I just want to say I don’t normally do reviews BUT when I tell you to go here for JESSICA only! She is such an amazing person and made every visit feel at ease very professional and friendly. I did 6 areas and the process can be painful and anxious but not with her. I had tried someone different once nothing wrong with that lady but it does not compare the energy JESSICA gives to her clients! My experience was amazing because of her and so were my results!

Crystal is amazing and sweet. She listened at my suggestions and didn’t take any offense when I pointed out the tiniest imperfections because I’m just that person who analyzes even a millimeter off. She did what i asked by adding a little more here and A touch there with no complaints or attitudes as some people would react. She did my Botox on Wednesday I wanted a sooner appointment than Monday for my filler and they were booked and said they would make a note. They kept their word and literally called me this morning to come in and get my filler. The ladies have always been professional and sweet. They explained everything in detail and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions. This is my second time going to this particular location. I’ve never been misled on costs or expectations. I purchased my second round of botox and they only charged me the difference to equal the same as last because I had units left from last visit and was pleased. It lasted a long time I went in June and just started noticing the lines on my frown coming back I love them.

Wow! This place is wonderful. As a man, I wasn't sure what to expect or what I was walking into and to be honest a little nervous. The associate that walked me through the process (Che') made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through the things I ACTUALLY needed. I was interested in other procedures but she explained to me that I didn't need them. When I arrived for my appointment, I was scheduled for BBL and Botox. I've never done anything like this before. Heaven sent me an ANGEL in a nurse named Crystal!! She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience informative and comfortable. I'll admit, I wasn't expecting the BBL shock at first lolol but it wasn't bad at all. Crystal and I listened to music and chatted throughout the process and it was over before I knew it. You can tell that she has emersed herself in her role of educating her clients as well as listening to their needs. She cares about every one she speaks with, which is important when investing in a spa treatment. Che is your go-to girl - hands down! Che will treat you like family and share your excitement for whatever look you sign up for! There's not a more thoughtful person at Ideal Image. Serious love her!

I was shaving my chin daily (embarrassing) the hair was out of control, but the laser hair removal treatment has given me the makeover I very much needed and the hair is gone! Really like this place - they are the experts in hair removal for sure! The technicians are all sooo nice - they know that it hurts a bit and give good tips and advice! The ladies are so sweet! I had to cancel my appointment last minute, because my 12 year old dog had been sick all week, and passed away about 2 hours before my appointment. Julie was very kind and rescheduled me, then a short while later she calls to tell me that I can come whenever I want, and that Vanessa would see me. This is the first time i EVER have any type of treatment so i really don't have anything to compare it to. I went in for botox. My appointment was at 11am i go there a little late due to making a few wrong turns! I cam in and i was greeted immediately and offered water. My temperature was taken and i was asked if i had flu like symptoms, they seemed to follow covid protocal which was good. I was then sent to a room and did a telemed session with an NP. After like 10mins the injector came and took me to do my treatment. Iliana was my nurse injector and she was great. We talked and laughed and she made me feel very welcomed. Afterwards i asked what to expect and what to look out for and she was very helpful and informative. Said to call them if i has any questions which i probably will because i do feel some pressure and idk if its a reactionto the botox! Great experience overall!

Didn't like the virtual consultation on Zoom, didn't like paying ONLINE for services costing thousands of dollars. The rep was nice until I questioned paying online, at which time she became condescending and abrasive....comparing me to her parents for being leery of paying online and telling me this is the world we live in. I appreciate the follow up from their customer service team regarding my concerns. The customer service in the physical location is good, not terrible but not outstanding. The call center to reschedule an appointment is rude with their robotic voices, and she hung up on me after I raised my voice because she kept acting like she couldn't hear me or didn't understand.....telling me "first of all" and when I tried to rebook my service on the app it disappeared and shows a different area of the body than what was booked. The app doesn't work half the time but they recommend you use it. Plus the last consultation was over the phone, the man didn't even look at the areas of treatment over Zoom. Honestly if it weren't for Crystal I would give less stars.
