I have been a former customer of Agape with a great experience & staff before. I am returning back t to continue my treatment. Today, I called for rescheduling my appointment due to a colleague of mine testing + for covid. Maona "the manager" told me she has to enforce the policy and I have to make my appointment. I should either get charged $15 if I decide to reschedule or she is going to lose her job (saying a manger working for 20 years at this center, how easy she can get fired after 20 years of service). I understand the policy & I am going to make my appointment BUT this is probably a language you don't want to us with your customers. The customer service should be way smoother & not sounding threatening. I hope this feedback helps them & customers who get on the phone with them.

I had laser hair removal here, the spa is wonderful, clean and inviting. The staff that performed the procedure were professional and nice. Overall the experience was good however the results are what I am disappointed with. I completed the 6 package session and it all grew back immediately after stopping. I understand it does grow back and you need repeat sessions but for it all to grow back right away feels like a complete waste of time, money and keeping out of the sun for nothing. There was an initial consult to determine if I was a good candidate, not sure what happened as I have dark brown hair but that is my frustration. Update: the spa was very accommodating and based on my feedback offered for me to come back and have my areas touched up free of charge. I will take them up on that and I appreciate their level of customer service and standing by their products/doing what it takes to make it right for the customer.

I can’t add photos of my results for obvious reasons but I am so happy with my results. I couldn’t be any happier. It’s my first time doing laser sessions I’m doing my bikini area and it hurts way less than waxing although you feel a small sting he goes away immediately. I’ve seen almost all of the aestheticians in the office and I have zero complaints. I think the staff is wonderful I’ve always been treated with respect scheduling is very easy by phone I’ve had to cancel and reschedule and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.

Went to Agape for laser hair removal. I had been there before for facial treatments. The girls here are simply so sweet and amazing. I never feel like they are just pushing products or services on me. They simply make recommendations based on my requests. Always a pleasure to go there.

Professional, clean, and modern facility with friendly, skilled staff. They run a good number of promotions, and I can often obtain high-end services at discount prices--which means I get to go more often! I also love their evening and weekend appointment availability.

I have visited Agape a few times now for Laser Hair removal. The atmosphere there is very welcoming and gives a soothing escape. My technician, Mari, is awesome. She is very personable and makes me feel comfortable while I'm there. I couldn't be happier with my results. I love how smooth my legs feel just after 2 sessions. I would recommend Agape to everyone I know!!

This is by far the BEST spa I've ever been to, and I'm not even from Rhode Island! Totally worth the 45 minute drive for a 15 minute appoinment. I had my first laser hair removal session the other day and I could not have been more comfortable in their office! There is even an option on the intake form for trans people which I personally haven't seen before!!

My experience at Agape Medical Spa was wonderful. I took advantage of a Groupon offer for Lazer hair removal. The scheduling staff was courteous and helpful. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly pleased with the luxurious and spotless setting. The professional service was comfortable and efficient. I have scheduled to return and would highly recommend Agape.

Great Atmosphere. The ladies at the counter are great, friendly and accommodating to your schedule. They were very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them. Their laser hair removal also seems to be working out great! Cannot wait to be hair free!

I love Agape!! This is my "go to" place for facials, massages, and anti-aging treatments! I have tried a few other places in Rhode Island and found Agape to be the best- in cost, treatments, knowledge and a great professional staff. I also love that they seem to stay current with new techniques for skin treatments. For anyone that is considering the many services that they offer, try them out- you will be quite pleased with the results!

Great place. I love Barbara. She is my favorite esthetician. They are clean, professional and have great customer service. Always answer questions with confidence and gave me a makeup appointment when a substitute esthetician did my treatment with too low of a setting. They also have good promotions online that you can sign up for.

I went to get botox for my 40th birthday. As most would be i was a bit nervous it being the first time I have done something like this. From the moment i checked in i loved every minute! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My Dr put me right at ease, she took the time to answer every question i had and even ones i didn't. She didn't rush me at all, and these days that means a lot! I loved it and of course i love the results more! I will definitely be going back😁

I can't give it 5 stars as I do not have another place to compare it to. However, the moment I walked in I immediately felt relaxed. I was greeted at the desk and kindly instructed to sit in the warm and relaxing waiting area to fill out my paperwork (as a new customer). The woman who worked with me was very nice and eased her way into the session to make sure I was comfortable. I had a great experience. Barbara and Patty are one of the best in the business in experience and talent. For a natural look that is affordable, go to Agape and ask for Barbara for treatments and Patty for fillers, you won't regret it!

I have a great esthetician, but the front staff are incredibly rude. First when I wanted to make an appointment they were persistent with their schedule and not my availability. Secondly, when I tried to change my service I was responded with "first of all.." in a very condescending tone. I only come here for the esthetician.

Went in fairly anxious. Wasn't sure if I should have a procedure. Met with P.A. Paul. He was so very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Very happy and excited for my next visit.

I had the Beyond WhiteSpa teeth whitening process done. The results were very good, and I had very little teeth sensitivity afterwards and the staff were very nice. I only gave 4 stars because the process took three 12 minute sessions and I was left in a quiet room alone for most of the time, having to lie very still the whole time, and for such a nice spa,they should have given me an ipod or turned on some music to pass the time. I would do it again, but I would bring my own earbuds next time.

best groupon I ever bought...bought it about 3 years ago expecting to go once,,they wowed me with their professionalism and services...I have brought in 5 more friends to this place..they to were there to try it and now they are bringing their friends...would trust them over any other place for services...no hard sales...they only recommend what they think is best for you even if it is a service for a lessor price...my girlfriends and I now make an afternoon of it and then go shopping at the mall and for cocktails with munchies...so fun we all look forward to going together....you won't be disappointed ...just try it once!...I know you will be back!!!!
