I felt as if I was given the royal treatment! This was my first facial and I had my concerns with my medical history and whatnot, but Alanna was very helpful on explaining things which made it so much easier and comfortable for me to understand and get it done. All the staff here are very kind and professional/knowledgeable in there field(s). I will most definitely return in about 6 weeks for my next facial. If I could give more stars I would. The office is beautiful and clean, staff is friendly and extremely attentive. I really liked their effectiveness in making everyone safe during this pandemic that was a plus for me. Now the Doctor was amazing, very informative and not pushy whatsoever, makes you feel very comfortable, actually calmed my anxiety. I left with a lot of knowledge. I can’t wait to see my results. I am definitely going back and I encourage anyone who is looking around to look no further, this is the place. They also have a very nice nail salon there too which is convenient as a one stop shop, I haven’t tried it yet but thought I’d mention it. Well from the office to the staff and doctor I was very pleased all the way around.

March 23,22 visited Tre Medspa Westchase I had never had any Botox or anything done to my face so I was nervous BUT ARNP Christine Robson made me very comfortable and made sure I knew what I would be feeling and off we went, my results are still in progress but this far I'm very happy. I absolutely LOVE Tre Medspa! I have to acknowledge the providers first for making my experience the best ever! Dr. Pham is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, caring and is all about the patient and having the best experience and results. I had my Botox done by her and I’ve been to other places before and she is by far the best and her staff! Other places I’ve been too have skipped over the patient education and didn’t explain the cost and then you leave confused. I knew exactly what what I was getting and what to expect. And my results were incredible! I also love the Aesthetician Alana! She’s super sweet, smart and amazing at all she does! If your not sure where to go because there’s so many med spas and it’s so overwhelming definitely try this one because you with LOVE it! The atmosphere is amazing too! Diana :)

Dr Pham's office is very tastefully decorated, with a beautiful connecting nail salon. Her staff is friendly and attentive. Dr Pham addressed all my questions and concerns regarding Botox and other procedures I may pursue. I had doubts about getting Botox again due to previous injections with little to no results. Even with touch ups, 2 1/2 weeks later, I feel I have more muscle movement than most experience. Dr. Pham was honest and addressed my concerns. This is not a negative reflection on Dr. Pham. She is well versed in her procedures and I respect the advice she provided.

This is actually the first time I’ve ever sent out of my way to give a review. Like a place that really deserves one. The Place was beautiful and clean . The Dr. (very beautiful lady that she was) Was beyond thorough ! Even though o had Botox before she STILL did in depth explaining as well as embracing every precautionary measure. She was not like the other Dr’s I have been to before where they push you to get LOTS of unnecessary units. She showed me where I needed it and then only charged me for what she thought I needed extra which was 6 more units . I’ll more than likely return to her. She also has a beautiful nail spa. The spa itself was very nice. It has a comfortable, luxurious upscale feel. They are clean and seem to be using all the appropriate infection control measures. Dr. Pham was very friendly and professional. She explained the entire procedure in detail. They offer many services but I appreciated that they were not pushy. Nothing to Lose

Well, I've been getting Botox on and off for 8 years. I have to say it was definitely my best experience. I was impressed by the level a preparation before injecting. She explained the process of the muscles to be injected. I happen to have large veins which sometimes bleed and she used a tool I have never seen before to try to locate them. The injections I verily even felt, as I never use the numbing cream. Whatever technique she used was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and absolutely recommend. On a side note, very personable and had a very nice conversation. Thanks again

Beautiful spa and amazing experience! Dr Pham educated me on the different muscles in my face and how Botox would affect their movement. I didn’t feel like she was trying to over inject or sell me more units than I need. She even told me since this was her first time with her I could bank my extra units for a touch up if needed. Plus the customer service from the woman at the front desk was impeccable. I definitely trust Dr Pham and her staff, I will be back for more service!

Always friendly and courteous... I’ve never had a bad experience here. The doc explains the procedures and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Greatlooking atmosphere and clean relaxing environment very nice. Would revisit this cosmetic place. Dr. suggested different cleaners, eye creams, no pressure in buying items. Will go back for more Botox and face Fillers if needed. Love the products I purchased for my daily cleansers and under eye cream, lip cream, and enjoyed my visit with front desk lady she was polite to me, making me feel relaxed. They have a nice lady to walk you in the room as you wait for the Doctor to enter, she goes over treatments they have on special this month,. I had my first time for under eye Fillers procedures done and it wasn't painfully at all, they give you ice packs and tell you the way you should react to the procedure, bruising my happen but not a lot, just do ask the Dr. tells you and you will be ok. Going back soon. Loved my visit and products.

Best experience ever! I came in for botox and fillers and felt very welcomed the moment I arrived! Dr. Pham was very detailed in her explanation of how facial muscles work and as a bonus, Dr. Pham used a flexible microcannula for my dermal filler injections to avoid bruising. The staff at Tre Medspa were very helpful and the spa was very classy and clean.

From consultation to treatment - the entire experience was educational and smooth. Added bonus - the RESULTS! Literally could not believe the difference. Everything they said would happen , did happen. They properly prepared me for the feeling, the sensations afterwards, the flaking of the sunspots, and how to protect my skin afterwards. *i just realized I'm on my husbands account lol. But I am a 30yr old female with a hereditary deep line in the mid facial muscle. So I purchased a groupon for Botox for this location. I had previously (many years ago) also purchased a groupon for Botox and had NO results. I've had Botox many times so I know it wasn't my face. So after many years I decided to give it ago. I was so happy with this salon. The dr was super thorough. Instead of a few larger injections, where ur left with little nodules on ur face till it dissipates, she did several smaller injections over the middle and superior portions of the facial area. My results kicked in around 3-4 days later which is fairly fast for Botox! I haven't had any tension headaches since that day! I am so happy with my results. I'll definitely be back for my redo

Both Dr Pham and her aesthetician Alanna are fantastic. They are both excellent at what they do and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Pham’s recommendations are conservative and customized to each patients needs and aesthetic goals. There is never any pressure or upsell which I have found elsewhere. She doesn’t seem to want her patients to look like they’ve had a bunch of filler or procedures done. Patient plans are throughly discussed as well as realistic outcomes. I respect that she wants her patients to simply look as though they are well rested or have been on vacation. I have been going to her for years and highly recommend her and her staff.
