Just to get a couple thing out of the way: Yes, the location is in a kinda sketchy area, and yes, the facilities look to be somewhere between 20-40 years out of date. There's some obviously antiquated design decisions like the showers being separate from the spa rooms instead of each private room having it's own. Make sure to lock your car doors. BUT, that said... My wife and I really enjoyed our first visit here! Our condominium facilities and pool closed over a year ago, and I had forgotten how much I missed having regular access to a hot tub! Reservations are same-day only, but easy enough to get and the times are flexible. The price is reasonable enough in my opinion. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and spa tub, though aged, were clean and well maintained. The water was perfect and soft without the feel of harsh pool chemicals, and the room was nice and private. To make an analogy, it's low-key and cozy in the same way a roadside motel is strangely welcoming late at night after a long drive. It's not perfect, but that's not a problem. Overall I think we may be semi-regular customers here, at least until our condo facilities reopen. I'm actually mad at myself for not looking this place up sooner.

Private Indoor Room with a hot tub, by the hour!!! AND YES IT IS CLEAN, treated every time after each session. You can smell the chemicals strongly, so sensitive skinned people be cautious, and the smell being strong gives me assurance of its cleanliness. You can rent the room for either 1 hour or 30 minutes. Pricing is not pricey, it's reasonable. Options available: Large tubs or Small tubs. Separate from the tub rooms there is bathroom, dressing room, shower & a towel is provided. One towel per person and one for the floor. Open late too No ID is necessary, just sign a waiver, cash or card option for payment (and your swim suit attire is optional since it's a private room). There is a ledge around the side of the tub so that you can get in and out and cool down with plenty of air flow ventilation. After certain hours it's gotta be you and someone with you though, no going alone. To reserve a time slot you do not need provide a deposit amount, nor pay for your time of service in advance (although that may not happen much longer for I'm sure the people who reserve and do a no show costs the company a loss if they had to turn away interested customers). To reserve a time slot just call, it's not yet available on line to do. They only do reservations on the day of service, no in advance beyond that business day. Age limit is no younger than 12 years old and of course must have adult supervision. It's a bit out of date, it could use a modern remodel and better lighting installed, but non the less, it's quaint and gets the job done. I feel this place is a diamond in the ruff. You pass it probably often on State street but may never have noticed it, with just a little sign advertising the room rentals and a hot tub display. The company does no advertising that I'm aware of so it's not very known by the public, but enough business comes to keep them going. 15+ years I have been enjoying the services and it is one of a kind for it's the only place I know of that you can rent a private spa like room to soak by the hour. The hour goes by faster than you can imagine. I bring a speaker to listen to music, and there is one outlet plug in the room so I like to use a short strand of Christmas lights or a battery pack light strand. I do not prefer the flourescent light in the room, and the hot tub lights are a bit dim to be the only lights on for my preference. Be careful to not slip when going up and down the small stairs when in and out of the tub. Thanks for reading my review folks

Great place for a traveler to get a nice refreshing hot tub experience. At a total price of $15.02 per person for one hour you will get to have a no-frills hot tub adventure. I walked in and first thing in the AM and was able to shower and enjoy the hot tub immediately. Might make sense to schedule ahead though. I just happen to be 6 minutes away. Parking is tight. So manage accordingly.

The outside is not impressive, but the inside is clean and in well repair. The staff was nice. The hot tub was clean and worked great. Very cool to just relax with the wife. $14 per person per hour. Well worth it.

Love this place! Reasonably priced for couples or small groups. Gets a bit pricey if paying for a larger family. Kind staff, privacy and clean facilities. Especially during COVID when other hot tub options are unavailable, a private one that is cleaned thoroughly and safely by their staff is a big plus.

Clean but humid hot tub rooms indoors. Reservations can be made the morning of, and an hour is plenty of time. Purchasing 5 couples passes for the discount is a pretty good idea. My group was there to meet up as friends, but I think it could also be lovely as something romantic.

My husband and I visited here after a recommendation from a friend. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a very nice gentleman. Our hot tub was the perfect temperature and a great escape. We were never disturbed and we were able to relax. Not to mention how clean the tub and room was! We will be coming here more often and recommending to all our friends and family! This is one of my favorite places! It's so nice to have private hot tub rentals around here. You can bring your own music, dim the lights, turn on the jets or colored lights in some of the tubs, and create whatever mood you'd like. They provide clean towels, so you don't even need to worry about taking wet things back home with you--just show up and enjoy. They do accept walk-ins, but I usually call to reserve a time earlier in the day, and I've almost always been able to book a room at the time I requested. Rooms 3 and 4 are bigger tubs, while 1 and 2 are more intimate. I've visited enough times to use all of them, and they're all great--room 3 might be my personal favorite. The only downsides I can think of are the street noise that occasionally finds its way in from outside, and the pool chemical smell can linger on your skin--a quick shower afterward helps with that. I still visit a few times a month, and probably will continue doing so for a long time to come. I just wish they had a second location farther south!

Don’t let the sketch af outward appearance deter you. This place is amazing. And so affordable. The rooms are private and spacious(to my knowledge anyways, we were in #3.) The building is a little run down, but the tubs were well maintained and the water was very clean. The room itself was also very clean. We would recommend this to anyone who would like to sit/relax in a hot tub for an evening.

First time visitor - pleasantly surprised! The place is older, and one might think it "shady". But the host was very nice, I saw no unpleasant characters or activities. The hot tub room was large, clean, and although basic, had everything you'd want for a nice soak. They are open every day, and late! Try it! We will return!

I was a little hesitant at first but once you go in you're greeted by the owner who reintroduces you to exceptional customer service. They have 4 different hot tub rooms, all fully finished with tile and wood, clean new hot tubs, complimentary towels and a free scent for your water. I will be returning as the experience made me a life long customer. Highly recommended calling ahead and making a reservation, the owner will do everything in his power to get you your own hot tub room for a private peaceful experience.

Such a cool place! Came here with a friend to escape the cold winter night. Just BYOS (being your own swimsuit) and they take care of the rest! After paying, you'll be shown your cozy hot tub room. Showers and bathrooms are available to wash off and get changed. Then turn down the lights, shut the door, climb in and forget that it is freezing outside. They'll knock when your time is up so you don't even have to pay attention to the clock. The only negative is now I want to go back. This is such a cool hidden gem that I wish I knew of years ago and now want to go to with all of my friends all the time.

Been here twice and the experience was amazing both times. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. The staff are fabulous and kind. The hot tub room we had was spacious with dimmable lights and had shelving to put our towels and things. We will definitely be coming back again!
