I love Luxe Laser! My technician is Felicia and she is truly incredible at her job. I never expected to enjoy getting laser hair removal, it can be painful (though incredibly worth it) but I actually look forward to my appointments because I get to spend time with this amazing person! She makes me feel so comfortable, and is so competent. I feel really safe and so well taken care of in her expert hands.

I went in for my second round of laser hair removal (Brazilian and buttocks) this past week and Emma B was my technician. She was excellent! ! Emma was thorough and gentle. I am a very hairy girl, so I appreciated that she got into all the nooks and crannies. I will definitely be scheduling with Emma again. The owner Marina was also extremely helpful with walking me through the prices and helped me figure out the best combination of areas to get lasered. I had many questions as a first timer, and she answered all of them in detail!

Meh - tried laser hair removal here a few times. Liked their easy scheduling, convenient location, clean office space. Two cons for me: their lasers aren't the newest/greatest - I've had much better results at other local spas. The dealbreaker for me though was their rigid adherence to all of their super specific rules - don't expect any leeway or understanding if you can't follow their rules to the letter (e.g. if you need to cancel same-day for any reason whatsoever - they will definitely charge you a late fee). Recommend this place if inflexible "mean girl" vibe + mediocre lasers are up your alley lol.

I’ve had both Manuela and Nicole for my 4th treatment and they made me feel very comfortable. I added a couple services after the first one because I saw how relatively painless it was! I had been getting waxed and sugared for years and I wish I would have started laser hair removal sooner. It’s affordable, the lasers work amazing I noticed a difference immediately after the first treatment. Most of the spots I thought were the problem spots disappeared within the first week. I would definitely recommend that treatment if capillaries are your problem. This place really is a great experience. Felicia is incredible at her job. I had 2 micro-needling treatment, and I've seen good progress on my facial acne scars. The only reason I'm not finishing the remaining 2 or 3 treatments is because I moved out of state. Felicia was very professional and straightforward. She was direct and made the process easy to understand. She makes the process comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough. The investment into your face or acne scars in general is well worth it.

Did 12 sessions for facial hair and I have the ideal skin/hair type. Near waste of money. Barely got results and the practitioners in the last few months would start texting me the day before or day of that they were changing the appointment time unless I texted them and let them know I wasn’t okay with it. Hi. I’m paying you so I can schedule with my day and have plans my day accordingly- not to have you try and consolidate your workday the day before. It’s frustrating to try to keep doing it week after week to your customers.

I’ve had a couple of laser treatments so far and would highly recommend them! They use an actual 810 diode laser which is important for hair removal purposes and the difference is night and day! The staff are all highly trained and professional and the office and equipment are clean. They offer a variety of laser services and have payment options from package deals to pay as you go so it’s easy to do. i've had three appointments for laser hair removal so far and was just about to have my fourth when lockdown happened. they're still communicating with me promptly about rebooking my appointment for when they're able to reopen. the sessions that i have had have been great, they were very nice and also clear about communicating what they were doing and how it all works as well as managing my expectations for what kind of results i could look forward to (laser isn't magic, every body is different, etc.). i've been thrilled with the results i have had and am looking forward to my next session!

I never write reviews, but I was soooo pleased with my experience at Luxe Laser that I had to this time! I though I would feel embarrassed or awkward going in for laser hair removal, since I'd only tried waxing once and it was traumatic....However, Marina made me feel so comfortable! She explained the whole procedure to me beforehand and then again while she was doing everything. She was gentle and very precise! She was also super thorough and took her time to make sure she zapped everything she could! She started out on the lowest setting so I wouldn't be scared of the pain and I ended up asking her to bump me up to the next level and then the next and so on until I got to a level where I could feel the tiny zap, but it was totally bearable! Of course, you will feel more of the little zap in the more delicate areas, but it is nothing compared to what my friends have described from the machines used at other laser hair removal centers nearby. Also, this place has the best prices around!!! It's a total deal! Ideal Image quoted me almost $4,500 dollars for the same areas Luxe Laser is doing for a fraction of the price! I'm the kind of person that really does her research and then thinks about the pros and cons of everything. After reviewing all of the Vancouver and Portland laser hair removal spas/centers and the machines that they use, Luxe Laser ended up being the obvious decision. Look for yourself at my little chart. Luxe Lasser won me over with the most advanced machine that gets down further into the hair follicle for better results and that has the best cooling tips for less pain. I am so happy I made the decision to do this and that I found this awesome place. After only one treatment, the difference is super noticeable! I have patches where hair has already stopped growing and all other areas have scattered hairs that are already thinner. If you are thinking about getting this done, DO IT! You won't regret it if you stick with Luxe Laser and their awesome 810-Diode laser!!!

I went here after a terrible experience with laser hair removal the day before and the staff here reassured me that the blisters and pain I felt from my previous experience are not normal. Afterward they treated the area untouched by the previous company and it was amazing. Just little zaps and it took fifteen minutes for my back and shoulders. The process was explained thoroughly, and I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure itself was super fast with only minor discomfort. (Pain was MUCH less than a tattoo - and they offer a numbing cream prior.) I've already started thinking about all the ways that the Luxe Laser machine and staff can turn me into a new woman. Hair, age spots, facial skin texture, and oh so many regrettable tattoos. So appreciative of the services and staff at Luxe Laser - Fortunately, a regrettable tattoo is no longer forever!

Just had my first laser session with Marina and someone who was training who's name I forgot (sorry!!!). It went so well! Both of them were super fun and easy to chat with. I was totally at ease through the whole process and was shocked how little it hurt. Okay, well, it definitely stings, but far less than some of the horror stories I heard! And the stinging is super quick with no pain afterwards. We covered a LOT of area, all with a lot to remove, including face, chest, and legs. Took about 2 hours which honestly flew by. I can't recommend Luxe highly enough, and am really looking forward to my next sessions.

This is the best place in town for laser treatment. The owner and trained technicians are super friendly and personable. The pricing is the best I've seen so far and the results are excellent. The facility may be a bit hard to find, it is on the second floor of a converted house located at the corner of Burnside and 14th Ave. Walk up the stairs to the porch, through the door marked for a nail salon and up the staircase inside.

(Update: I spoke with RaeAnna this morning who called to apologize. It turns out the person that was communicating with me was a 3rd party company they were using to help with scheduling. I was advised they will no longer be using the company. I feel so much better knowing this was not Luxe Laser or the girls that work there because I really do love them. Thank you RaeAnna for making things right and reaching out to me in a professional and respectful manner.) . . . . I have been going to this location for some time now. In the begining I had a hard time as it was far beyond painful for me. But the girls always made me feel comfortable and were super understanding of the pain. I have had to reschedule my last 2 appointments due to last minute work meetings. I understood the consequences of fees but had no choice to cancel last minute. It's work. When I cancelled the second time this morning whomever is in charge of the scheduling phone number was beyond rude. Like I had explained I knew the fee and as much as I hated to I knew I would pay for my reschedule because although not my fault with work, the last minute cancellation was on me. Who I spoke to didn't feel the fee was enough punishment. They decided they wanted to make me feel stupid while they were at it. Said I was hurting the small business by canceling (mind you I paid all of my sessions in full the first day but it still made me feel bad). When I let them know they were being unprofessional they apologized and proceeded to tell me how I would be treated if I was going elsewhere. They may as well have not even have apologized just to excuse it after. I tried to end the conversation and once again they continued replying. I will post a screenshot of the messages in the photos. I'm so sad to be leaving this review because I was so happy with them but they need to understand what one person can reflect on the entire company when speaking to a customer. It's not okay to talk to people in that manner. No matter what kind of day you're having. After receiving multiple messages from this person I replied in hopes to get them to see their error: "I was going to ignore how rude I was being treated and I tried to end the messages only for you to continue... There are ways to talk to people. This wasn't it. I felt bad and embarrassed for canceling because I'm not a horrible person. But with work I can't miss the meetings. You did not have to try to make me feel worse. I don't know what kind of day you've been having but hopefully it gets better so no one else gets treated in this manner. Thank you for the service you have provided. I'm sad it had to end this way." The reply I got was "Sorry you feel this way. We were stating our cancellation policy."
