I spent the afternoon revitalizing and taking care of me, so I checked out The Sauna Haus. I spent 45 minutes in a salt room, relaxing and breathing in micro particles of salt that open respiratory airways and improve skin. This was the best experience ever! The owner was so sweet, so informative, and so welcoming. The environment is a relaxing oasis that I never want to leave. I will most definitely be back! And of course I loaded up on all things Himalayan salt. Thank you so much, Lori, for the incredible experience today! You are beyond amazing at what you do!

Yes, I work here but this review is as an Endosheres client. I didn't know my body needed some lymphatic drainage...now I know I need it. It helps me sleep hard and wake up early ready to go! The amount of energy I get from a session is crazy good. Cellulite is also reducing on legs, so bonus!

I have been going to the Sauna Haus for a few years now, and still love it. The staff are terrific, and I appreciate how much the salt therapy helps my allergies. I also just received a facial from Cassie and it was wonderful. She really works with you to improve your skin and understand different aspects. I never had a facial before, and I will be returning! She did a great job. The Sauna Haus is such a relaxing place; I can't give it enough stars.

I have never been in a infrared sauna before and I can say that it was amazing. The service is great here, they provide water and lavender towels for when you are done. I will be coming back for sure.

The Sauna Haus is a relaxing experience that everyone in Sioux Falls should try. Their design of the facility is top notch and very classy down to the smallest details such as the cold lavender towels after the sauna, the blankets provided in salt therapy, and the tea lounge area. It is definitely worth a try, and I’m interested in seeing the health benefits moving forward from salt therapy.

Perfection! I love going as an excape from mom life. Sitting in the inferred sauna has helped my muscles, helped my body detox, and is the perfect time out! The above and beyond little extras they offer you are so worth it! I have even enjoyed the benefits of breathing in the salt therapy room, almost like sitting at the ocean side! The staff is wonderful, get a membership because you will want to reason to return!

My/our first session was yesterday, birthday treat from my daughters. We enjoyed the sauna, atmosphere and staff/owner very much. So much we booked for today again, went in and did the sauna and immediately did the salt therapy-awesome-so relaxing.

I was at my wits end and didn’t know where to turn. I had a sinus infection and wasn’t receiving help from my physician, due to the flu outbreak they couldn’t fit me in. I was told about Sauna Haus from a friend and decided to try. I went to the salt room first to try and receive some relief. I FELL ASLEEP. The warm blanket, the 0 gravity chairs, relaxing music, soft lighting, and most of all the salt began to clear my sinuses! They finely grind it and release it into the air. Since then I have gone back three time and am now in good health. Today I tried their sauna and fell in love. It is dry heat without steam so you don’t over sweat and you don’t feel like you are suffocating. It’s relaxing and overly enjoyable. Such an awesome place. You can trust me when I say these things due to the fact I created a gmail just to write them a review. Plus their gift cards are going to make perfect Christmas gifts!

How did I ever live with out this place! My daughter and I try to go weekly. First of all, the owner is the sweetest person and a gem! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the place is spotless! We love how we feel after the sauna. If you haven’t ever tried this place you need to make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!
