AMAZING SERVICE!!! Jenny Lee ,Grimes and the sweet receptionists in the front are all so kind and helpful!!! Jenny Lee goes ABOVE AND BEYOND I ALWAYS request to see her for my sessions. She’s AWESOME! To anyone complaining about the services taking too long or appointments being backed up need to grow up and schedule your own appointments months in advance! They have hundreds of patients you need to be responsible for your treatments, they can’t baby everyone. If you are responsible and proactive your sessions are smooth and quick. Had an amazing first time experience at Ideal Image Northgate! Everyone here was so helpful and nice! Jenny was my laser nurse and she was absolutely amazzzzingg! She explained the process every step of the way and was very gentle while doing the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety a lot! Sonnie at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful! She was able to help me with the relocation process, since I'll be moving to another state. Jenny performed my laser hair removal at my last appointment (Sept 2022). She was one of the most thorough technicians that I have encountered at Ideal Image to date. I'd say that the majority have been professional, efficient and personable, but Jenny went a step beyond. I was very impressed and will ask for her again and again. I am on my second round of treatments different areas) and have been with Ideal Image for a couple of years.

My NP was wonderful and caring throughout my first cool sculpting treatment, she made me feel very comfortable (unsure about her name spelling, I believe it was Solmaz?). The reason for the three star review is because I was upsold the “lifetime guarantee membership” at the time I purchased my laser hair removal treatments (that worked wonderfully) but this membership was a full scam. It was $250 and the sales lady wouldn’t let me opt out of it. She said I can apply this $250 to any other treatments I wanted in any future years, but when I tried to apply this $250 to my recent cool sculpting procedure, the sales man said that $250 had a one year expiration. This one year expiration was never communicated to me, the initial sales lady said it had no expiration. Extremely misleading and unfair experience of being forced to pay the lifetime guarantee membership while obtaining zero benefit from it.

The process to make an appointment is a HASSLE and it feels like they are trying to scam you in some different ways (maybe not scam but definitely upsell) but my actually experience with laser hair removal in the office has been awesome. Really clean and professional environment.

Some specialists are awesome (very care about what do I feel and can adjust the procedure for my better comfort), some unfortunately not (yesterday I told 4-5 times to slow down and make breaks when it’s too painful. But they didn’t hear me and tried to finish quickly).

Most of my experiences with Ideal Image have been AMAZING. I feel so bad not being able to say specific names, but the woman who did my botox was GREAT. The woman who did my CoolSculpting was ALSO AMAZING. And the woman (Maeve maybe) who did my filler yesterday was the most amazing one yet. She was so reassuring the whole time and made me feel relaxed, even when I started to get light headed and she handled it like a champ. The main associate I have dealt with at the front desk is Leslie and she's SO SWEET, I love the chances I get to chat with her. The only annoyance is obviously the struggle to get in for services, they are booked many months out, and when I did finally schedule my next CoolSculpting session on a day that worked for me, I get notified the next day they cancelled it and rescheduled me for even another month further without even asking or notifying me that they were doing this. But overall, great experience and I have been happy with my results.

Staff are very helpful! I always receive great service when I come into Northgate. I've been a customer for 10+ years now and purchased nearly all services I feel like. Today was hair removal and the nurse squeezed me in for a botox touch up! So sweet of her, I really appreciate it because I live 45 minutes away.

I LOVE this team - from the minute you walk through the front door the ladies at the desk are always smiling and so kind. The consultants are always walking around sparking up conversation with customers and really make you feel comfortable by getting to know you. The nurses are phenomenal! I have had my treatments with just about all of them and have never had a bad experience. They really find a way to make you not feel uncomfortable about a situation that could be really embarrassing. I highly recommend Ideal Image at Northgate and am always sure to tell my friends and family too

Kim is my FAVORITE! She is the sweetest and kindest person I’ve met at mill creek ideal image! Grimes was amazing. However, I was misslead when I purchased my 10 coolsculpting. I was told very different things. Grimes did let me know what the truth. I appreciated that. However, I might have thought more about weather to go forward. The process is definitely more painful then I was lead to believe. I am very bruised on one side verses the other. However, Grimes made my experience much more pleasant because of her honesty and her great care. I really appreciate how she treated me.

She did a wonderful job. The Northgate office was decorated for Halloween and it was so cute! I wish the front desk/reception was more welcoming and friendly. When they first called me to schedule my appointment and again to confirm my appointment, they seemed really dull and not friendly. They didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns before coming in for the first time. On my way over to my first appointment, I got very nervous and was afraid that everyone in the clinic would be like that. I wish that experience was a better reflection of the clinic as they are the first to greet personally greet you. However, I really enjoyed my first time experience with JJ. She was so kind, patient, and understanding with me as I braced myself for this experience. She made it easy, comforting, and quick!

I was contracted for underarms and lower leg, which for my experience initially and towards the end with my contract renewal, was a frustrating experience with backend administrative managing, professional communication, awareness and trainings, and coordination. It was pretty obvious. If they are able to correct that process/flow that would be great, and a game changer for me. HOWEVER, my session experiences were great! All the nurses or NPs (ARNP/APRN) I had were wonderful human beings individually and were always very professional. Specifically, I enjoyed my experience bonding with Jillian and Emjay(?) who provided me with great care and quality service coaching and putting me at ease with each and every appointment. It was like meeting up with old girlfriends with their bubbly, pleasant, upbeat personalities, communication skills, and candor, looking out for my best interests as to what to expect for treatments and post treatments and to just touch base regarding life outside of visits as well (especially with grad school). I became super bummed towards the end of completing all my sessions as I had relationally bonded with these ladies and always looked forward to my visits/appointments with them.

This is the second Ideal Image I've gone to and I have to say everyone here is just so sweet and welcoming. I appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and warm environment the staff bring to the clients/patients. Rachael has done my care the last two times and no matter how busy they are, she makes sure I'm comfortable and that any of my questions are asked and answered without feeling rushed. She's absolutely AMAZING! The only thing I wish was different was the amount of time between clients/patients. I feel like the appointments are too close together. The staff do such a good job, but they must have to rush extra fast between clients to sanitize the rooms and set up for the next appointment. More time, even just 5 extra minutes, between appointments wouldn't just reduce worker stress and give them more time for set up, but would make sure that any questions/concerns/side effects or any other complications could be addressed immediately without eating into other appointments and causing extended wait times. More time between appointments would also allow for more availability to squeeze in emergency appointments as is sometimes needed when being a health care provider. A more relaxed schedule would make workers and clients alike more comfortable with better care being provided.

I gave the 9 rating only because it was my first time at the Northgate location. It would have been nice to have received a call letting me know that there was sidewalk cleaning happening and all the parking spaces in front of the building were not available. I had NO IDEA where to park as all the parking signs said "Ride Share Parking". I called the "location" and received a call center who then transferred me, at which point I was told where I could park. This caused me to be a bit late for my appointment. Having said that, I was greeted by Suki who was wonderful, was very friendly, informative and calmed any fears I had regarding the procedure. I have a second appointment and requested Suki again.

Everyone is very pleasant when I come in for an appointment. One thing I learned though is if I get a nurse who is good at her job and very thorough, I make sure to try and schedule with them again because it can be very inconsistent changing people every time, and there is usually I high turn over.

My husband bought the BLT treatment, however after the second treatment his skin was very burned so he had to see the dermatologist. Because after this experience,my husband didn't want to continue with laser treatment. I called the Ideal Image and explained to them this situation.Because my husband paid advance for the whole treatment I wanted to ask for the refund.However, I was told that the money couldn't be refunded.So I asked if I could have some of the treatment instead my husband .I was vigorously told that only my husband can use the remaining money for different treatment.Because it's not a small amount(over $1,000) I was very dissatisfied with the answer, mainly because I spent in the Ideal Image more like $6000.I wanted to talk with a manager , however ,they told me that the manager isn't there so I asked for the manager's email address , but they told me they can't give it to me but the manager will call or email me back(which I was told twice four months ago).My question is whether the Ideal Image is one of those companies that takes people as numbers and money supply,where client hasn't not any rights. As of today, we have not received any response from the Ideal Image office. After writing a review, the manager followed up with me .Thank you.

I didn't catch the name of the woman at the the front desk but she was friendly and helped me find an appointment that works well with my schedule. I've had some issues contacting this location because the phone tree wants to funnel you through a master call center. I don't love the larger company's way of doing business, but everyone at Northgate is fantastic. JJ is my tech, and she is the kindest, most upbeat person. I look forward to every visit with her.

I really love and enjoy my experiences coming to ideal image. All the staff are incredibly kind and know what they are doing, and make the whole thing easier for me, since laser hair removal is definitely not a painless process. My only issue with the Northgate branch is the scheduling problems. I've had more than one issue with this. One time I was scheduled at the same time as someone else with the same practitioner, and she had to keep switching between rooms. She barely had time for me. In another instance, my appointment was canceled out of the blue and for literally no reason. And I wasnt contacted, so I drove all the way from Olympia to seattle (winter break from college) just to find out they couldnt get me in that day because one of the desk staff just randomly decided to take me off the schedule. I feel like 2 instances like this are 2 too many, and I really think this branch could use some work in this area. That being said, I still would recommend ideal image. I love the discounts they offer around the holidays and specials and things like that, and the customer experience otherwise is great. I always get offered water or coffee too when I walk in, which I love.

Sukni was my provider for my 5th laser hair removal treatment. She was incredibly knowledgeable and told me things about the process I hadn’t yet learned. She also was quick and made sure it was as pain free as possible. She told me about other treatments I was curious about while not being pushy that I should book them. Great service! The office is incredibly clean and their covid protocol is perfect. Everything was sanitized and there is hand sanitizer everywhere!!

I came in today for my Botox touch up. I have had this treatment for 10 years. Isaw Bebe she is the third person to ever inject me. I was nervous because I have only had two other injectors and I hate needles. She did a wonderful job I will see the results in about seven days and go from there. I just saw Rachael R. What a great experience. She was direct, kind, and through. I've been having back issues, and without thinking took IB Profin the day of my appointment (I know better...). She was so patient as I ended up bleeding more due to my own error. She realized I was nervous, embarrassed and made an environment of safety and understanding. She made me feel understood and safe. I knew she was doing only the best treatment for me. Also, before she looked at photos of what I wanted and we discussed various options based on my facial structure and what would achieve the best look. In the end, I woke up today SO pleased and even with my own error of taking meds I should before this type of procedure I have NO bruising, least amount of swelling I've ever had (I've done filler for about 2 years now), the exact shape I wanted and symmetrical. I cannot say enough about my overall experience and I'm so glad I was able to find a staff just as knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming as the ladies at the Ideal Image in Peoria AZ. Now in regards to my hair removal, I am beyond excited. Yes it is pricey, yes I was a little rattled when they opened me a line of credit (because who wants more debt right?) and of course I was extremely worried about the results that I have seen on other African Americans where the color in their skin was completely removed along with the hair BUT I was able to express these concerns and talk about these concerns until I felt comfortable. My results are wonderful! Sure there is momentary discomfort but it is SO VERY WORTH IT! My facial hair is now minimal and I recently was "Hollywood Waxed" but I guess I should call it "Hollywood Electro..fied" lol I don't know, but you get my drift. I drive quite a ways to get these services done because I am a happy customer. I just want to thank the Northgate Seattle staff for their kindness and patience! And for laughing at my corny jokes! The staff here is absolutely amazing! That being said... is the cost worth it? No. The results were very minimal for me on my stomach. It actually did help with stretch Mark's! My underchin had more results for sure which was great! But it's nothing drastic, just a a noticeable difference. I spend about $8000 for front lower and upper stomach, and my neck. A botox session (which takes months to schedule btw) and a free included armpit laser removal. Laser is great! results are seen by with the first treatment. End of the day If I ever spend money like this again I'll get actual Lipo.
