Fabulous service, great prices. Had my hair done and have already received lots of compliments. Kevin Murphy and Morrocan Oil products used and available. Small but very nice selection of candles. Would have loved to get a facial and massage but didn't have time. Only bad thing is that the bathrooms are the main ones in the hotel lobby and they were not clean and reeked of urine. Spa probably can't control this since it's the hotel's domain. Would highly recommend the hair services.

Massagers and massages are great here love it! They did burn my face during lazer hair removal but I enjoy the massage

Lydia was amazing. She was professional yet friendly. Very relaxed and welcoming. She is knowledgeable of her trade and really listened as well as explained as she went. I was so relaxed but more my body felt so great and she took away a lot of pain. The spa was luxurious.

I visited today and was so lucky to have Monica as my massage therapist! She was so kind and accommodating from the start. When I told her my birthday was tomorrow, she immediately offered champagne and was so sweet. The massage itself was hands-down the best one I’ve ever had! The massage room and overall atmosphere was beautifully set up and Monica made sure to let me know that if at any time I didn’t like her pressure, to let her know so she could make sure I had the best experience possible. I highly recommend visiting Spa St. Louis. It is a beautiful, luxurious experience and all of the staff truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Monica! ❤️

Something about Lexi's pedicures are magical. My toes look so beautiful afterwards and stay that way longer than pedis I've had at other salons. She's low key and provides an utmost relaxing experience. The salon also has delightful aromatherapy and plays perfectly chill music. 👍👍 …

I went in for a pedi and my 1st ever massage. I had the best experience and left feeling so relaxed! Lexi did my pedi and Monica did my massage. Both were amazing! I can't wait to come back. Definitely would recommend!

My masseuse was Anthony. He made sure to go over what I wanted and discuss any areas of concern. It was a very thorough massage and I felt great afterwards. All the staff in general were very welcoming abs friendly.

I got a facial with Kelsey last week, and let’s just say all my expectations were met and exceeded. From the moment I walked in the front desk offered me champagne while I waited. Once I got in the room Kelsey took her time to explain everything and really find out what my goals and needs were. I mentioned I wanted to just relax and get a good cleaning and she walked me through everything beforehand so that she made sure not to “bother” me during! I loved that, she did mention if I had any questions not to hesitate.. from her pressure to her massage techniques I couldn’t have been more satisfied! I am an esthetician in Chicago so I know what I want and expect and I was extremely pleased. If I am ever back I will make sure and go to her again!!! She was the best! Thank you Kelsey!!!

A sanctuary in the middle of St. Louis. I stayed at Hotel St. Louis for conference, and was in dire need of a haircut and color. Miranda cut and did subtle balayage on my hair to mimic Sandra Bullock’s hair in Ocean’s Eight. She hit it out of the ballpark!! Spot on. Couldn’t be happier. I am actually very picky about colorists; so compliments and reviews about haircuts and color are a rarity from me. For picky people, you need to come here. The salon itself is very reasonably priced (better than Atlanta, GA) and the amenities awesome. I love the hair products they used—they smell heavenly. Oh yeah! The product used to lift my color was ammonia free so I didn’t have to smell any off putting fumes. Schedule with Miranda soon before she gets all booked up.

Amazing experience for first massage ever. I originally books on Groupon for couples massage. I called to make an appointment for Saturday but was told they do not take Groupons on Saturdays. They said they would still honor the Groupon pricing and I could just cancel the Groupon. Very peaceful, thorough CBD massage. Therapists were great. Also go champagne at the beginning and water at the end.

WOW!!! Amazing stay at Hotel Saint Louis and an amazing day at Spa Saint Louis too! Corey is a good friend of mine and suggested we come stay at Hotel Saint Louis and then take advantage of the spa that is connected...WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! Even our 18month old had a blast and everyone was so welcoming. Huge s/o to Corey for the recommendation and taking care of me and my family! Brando at the front desk was great! Very accommodating and quick to get any and everything we needed for our entire stay. Lexi from Spa Saint Louis gave my fiance an amazing birthday gift in doing a full mani/pedi with a top notch customer experience (My fiance was ecstatic coming back to the room)!! All the doormen were the nicest most caring people and I would highly recommend not only Hotel Saint Louis but Spa Saint Louis too!! Talk about a double whammy! Thanks again Corey for making this all possible and looking forward to our next stay and spa day in Saint Louis!
