now, and it is clear that their install team needs constant oversight First, the pool pump was installed facing a wall, against a fence…reading the instructions on the cover or reading the control panel is virtually impossible. Second, they installed an outdoor electric outlet for the dolphin automatic cleaner, but it was installed 60-feet from the far side of my pool and the cleaner only has a 50-foot power cord, So the cleaner can’t reach 25% of my pool. So my WARNING is you have to micromanage the crew a little. They appear to be trained to do things the easy way, not necessarily the right way.

I have purchased two Jacuzzi hot tubs from East Coast Leisure since 2006. I had no issues with either one of them. I only purchased a second because I lost the first one during negotiations on the sale of our previous home. Today, I had a service appointment because I thought there was a leak with my tub Was provided an approximate estimate in advance. They arrived on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. By that I mean, when he took the sides off the hot tub, it was obvious a “critter” made a temporary residence in the hollow space. Tech allowed me ample time to get my shop vac and clean up the evidence. He even performed an extra task at no charge. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure.

My preferred way to unwind after long day is to relax in the tub. However, my two teenagers share the only bathroom with a bathtub and even after a deep clean, candles, and aromatherapy, it is still not a relaxing experience. I began thinking hard about purchasing a hot tub. I first started researching the inexpensive inflatable hot tubs like maybe you have. I was pretty convinced that was the way to go. Then the weekend after Valentines Day, my hubby and I took a trip to East Coast Leisure to see our options but had no intention on purchasing. Well within an hour, we put a deposit on a Jacuzzi hot tub that was a perfect fit with features and price. We were told we had to wait until May for delivery and though disappointed, it was the right amount of time for us to get prepared. So here is what you need to know. 1. Great hot tubs, great price, excellent team. Christian is a great guy. We had fun purchasing from him. 2. We got steps and the hot tub cover with the metal arm- I don’t know what it is called but I can open and closed my tub with one arm. It is a game changer. 3. We were told everything we needed to have ready from electrical setup to getting the base ready. Pay attention to this and do what they say. They know their stuff. 4. Delivery was about two weeks early and though I wasn’t here, my husband loved the guys who delivered it and he said we was surprised at house fast setup was. They talked him through everything, setup the cover, and gave the hot tub an initial treatment for immediate use. 5. Three days later we brought a water sample to East Coast Leisure for testing and were given clear and specific directions on how to get our hot tub where we needed it. We already had all the chemicals need from our delivery so no additional purchase was necessary. However we did purchase an oil absorbing sponge and a little cleaning block for under $13 just to have on hand. The first time in our hot tub, I looked at my beautiful family as we sat together in it and told them that this was the best day of my life. I have used my new hot tub almost every day and I never smell chemicals or feel like it is “work” to get in it or close it up after use. Every one there is so helpful and nice. I am so glad to have done business with them and look forward to continuing.

We had a tree fall in our pool during the tropical storm and the liner was completely ruined along with part of the surrounding concrete. Casey was able to come give an estimate the day after I called. The new liner arrived promptly and installation went so smooth and the concrete looks great as well. Casey made sure to check in or stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. We love the look of our "new" pool!

Installing my fiberglass inground pool was one of the best home-improvement experiences I’ve ever had. They did exactly what they said and did it when they were supposed to do it. David dug the hole on a Monday, Tuesday the pool came and they installed it in the hole, Wednesday they plumbed it and backfilled. I might also add that it was raining on Tuesday and Wednesday but they worked anyway! Electrician came on Friday and had all of his wiring complete by the following Monday. Three weeks later concrete company came out and prepped the deck one day and poured it the next flawlessly. Derek was our salesman and I feel he delivered on everything that he said. Ross was our project manager and he took care of us like it was his own pool! I’ve owned a construction business that deals with homeowners for over 30 years and I have to say that I am impressed with this company and highly recommend them!

This was not the only company I went with. I had a total of 9 companies, 9 different quotes for the same work. East Coast Leisure did not necessarily come out with the cheapest quote. But that's not what I was looking for. But they were very close in price with the other 9 companies I had chosen for qutoes. I have a 3 year old daughter that I am looking to protect, so I want to make sure my pool is the safest it can be. Not go with the cheapest option available. They came out before the summer started and replaced the liner and had my pool up and running and ready for summer in no time. AMAZING JOB!!! Pool looked amazing with that new liner in it. Rene in the office is great. The only thing that bothers me is when they open and close your pool they do not clean it. When they opened my pool this year it was full of leaves even with my cover on and had some dirt on the bottom. I think if you charge that much for openings and closings making sure the pool is clean should be included.

I have been dealing with ECL for years and Sept.2010 my old pool I purchased from there had a blow out, ok winter, I deal with it later. I starting calling different companies in June 2011, to replace it, then I called ECL again. Spoke to Todd regarding what happened to cause the blow out and I needed a new pool. I went to the VB office even though the Chesapeake branch was closer; they hooked me up with a FANTASTIC deal, since this was the 2nd pool. It was installed on July 29, and then the hurricane, I had to hire a pool guy to come out and clean it and cover it for the winter, ran maybe 2 weeks. The pool was opened on May 7th and June 13th it was giving me problems, loud noise and I called ECL and spoke to Ryan(he sold me the 2nd pool) told him the problem, yea he told me about the warrantee problem, and I told him I understood but the motor should last more than 30 days,he agreed. Well he did the right thing and now I have a new motor, just hooked it up and runs great...Nice people to deal with, will defiantly be a long time customer and recommend ECL to anyone..
