I had a wonderful experience at Imago! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles and Cortney welcomed me in like a friend she hadn’t seen in a while. She took time to talk through their offerings with me and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with moving forward. I then worked with Tyler and Katie who both went out of their way to squeeze me into their busy schedules and are incredibly knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and always had answers to any questions I had. Shannon then followed up with me at the end of each treatment to ensure I had all the information needed for success. And I watched as she greeted each guest by name as they walked in the door. The entire team played as one and is comprised of the finest professionals in each of their fields. I look forward to continuing to work with them to help me be the version of me possible!

This was my first experience at Imago Medical Spa, it also won't be my last. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone, she quickly placed the call on hold to inform me she would be with me when she completed the call. She was very friendly and pleasant. I was checked in immediately and only waited a short time to be taken back for my service. Sam is absolutely amazing! She explained the service and I knew exactly what to expect with my service and the aftercare I needed. I will be returning!

She is so professional and kind I knew that as the Imago Director I would be good hands. Samantha Christensen is the best Master esthetican in Utah and I have the complexion to prove it! Kandice Koo was so patient in explaining product and expectations. The injections she gave were painless and I can't wait to see the results. The front desk ladies are welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and the location is central to the Salt Lake Valley. Happy to have found Imago Medical Spa!

I have had 2 BBL laser treatments from Trish at Imago as well as a facial and I have been so happy with the results! My skin has a lot of sun damage from years of tanning and never wearing sunscreen most of my life, and I have been amazed at how great my skin looks now after just two laser treatments. Countless dark spots have been corrected and my skin looks so much better than it did! I plan to do more treatments with Trish, she is so professional and sweet, she truly cares about your skin. Trish also gave me skin product recommendations that I love. She has turned back the clock on my face!

I always feel so welcomed when I walk in for my appointments, the ladies at the front desk are so awesome! Courtney J is amazing at her job. She will make you feel comfortable and confidant by the time you leave! (: I just started seeing her this year but my skin has already improved so much! We've done a series of chemical peels and hydrafacials and now I am on my 3rd round of the new Aviclear treatment. If you are looking for some serious results this is the place to go!

Great experience! The staff is super friendly, the procedure was great. I experienced no pain, I’m pretty sure I fell asleep during the procedure. After that I felt no pain at home and after about 10 days my head was healed and I saw tons of new hair growing already. Very happy with the experience!

Hair transplant procedure: I did a lot of research like many do and have considered this for years. Most clinics I spoke with were nice enough, but Cortney at Imago took a very personal approach. Also, shout out to Shannon for being so quick to answer any questions I had leading up to the appt. Dr Barrett also called me to make sure I felt fully prepared with expectations. From the staff, to the technicians, (Michelle and Inez, who could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable, especially with how I tend to ask loads of questions) I am just thrilled,. In September 2022 I underwent an FUE at IMAGO Medical.10 years ago had a more invasive FUT with a different medical group in South Florida. My experience 10 years ago was subpar at best. My experience with IMAGO Medical however was superb! Courtney the office manager runs a first class operation. The physician had excellent bedside manner and the technicians are top in their field. If you’re considering an FUE or FUT I highly recommend the less invasive FUE with IMAGO Medical. IMAGO Medical is new, state-of-the-art and clean.

I have been to many spas over the years and she is hands down the best aesthetician I have ever been to. I have had the works by Sam including microneedling, a VI Peel, and my personal favorite is that she gives the absolute best hydrafacial out of anyone I have ever been to. Before I go into this review I am going to start off by saying… Before scheduling my appointment I did my research and called over 15 other businesses before finding this gem. What I can tell you, is this establishment is the place to be I did not leave disappointed an neither will you. I scheduled hydrafacial appointments for my sister-in-law and myself before her wedding, and I cannot put into words how amazing the whole experience was. The lovely ladies who booked us were kind and made the check in/check out process completely frictionless, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They even went out of their way to provide little bride and bridesmaid kits for us ❤️ McKenzie did our dermaplaning and hydrafacial and SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! The whole process was so comfortable! She consistently checked in with me to make sure I was okay, customized my procedure to what my face needed, and went through each step of the process so I knew what she was doing. Im giving this place a total above and beyond 5 star rating!

From the first time I walked in the door, I immediately felt welcome. The facility is beautiful but I was even more impressed that no one was hiding from patients in the back room or their offices. If they weren't with a patient the physicians were in the lobby welcoming us in as if we had been there before. I loved that! I absolutely adore Mr. incredibly talented and hilarious Michael Scott who does their marketing/photography and I was so impressed with Kandice that I wanted to write a review the minute I got in my car. I decided to give it a week so I could write feedback based on my healed results. Let me tell you guys... it is SO MUCH better than I imagined. I loved that I could tell her the things I wanted to improve and she used her professional knowledge to give suggestions. I know that sounds like an odd thing to point out but let me just say, I've been to a few different physicians who almost seem afraid to make suggestions that might alter the look of my face. Kandice was professional yet so funny. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it every step of the way. So excited to share! I went to Imago Medical on Friday, November 5th, 2021. Brand new medical spa- beautiful, clean, super good vibe. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m 45 and have birthed 5 beautiful babies. I wanted to renew my body so I went in for Femi-wave and Votiva/Forma V. I received ONE treatment of each. It was super professional. Kandice from Imago was friendly & immediately made me feel comfortable. The treatment went quickly and was 100 percent pain-free! There was zero downtime so I went right back to my normal day and normal week. Today is day 6 post procedure. First of all….the Femi-wave was noticeably IMMEDIATELY…and I’ve only received one treatment! The Votiva/Forma V took just a few days to kick in….and then there was NO DOUBT of the change. All the promises were true!!! Total rejuvenation and Zero downtime!!! I only wish I had done this 5 years ago!!!! Soooooo amazing! My advice- there’s no reason to wait, do it now!!!
