This was a long process, as it is ordering anything substantial and worthwhile nowadays. The wait was worth it. The product is supreme. I have seen other products, both before and after my purchase, and I have yet to have that feeling of 'I should have done this instead.' My only gripe is that the order process took longer than I was told, but I can't hold that against the staff at Arctic Spas. The install went well and they have responded to my many questions quickly and thoroughly. I've recommended them to many others and will continue to do so! Thank you.

We worked with Adrian at the SLC store and he was great. Once the spa was ordered and arrived in SLC (which took longer than expected), we were contacted regarding a delivery date and time. Lonny and Frank showed up on time on a cold, snowy, wintry day and got the spa positioned perfectly on the pad and over the power wire I had run from specs Arctic Spas gave me. The next day Mitchell showed up, set it all up and did a great job. He even helped resolve a small electrical problem that came up. After set up he spent a good deal of time in "spa school", showing and explaining the operation and maintenance of the spa in detail. We are enjoying the spa immensely and are glad we worked with Arctic Spas through the process.

We went out shopping for hot tubs one afternoon in May 2022. We found the best service from artic spa utah. Adrian was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we were there for 3 hours looking, asking questions, asking some of the same questions again and making a final decision on a Kodiak model. He said middle of August or September. September 20th, 2022 it was delivered. The two guys at delivered it put the hot tub right in the center on the concrete pad and the gazebo right where we wanted it. The next morning the tech came out and hooked up the power, installed the cover and filled it. He was great to explain the maintenance and the chemicals to my wife. Today I went into the artic spa store and stocked up on some filters and chemicals. Didn't catch the guys name but he was very helpful about showing me the right stuff I needed. Overall it was a great experience and service has been great so far. We're very happy with our Kodiak model.

I usually don't do reviews, but the service of this company stood out to me from the rest. Most companies try everything they can to wiggle out of warranty claims. Not arctic spas. They stand by their products and fix their products when things inevitably need maintenance. I have had my all weather pool for 4 and a half years and am glad I bought from this company. It is a quality product with advanced features that maintain water quality with an app. Way better than some off brand internet company that you'll never be able to find parts for.

Our sales man johnny was the best. Very down to earth and knows his info on all the different hot tubs, swim spas, gazebos, as well as all products. Christian the owner is one of the best people in the business today. Had a huge birthday party for the shops birthday and invites all customers of the store and feed us extremely well with all food cooked on the kimono joe grill that they also grill he really makes you feel part of the family even after your tub or spa gets delivered your not just a customer your family.

We ordered a swim spa back in the heat of the summer and it came on a snowy day because of expected delays due to Covid. We were so happy to be able to use it even though it was snowing outside. Bought an Arctic Spa in 2018. Have had no issues but last week the water temperature dropped. I called the South Salt Lake location. Gary in service got right back to me. He diagnosed the issues as a faulty water heater online. Even though we were out of town, Gary “had it”. He scheduled a tech to come to my house, fixed the problem and because it was under warranty - no charge. It’s quite nice to have a guy like him just take the problem, run with it and fix it without me having to be there. Five stars!

Great experience. I will definitely remain a customer and refer them to friends. The order process was easy and Adrianne followed up while my spa was being built. Delivery was on time and easy. Installation was amazing. Their installer, Ben, should get a raise. There was a problem with my house wiring that was not Arctic's fault. Instead of leaving and making me reschedule the installation until after I got my wiring fixed, Ben stuck around for hours while my electrician did his work. Ben could have left, and left me without a working spa, but he waited and waited for me to fix my problem. Once we did, Ben jumped in and did his part and worked overtime to ensure that we would have a working spa before the holiday. The spa is awesome.

Our expectations were fairly high when we first came to Christian Staples to make our purchase. Those expectations have been met and far exceeded. In today's world, not often, if ever do we see hand crafted, top quality major appliances. Our Arctic Spa is hand crafted, as durable as a battle ship contains the very best of components. Since we purchased our Arctic Spa some 12 years ago, our experience has been exquisite to say the least. We went to 3 different spa stores before we went to Arctic spa. Once we sat in an Arctic Spa we were sold. The comfort level and the roominess were remarkably better than every other one we tried. Not to mention they are the only one with the cedar cabinet which we love. They were Also the only ones that had an app to monitor your system. Yes it’s 2020 and most spa dealers don’t have that tech. Adrian was an awesome sales rep and even after purchase and install he continues to answer questions that pop up. They provide loads of YouTube content that can walk you through many of your questions. As a first time spa owner this is immensely helpful. When it comes to buying your spa accessory/chemical products their online store beats every price you will find including amazon...that is rare plus free shipping. My wife Kerry and I purchased another brand of spa 20 years ago. We were plagued by cold weather problems and repairs, plus poor customer service! After much research about hot tubs and our Utah climate, we replaced our old spa with a Arctic Yukon. We love the spa so much, and enjoy it almost every night after a long day of work. We love our new Summit Arctic Spa. Have had it just over a month. After installation was ready for action in less than 6 hours. My family and I spent the weekend, trying out all the seats and jets. Timely answers on email and phone calls, overall a good experience. The installation went well, and the service man spent time the next day getting it up and running and teaching me about the entire hot tub. Only thing to bring up, is I feel it would have been helpful for a little more communication during the build and delivery process.

Well made hot tubs and extraordinary local service. These tubs really are made to be efficient in our cold weather. My circuit breaker tripped one evening (my problem not, the spa) and when I reset the breaker the next morning the spa had only gone down 4 degrees in temperature -- that's all night in December cold without the heater running.

The hot tub was delayed 2 months beyond the initial quote, but after the long wait, it has been more than worth it. The tech Mitchell was exceptional at answering questions and taking the time to make sure everything was just right during the initial setup. He hauled away all the garbage and was very friendly. Jonny and Chad were both great to deal with on the purchase even if the delays were beyond their control. Everything so far has been exceptional, but occasionally have a hard time getting through by phone without getting voicemails.

From the first time we walked into Arctic Spas Utah we were impressed. The owner, Christian, worked with us on selecting the perfect hot tub for us. We were originally looking at a larger much more expensive tub, but he asked us qualifying questions about how we wanted to use our tub and what we wanted to get out of it and moved us toward a slightly smaller tub with features designed to fit our needs. I was so impressed that our happiness meant more to him then a higher profit. When our spa was delivered and set up, I again was impressed with their staff. After months of delay from the supply chain backup in the world right now, we received our spa. The delivery was a little tricky since we had received a lot of rain and unexpected snow the day before making the ground wet. The delivery truck got stuck in the field access we were using. Fortunately, my dad is awesome and showed up with his bobcat and we were able to move it into place with his help. The tech guys that came the next day were friendly and good natured and built our covana cover and cedar stairs and got everything up and running. We're eagerly awaiting the pool to come to temperature still so we can use it, but so far have been very pleased with service and the spa looks amazing.

I've had an Arctic Spa for over 10 years. Access was difficult and the company managed that complexity, the installation, and setup with no bad surprises. Over the years I've needed Maintenance, it was done with a smile and although I sometimes had to wait a few extra days, those items that were covered under warranty were fixed/replaced at no additional charge as expected. It's pretty clear after 10 years that the company stands behind their products and "does the right thing" for their customers. Having owned spas for over 40 years, I can say that the Arctic Spa required the least maintenance was was by far the best Spa we've owned. The high end covers work very well, although they do weigh a lot, but a cover lift helps. An outdoor spa in a climate like mine which can be below 0 in the winter, and over 100 in the summer with a lot of UV light puts a strain on every component. I was particularly pleased when I was offered the opportunity to purchase their "spa boy" control system. It provides me information via my iPhone on temperature, PH, and Sanitizer no matter where I am in the world. The extra "smarts" saves me money on operation, as well as making it VERY easy to maintain crystal clear water with very little effort. I can recommend both the Spa and the SLC company are reliable suppliers of both the products and their maintenance.

they were knowledgeable and not pushy. they explained everything outright , Bob our sales person was very helpful. we bought our hot tub because ( to be honest ) the wife wanted one. the delivery was pretty much the way they said it would be. hook up was a snap. I had the pad poured an electrical run before delivery. it's really too hot ( for me ) to use it right now , but it feels pretty good in the early morning. when it's still cool outside.

I initially gave arctic spas a 5 star review. I’ve had my hot tub for 4 years now and am updating it to a 3 star. The reason is, my hot tub has had blown fuses, wiring come loose, water spraying inside of the hot tub hoses area, as well as needing a new pump. These service repairs all occurred after the warranty was up. My previous hot tub was an artisan spa, and I never had any issues until it died 20 plus years after purchasing. Arctic spas has been good about servicing my hot tub as in they have appointments available within a few days of calling, but the service calls can get pricy which is frustrating considering how it is needing work done. In the future, I will purchase a different brand hot tub due to the fact that a hot tub shouldn’t have issues like this so soon after purchasing. Now that I’ve owned the hot tub for around four years, I can comment more on the performance of the hot tub. My hot tub has one filter. It does not do a sufficient job when we use it daily. This is with proper chemicals bought from arctic spas, chemicals that I actually like a lot because they don’t leave a strong odor. I purchase the silver threaded filters and go through them faster then the recommended change time. My previous hot tub had two filters and the water was clear and clean, I will take that into account when I need to purchase a new hot tub eventually in the future. I have had issues with the temperature too. It is often hotter then I set it. Occasionally it will be a two degree difference and I need to get the hose to cool down the water. We also went with the basic number of jets, and I would recommend for anyone buying a hot tub to get a lot more because the usual 20 just doesn’t cut it. I will include my initial review which talks about my buying experience. I'm really glad that I purchased my hot tub from Arctic Spas. I was hesitant at first to look at their company for a spa, because of some of the negative reviews on google. I can assure you, I did not run into any problems at all with this company. My hot tub is 4 years old now and hasn’t had any issues. My husband called Arctic Spas with some general questions regarding their hot tubs. Christian offered to come to our home, 30 minutes from his business, to look at our space and talk to us about hot tubs that would fit in our deck. 2 hours after calling Arctic Spas, Christian was at my home, going over hot tub options. I was very impressed that he made the drive personally to my home on a Saturday. He answered all of our questions and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We drove to his business to compare some finishes, made the purchase, and were given a time line for removal of our old broken hot tub, and delivery and set up of our new Arctic Spas hot tub. Every guaranteed date was met on time. The techs were all nice to work with too. We got some wood work installed around the deck and the hot tub. It was done very well and it looks great.

The spas are a high quality product designed for the rigor of Utah's winter. We have been enjoying ours frequently since purchasing it.

I really can't understand the negative reviews here (although there aren't many). These guys are great. I purchased a condo that already had an Arctic Spa installed. I had a bunch of questions; the Arctic Spa folks patiently answered them. I had a mechanical failure; the service guys came out promptly, fixed it quickly, educated me, all for a VERY reasonable price. They DO answer their phone and they are very pleasant and helpful. If you go into the store for parts or supplies they are very helpful. The spa has been so reliable I don't see buying another one anytime soon. But you can bet I'll buy another Arctic spa from Arctic Spas Utah.

We bought our spa several months ago and I continue to love it and use it almost every day. Our purchase experience was great and they were very helpful in picking a model. Delivery and installation went well and on the day we had arranged. We had an issue with the spa boy connecting to our network and we were missing a part to tie the cover down to the spa. Christian came up that same week and installed the missing parts and worked on the spa boy issue. The salt water has been nearly maintenance free and it doesn't irritate my skin nor the skin of my kids, which has been sensitive to chlorine in the past. We are able to keep the spa temp at 102 continuously and it has been very efficient. I would highly recommend Arctic Spas and we would purchase from them again in the future.

We have had our Yukon for one month. I intentionally waited to write a review until all was settled. Our new spa is nothing less than the absolute best. Do your homework before buying any spa. Arctic has the best tub, service and warranty in Salt Lake. We bought a Yukon salt water tub in early January. It was custom ordered and took a little longer than we hoped, but when it arrived the install was fast and flawless. Spaboy works very well but had to be hard-wired. I have read criticism of the software, but it comes down to connectivity. If you hard-wire it, it is very reliable and is the coolest way to see what is happening with your tub. The entire staff is also helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up.

I have a swim spa and I LOVE it. I had a massive car accident and it changed my life and allowed me to function again. We had some problems initially when we purchased the spa but that was more due to shipping delays from the manufacturer. They did everything they could to make it right for us. Their service people have been really good even with COVID. Communication issues and follow-through are sometimes an issue for them or I would've given them 5 stars.

We love our new Yukon Arctic Spa, just put in yesterday and was ready for action in less than 6 hours (despite being 20 degrees outside). My wife and I spent over an hour in the tub with a little snow falling around us, trying out all the seats and jets. We worked with Bob, who was available anytime, it seems, to answer the questions we had, and what a wonderful representative for a company to have. He was holding our baby for us when we came in and "tried out" the hot tubs, timely answers on email and phone calls, overall great sales experience. The installation went great, crew seemed to be able to maneuver through our snow-filled yard and around pine trees to get it in the deck in record time, in the dark, and the service man (Cody) spent two hours the next day getting it up and running and teaching me about the entire hot tub. The price was comparible to the competition, and we looked around and tried them out, but the service and feel was top-notch at Arctic Spas.

Their customer service is second to none, I had a issue with where the spa was positioned on delivery...after noticing the problem they came back the same day on spa setup , drained the tub moved it and refilled it no questions asked. The Artic Spa Product is just what works in Utah's climate. I shopped online and worked with a sales agent remotely to select the right size, features and colors for our back patio. I selected a middle tier 8 foot spa with an Onzen Salt Sanitize system, we worked thru all options and an out the door delivered and setup pricing. I did order in June, but with the Covid problems we recieved in late October. I was patient and prepared well for our Mustang Spa. Once we used our tub a couple of times per day, we are retired, and really look forward to a soak! A good product.

I cannot believe the excellent customer service I consistently get from these guys. They have been friendly, courteous, and prompt every time I have dealt with them. In fact, the day my tub was delivered I found a minor problem and called them at 6 o'clock in the evening. To my amazement, a technician happen to be near my house and came by (after hours) within 10 minutes to fix my new hot tub. The delivery guys who dropped off the tub were also very friendly and helpful. Overall every time I have dealt with arctic spas since then, my experience has been similar. Oh, the tub itself is awesome and the cedar cabinet really catches people's eyes. The president of my condo's HOA (who services many tubs himself) was really impressed with how beautiful my tub looks and called me up to find out where I got it. We were surprised that there was not a 5 year warranty, like the whole tub, but only a 2 year factory warranty. Bob was very upfront about all the aspects of the tub when I asked about maintenance, cost, and overall general questions. That is the reason two years later I can leave a great review. Everything he explained was accurate. Questions I had when purchasing I can now answer: Will I use it enough? Yes, yes I do and my wife uses more than she thought she would. Is maintenance doable by myself? Yes no problem great videos and the staff can walk through anything on the phone. Is it expensive to run? Not for how much I use it. If you figure going to a movie and popcorn once a month for two is more expensive per month. Is it worth it? I joke with friends that if they like it half as much ad I do they should get one. Will Arctic spas and staff be as helpful down the line? Yes they are. Thank you for that. While this is a glowing review I realize it may not be everyone's thing. It’s also been fun to just sit and soak letting the jets massage and relax. If you are thinking about it just go for it!! Before purchasing the Ocean Swim Spa I did some research on other companies; and spoke with a person that repairs all brands of hot tubs; and when I asked him what he would buy for himself he replied Artic Spa without hesitation. I have an engineering background and was also impressed with the factory video showing the production of Artic Spa hot tubs. Now that we have had the hot tub for 3 months I have to say it is very enjoyable sitting out at night under the stars while getting a wonderful massage simultaneously on my back, legs and feet. I installed cat 6 internet cable; and it works perfectly. I can see the temperature of my hot tub from a phone app; and can turn pumps and lights off and on at will from a phone while in another country if I wanted. Steve and Christian were very helpful in the selection of the tub and Gary has been great on the service end giving me lessons on chemicals and filters. They have also given me some great discounts on maintenance supplies. They come highly recommended by me.

TLDR: The product quality is phenomenal - the customer service is fantastic Review: I have waited over a year to write this review to really be sure about what has to be one of the largest purchases of me and wife's adult lives. In the span of that year we have utilized Arctic's customer service a handful of times and have used our refurb'd Ocean Spa regularly - roughly twice weekly (including winter where the quality really shines). So we are familiar now with what owning a spa entails and I have to say - it has been worth every penny. Quality: Our spa is a refurbished ocean model - but you wouldn't know it. They restored everything to pristine conditions and every jet and setting works flawlessly. Upon set-up there were a few minor issues (a valve that dripped, or a cover clip that needed replacing) and Arctic's customer service was always fast, friendly and generous. Performance: When they say that these things are built to withstand the harsh Utah winter, they aren't kidding. We enjoyed this baby morning and night on some bitterly cold days. The only hard part is getting out. We've also loved the wireless connectivity that lets us set when the tub warms itself, connect our music or adjust the baseline temperature. Upkeep: We've heard horror stories from friends that have pools or other tubs and I'm happy to report that our ocean model is about as easy to maintain as a houseplant. A few capfuls of chemicals here and there. Change the filters (A 5 minutes long process) every 3 months. Clean the cover when it gets dirty. And that's about it. The app shows us how the chem levels are doing as well as letting you set the frequency with which it will run the filters or fire up the heater. Cost: Honestly, other than the initial cost, the tub has been fairly cheap to maintain. Again, we do light swimming in it roughly once or twice a week and we haven't run out of our initial supplies of chemicals. $300 is about what we pay for them to ship us fresh filters automatically throughout the year (divided by 8 filters - 2 every 3 months - that comes out to less than $40 a filter). If you want them to come out and clean everything off and refresh the water (a once a year thing), that's about $500 (it's nothing you can't do yourself though). So far it looks to have boosted our electric bill by about $300-400 for the year. And that's about it. Why get one: So i'm not gonna say that Arctic Spas saved our marriage - but it certainly has helped. Having a go-to getaway in our backyard that is free of cellphones and electronics and other headaches has led to increased communication and connection between my wife and I. Our new Sunday morning family ritual has been to go hit the tub and it's one of the few times our whole family gets together and actually PLAYS. We drink wine under the stars. Our kids practice their swimming. Our guests rave about it. So when i'm asked has it been worth it - the answer is absolutely yes. It's been worth every penny. Cons: There's one thing and It's something I hadn't considered and seems petty - but any piece of equipment this big is gonna make noise. It's not a loud noise, but more of a low-frequency hum that depending on how your house / windows and the tub are situated WILL be audible when it kicks on - which is multiple times a day. Some people, like my wife, hardly notice it (and it's certainly not louder than the other low frequency hums you are currently living with - like the heater or ac coming on, the fridge, etc.). But it's there. If you are sensitive to that sort of thing just be warned (And also take advantage of the App - you can schedule it such that the majority of the pump action occurs when you aren't at home or are sleeping). I've since gotten used to it. Honestly if some engineering could go into dampening the sound of the pumps even further, i'd have zero complaints. And even then... I love this thing. Well done arctic.

The Arctic Spa in Anchorage SUCKS, so......I actually had to get a heater next day delivered to the middle of Alaska from Utah. They pulled it off and I was able to fix my tub thanks to Drew's step-by-step instructions. I can't recommend Arctic Spa Utah enough.

Recently we moved into a house near Sugarhouse that had a hot tub in the backyard. Knowing absolutly nothing about hot tubs, we went here to get some information on the chemicals needed. We intended to buy the chemicals onine later for a possible cheaper price, but the knowledge and customer service they displayed was so outstanding that we ended up buying the products here. Just went in to their store for some chemicals and admitted to the staff I had no idea what I was doing (new to hot tubs) and was willing to buy whatever they told me. In response the store clerk said "look you should definitely flush the pipes/jets and clean it with this stuff, and beyond that I could sell you on a lot of stuff here to clean it, but you can also (after running the pipe/jets cleaner) just use windex to clean down the tub itself". I was so happy to hear that. He didn't try and upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need (even though he could have very easily done that) and instead gave me straight/good information and only sold me what I needed. A+ staff, will definitely be back for more chemicals/knowhow/parts as needed from now on!
