I can honestly say from the first time I stepped into Pia Esthetics Day Spa, I knew I wasn’t going anywhere else for self care. Not only is their customer service superb, their knowledge with nails and skin makes you question why you hadn’t found this place sooner. I’m beyond impressed with every visit I’ve had! Regina does my nails and she is an absolute gem. She is very gentle, pays attention to detail, and educates me on how to care for myself better. I literally feel like I’m in safe hands. Treat yourself kindly and check this place out. They have so much to offer!

One of the best mani / pedis I’ve had! Ines took her time and pampered me. She also pointed out some issues with my nails I was unaware of and recommended I speak with a physician. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and made recommendations before I could even ask the question. She was super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Don may be one of the best massage therapists I have ever had! Listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a massage I felt was tailored just for me. The massage suite was perfect. I would give Don 10 stars if I could. Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had!!! The overall experience was fabulous and his hands were heaven sent. He spent time on my problem areas and got rid of the pain. You could tell he loves his job and took pride in his work. He is amazing and I will definitely be back!! Also received a facial by Sol and she was amazing… even tho the extraction hurt like crazy she was very informative about how to help with my acne and did a wonderful job!! 10 stars to Pia!!

Tania did my first ever facial and that was fantastic too. Only disappointment is that if doing a girls day with my sister we wouldn't be able to get our massages at the same time. I got my eyebrows microbladed here with Pia and she is so sweet, funny, and AMAZING at her job. My eyebrows look better than they ever have and it was relatively painless! They put this gel thing to numb the area so I barely felt anything at all. She gives you an envelope with care instructions and ointment for aftercare and my eyebrows healed amazingly. I usually come here for waxing (which is also so fast and painless with pia, I usually get a Brazilian wax and my armpits done and she is like a ninja with the strips) but I decided to try something new and it was the best decision I have ever made. I will definitely be coming back to try their other services. This is my new favorite spa!

Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable and honest. The whole experience was above and beyond my expectations. I got a 90 minute microdermabrasion skin treatment. I layed down on table table with comfy blankets. The room had nice ambiance a lighting. The facial included a massage for your arms, neck, chest, legs and feet which I was not expecting but it was lovely! Lisa was very knowledgeable in all of the different products she used and they all smelled wonderful and I wanted to purchase them all! The facial was heavenly and my skin was so soft and glowing afterwards! There was barely any redness or negative effects in the days after. She gave me 2 samples of products to take home for aftercare. After the facial they even give you a glass of sangria which was an unexpected nice touch! The lady at the front desk with long black hair was also wonderful, helpful and kind. She talked with me about products in the lobby and I purchased a great smelling body oil! The prices all seem very fair here and the place is in a bungalow style home which was very cute! I will be recommending Lisa and Pia day spa to friends and family in the future!

Great clean and relaxing space. My boyfriend and I booked a pedicures and manicure and were very satisfied by everyone's service (i was with the lovely Ines). It isn't a location for nail art but for great high standards classical nails. If you are going to an event or looking for a place that actually cares for your skin and nails' health, this is it! Plus, the prices are fair for the quality. Would recommend and would come back! Thank you to the Pia team for the experience.

My first experience was an enjoyable one to remember! I had such a fun and relaxing time getting my deep tissue massage, and the customer service was out of this world! I have never been to a spa before, so Don the massage therapist walked me through my whole massage experience and he was wonderful! Such a genuine and nice gentleman, he made me feel at peace by just talking with him. The people at Pia are all very heart warming and know how to treat their clients like royalty! I loved the complimented drinks, the scents you smell immediately as you walk into the door.Everything was wonderful! I would recommend this Spa to everyone I know, and next time I will bring my boyfriend along to share the experience! Each and every lady at Pia’s has been amazing. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and enter into a very clean spa. I have utilized the services of 3 technicians (Gabby, Ines & Leslie) so far just because of having different services. Each professional has exceeded my expectations. They are always on time, don’t cut corners, care about your comfort & happiness and the results are wonderful. Pricing is very competitive and I LOVE their online booking! Something else they consistently do, that I love, is when you are ready to pay for your services, the always friendly receptionist will clearly itemize your fees for that visit, they don’t just tell you your balance due. It’s such a professional experience. My next 2 appointments are already booked too :)

As a guy getting a facial because your woman ask you to is not what we normally do, however I did it anyway! It was an amazing experience, let me tell you. Leslie was the one who provided the service and she was absolutely amazing! Every step, my face felt cleaner and cleaner. After the face mask was put on, she massaged my hands, feet and arms while the face mask was drying. My experience here was second to none and if your reading this and your a guy, please do yourself a favor and book an appointment ASAP! They wont disappoint!

Another fabulous experience from the minute I walk through the doors and greeted. Everyone is polite and pleasant... helpful and thoughtful. I scheduled one service and while there had some questions about a sudden breakout I was experiencing. Natasha who has done my facial before, I wasn’t there for a facial, made time to talk to me and make recommendations. Gina, the receptionist ...I hope I have her name correct, was absolutely lovely. She gave me a little sample of something she thought would help and it did. I should mention in my previous visit she gave me a sample of a primer which I loved so much I made sure to buy a tube for myself this visit. I’ve suffered with acne since I was 13 and have spent as many years researching treatments and become aware of ‘scams’. Natasha knew her facts and I felt I was in knowledgble hands and not being taken for a ride or being ‘sold’ to buy more treatments or products.

So i have been so tired of getting mediocre pedicures. i did my research and picked Pia for 3 main reasons. 1. Five star rating. 2. in depth discription of services. 3. Prices posted on web site. Let me say i was NOT disappointed. i could have not asked for a more relaxing experience. Warm sented neck wraps complimentary drinks (wide variety), and my pedicure was perfect. I've recently noticed my skin looking dry with blackheads/large pores, so I scheduled the Deep Pore Rescue facial (1hr facial, half hour clearing congestion) with Krista. I've never had this service before, and my skin is pretty sensitive (combination oily/dry), but Krista made me feel comfortable right away and spent a lot of time getting rid of congestion. Afterwards, as expected, my skin was sore, blotchy and red from the service, but my pores were clearly diminished and I was very happy. Unfortunately, the next day my skin still hadn't calmed down from the treatment and was actually very red/hot like a sunburn even nearly 24 hours later. I called back and spoke to Gina on the phone to see if they offered any advice for what to do in this situation. She told me to come back into the Spa that evening and Krista spent 30 minutes on my skin to calm the inflammation and redness, way above and beyond my expectations! Great customer service and Krista is amazing. Will definitely be booking another facial with Pia / Krista again in the near future.

It was excellent in terms of pressure and helping the back pain I had, I would definitely recommend Pia and Don (my massage therapist). I also liked that when I tried to buy the signature oil, but it wasn't available the staff offered to pick it up from another location and bring it to the South Tampa location (which is closer to me).

Pia is truly the best. At 8 months pregnant, I was so worried to go in but desperately needed to have my eyebrows waxed for my maternity photoshoot. Pia has implemented every single process to keep her staff and customers safe and healthy. From a pre-screening form to ensure customers are not experiencing symptoms, traveled overseas or been in contact with those with Covid, online check-in, credit card info submitted online to avoid paying in lobby, waiting in your car until called, temperature check upon arrival, spotless rooms, Pia wore a medical grade mask and shield, and all customers must wear masks as well. For one of the few outings I have made in months, I felt so safe and cared for. Thank you, Pia!

I have tried other places in between visits at time (do to schedule or what not) and regret it every time.
