Great Experience. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I got CoolSculpting treatments on my upper and lower abdomen and 5-6 weeks after the first session I really started to notice a difference. Just finished my second and final session as of this review and I can only expect to see even more amazing results in the weeks to come. Aside from a few minutes of uncomfortable coldness it does subside for the rest of the time of that spot being treated because it goes numb. I will say, it is a very lengthy appointment. Doing 3 treatment areas on my abdomen in one session takes close to 3.5 hours, so just make sure you plan accordingly. I highly recommend this place for any type of CoolSculpting treatments. They were fantastic.

Excellent customer service!!! Chantel, the spa manager, is exceptionally professional as well as super friendly and welcoming. The doctor gave me a great consult, took what I felt was an adequate amount of time to consult without making me feel, rushed at all, and explained everything, making sure that I had full understanding of procedure. I’m definitely going back!!!

I had my second micro needling treatment today and I have to say I am in awe of the results even after my first treatment. Cecilia did an amazing job, she is knowledgeable and gentle throughout the process. I initially wanted to treat post acne scars but the results far exceeded my expectations and my skin looks amazingly healthy. Definitely will continue to book!

Cool sculpting for my belly and love handles really worked well. The Dr was super clear on the process, the massage during and after to get the best results. The facility is really comfy and they are very punctual and flexible. Would definitely recommend and do it again with Balencia if need be!

Dr Calcatti is very knowledgeable.... he explains all procedures thoroughly & answers any questions I have. My results from Xeomin injections always look amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The receptionists are always prompt, pleasant, helpful & the office(s) (Angell street & Mineral Spring) are very clean. I've been to both locations :) Thank you again Balenica Med Spa.
