She is pretty intuitive on what is needed at the time. I highly recommend this place as a way to de stress and relax. Great environment and people!

When I tell you this place is heaven on earth, I mean it. I booked an hour massage for me and my friend for my birthday over the phone and they were able to accommodate the day and time that worked best for me. We walked in and was greeted with smiles and hellos. Olga was the one who worked on me. She was so sweet, and had the cutest accent! She had amazing flow. I always can tell in a massage when it's just repetitive movements and it doesn't feel customized, but she had such little details with the way she was moving her fingers and it felt very customized to what I was wanting. The heated tables were amazing, and I was honestly contemplating on booking another hour because it was so good. The price was right, and both gals we met were very personable and made it a very good experience! I will definitely be coming back to see Olga

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is always so professional and polite. The facility is updated, clean, and quiet (which is surprising since it’s in between a trampoline park and a gym). Heated tables, cool water, hot tea, pleasant music… all the good stuff. Shar does THE BEST work! I’m not sure what it is about how she pinpoints my knots and then maneuvers my muscles around it to release it, but holy cow does it work! I’m never disappointed. I also highly recommend the prenatal massage for pregnant moms. I wasn’t aware that this was a thing, but talk about some relief from my nerve and back pain! Do yourself a favor and come here. Its worth it!

The spa is upscale, impeccably clean, well-appointed, with a quiet, calming atmosphere. The team is very qualified, experienced, and talented. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. I had Helen. I regularly get massages so I know what I like. Helen listened to what I had to say before we started the massage, and she was awesome. The facilities were very nice and I was really comfortable. I especially like that they wipe your back down with a hot towel, and place a hot towel under your neck. I had a great experience at Zen and I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first massage. I have been skeptical of the prices of massages in general but I have had a tweaked back recently so I chose Zen out of proximity to my house and the reviews. TOTALLY worth every penny. This place was incredible and well worth the online hype. The online booking system was fast and efficient. The ambiance of the rooms and waiting areas was fantastic, and the massage was just what my back needed. I had Helen, the owner, and got to know her a bit throughout the massage. She's an incredible human with amazing stories and a real passion for life. I walked away thinking I was lucky to have randomly chose Zen Massage and am excited for next time.

My neck has been giving me some problems for a few weeks. I've never had neck problems. Two days ago I woke up and my mobility was so bad that I needed to do something. I had a friend who I knew had bad neck problems and so I asked him what he did fort it and he said I have to see Helen at Zen Massage. I took his advice and I'm glad I did! She was awesome! I feel soo much better. She also graduated from medical school, so her advice was awesome on what I need to be doing with my stretching, diet and posture. She's also in really good shape and has strong hands, which I liked. She's definitely my massage therapist for life now!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. The environment is super awesome. Feels extremely zen. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making you feel relaxed before even getting massaged. The massage was perfect. They listen to you when it hurts and also give very great advice on how to avoid more injury. I left feeling like a new person! Called in on a Saturday morning and thankfully they were able to squeeze me in for a 90 minute massage. The setting was quite nice and peaceful. Keegan Hughes did a great job, it seems she has quite a bit of experience as it was one of the better massages I've had in the last few years. (I have about 8 massages a year) Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

Zen Massage is great. I've been there three times and was very pleased each time. Ryan, my therapist, does a great job. He is very nice and polite and always asks questions to make sure I am comfortable and that he works on the areas that I feel the most need. They have water and tea for you after your massage is done and a nice area to sit and relax for a few before you are on your way. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are both amazing and knowledgeable Massage Therapists who have worked through our injuries, overworked muscles and built up stress. The Therapists are not only great at their jobs, but also provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I recommend Zen Massage to all of my friends. Regular massages are one of the best things that I have ever decided to do regarding self care.

I was recommended by my Doctor to see a massage therapist, as I unfortunately have been experiencing painful back spasms and discomfort at night. I’m constantly in pain. I had a thirty minute session with Mrs. Shar. She is a wonderful massage therapist, very kind and understanding, and very good at what she does! She’s dedicated to her work, and very gentle with everything she does! Aside from Mrs. Shar, the atmosphere was very calming, welcoming and over all, wonderful. It’s quiet, peaceful, & this place has a wonderful vibe! This experience influenced me to become a member at Zen, and I am excited to come back for my next massage! My boyfriend and i went in for a couples massage. Sophia and Keegan were are therapists and they were nothing short of amazing! They made us feel so comfortable& relaxed we were almost asleep by half way through the massage! Keegan did a personalized massage to fit my boyfriend's lower back needs/ problems and she did everything absolutely perfect! There prices are the best we found and the service was definitely worth it.. Also. Keegan helped us check out and pay and we over paid by 20 dollars and she went out of her way to run to the parking lot to catch us before we left! I have received massages from both Helen and Aundrea. My needs are for restorative, deep tissue work and I highly recommend both of these ladies for doing exactly that type of work. As a software developer, I spend many hours each work working intensely at a desk job and I regularly experience all the attendant neck pain and lower back pain associated with sitting many consecutive hours in a chair working on complex technical issues. It has taken a long series of two hour appointments for Aundrea to essentially beat my muscles into submission, but she definitely understands what structural muscle manipulation is all about and the complex ways my muscles tend to bunch together because of my work. We are mostly in a maintenance mode now and Aundrea's deep tissue work continues to keep me mostly pain free and relaxed, even when I work through stressful weeks at work.

I visited from Boston on a ski trip - dropping in on day 5 for some help with ski muscles. I also have TOS from a lifetime of desk sitting. I asked for attention to certain spots and the therapist planned a massage to do exactly that. And it was done very well with great sensitivity. In addition the whole experience (ambience, music, cleanliness) is superb.

Dallin has developed excellent massage techniques that stand out from other therapists. He knows how to prep your muscles and give them time to warm up before going into any deeper sort of massage. The massage is very effective while also very relaxing and I recommend him highly. The prices are very reasonable, but book well in advance because he has many clients.
