Malory and Winnie were a great team and made for a great experience during my laser hair removal. Together they provided a quick, thorough, and effective treatment for my whole body, which could have otherwise been a timely process. I would highly recommend them to others interested in getting laser hair treatments. Malory has been providing my treatments for the past year at the New Tampa office, and she has always been so great that I continued my treatments with her when she switched to the Dale Mabry office. I honestly love the results I've been getting from the treatments and only wish I could have done this sooner!

I went to Ideal Image for my first ever coolsculpting session. I was a bit nervous (new experience!!) but Kristen and Winnie made the experience as comfortable as it could possibly be. Just AMAZING!! This was my first time doing Ultherapy and I was blown away by the care and attention to detail I received from Kashae! While I do understand that this takes time since the procedure helps my body regenerate the collagen, I can immediately feel a difference in my skin and it's only been a day! I can't wait to see how it looks in a few weeks! Kashae made sure that I was relaxed and as comfortable as could be which I greatly appreciated. You can tell she cares about her patients, as today she went out of her way to come meet me on time despite her earlier appointment calling in late and throwing the schedule. I’ve been in the industry before and that’s difficult to do. Both friendly and fun to talk to, she made the session a joy. Not to mention how thorough she is! Winnie is very careful about her techniques and ensures that the session is completed in full. She’s extremely considerate as well, often asking to make sure that her patient feels okay, doesn’t need a break...etc. I look forward to coming back and visiting her. She’s treated me both for laser and cool sculpting, and both times she’s truly been fantastic. I’ve also been seen by Kristy and Shelly in the past. Shelly was the first service provider I was ever scheduled with and she calmed my nerves about the whole thing, constantly asking how things felt and doing everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. I’m always happy to see her if the appointment happens to align with her schedule. Kristy is who I’ve been seen the most for several laser sessions and I absolutely adore her. She’s so fun to talk to and the session goes by in the blink of an eye. She’s fantastic at taking your mind off the laser and is very careful to go quadrant by quadrant while working. She’s super thorough and sticks to the diagram she draws on you too. I love all three of them and hope you get the chance to see their work. I wish I could write more to sing their praises, they’re all punctual, friendly and overall incredible.

I’ve been going to Ideal Image in Tampa for a few months now after moving down from New York. The transfer process was really easy. Today I went in for my laser hair removal appointment and my NP Laura was so thorough. She walked through every aspect of my medical history — more in depth than anyone else has — and went section by section to ensure we weren’t treating anywhere we didn’t need to, which she explained can actually stimulate hair growth if there isn’t hair that needs to be treated there anymore! She is obviously really passionate about what she does and super experienced. I wish I could I request her every time! Knocked off one star because I’ve had to wait awhile every time I’ve gone in for an appointment. My old Ideal Image in New York would take me within a minute or two of walking in, if the NP wasn’t already waiting for me.

So I was forced to mask while he walked around the lobby without one. They were not friendly, didn't offer me water or really say much of anything. During this session she looked at my chart to see what settings I would need to be on and mapped out the areas of treatment and explained everything before, during and after treatment very professionally. I am on my 8th treatment for laser hair removal. I have had a problem with hair on my chin and neck for over 20 years. I always thought I had PCOS but tests said I didn't have it. I thought I could never afford laser removal. It was so bad I had to shave every day and had stubble by late afternoon. It was so embarrassing and I never wanted my husband to touch my face. I may be on my 5th laser hair removal treatment (missed 2 due to closing) This rating is particularly for one nurse , Shelly. I will say that her precision and attention to detail is appreciated. She also has a way of making the experience less daunting maybe because of her conversational ways and her demeanor overall. It's important to me that when I'm paying money for a service, I feel I can trust whoever is going to be vital in the process. When scheduling future treatments, we may sometimes have a different nurse but I had a terrible experience once with someone who didn't acknowledge my concerns prior to , during or even after treatment. I received the complete opposite service with Shelly and that's what's led me to leave this review. The front staff are friendly and welcoming as well and the location is always clean ! As far as progress, I've seen a significant reduction in hair growth , about as much as I should at this moment in the process . (10% reduction each treatment.)

Today I found out it was my last lip session and that the "lifetime guarantee" still cost around $200 per touch up. While I understand unlimited treatments is unreasonable, it should not cost a quarter of the total service cost. I also expected my last session to be more thorough and not as rushed as it felt. With all previous sessions the nurses made sure to cover the complete area along with both corners of my mouth but this one did not. In conclusion, I found myself very unsatisfied when I noticed there were spots missed after my final session and I would have to pay more if further treatment was needed. It would be nice to be advised of the touch up charges when told about the"lifetime guarantee" upon purchasing of the treatment.

I’ve been coming here for years, multiple laser treatment areas and I’m happy with the results. It really works! The staff is professional and knowledgeable. My only issue is their new policy that you have to confirm your appointment via a corporate email 48 hours before or your appointment in automatically cancelled(no warning). With everyone’s inbox flooded with spam and companies trying to sell us stuff, I missed the email and nobody called me or texted me to tell me they cancelled so I showed up at my appointment time and was told it was cancelled! I was so mad that I took time off work for this appointment I made 6 weeks ago and to be cancelled without warning because I didn’t click an email is crazy. Luckily, the ladies at Ideal were able to work some magic and despite being booked solid, I was able to get my laser treatment within 30 minutes. It all worked out in the end but this appointment confirmation system is very frustrating. At least give me a call or text option vs a generic Corp email!

I started my treatments here after having a bad laser experience in a famous MedSpa in South Tampa. My experience with Laser at Ideal Image has been excellent! Yes they are more expensive, but you get the best lasers and best NPs. I like seeing Kristie or Hala, both are patient and caring. Be cautious where you do your laser. Keep in mind many places can be good for filler or botox but not for hair removal. It’s a long commitment!
