Reviews of Knot Springs
Josh Bathon
I will never get a normal massage again! The experience in the soaking pools is so refreshing and relaxing. The staff is enormously helpful, and guide you through everything. I cannot recommend this place enough!
There is parking in the building, and plenty of street parking in the area. The lobby can be hard to find, so look for signs.

Came here for a bestie date and massage. It was such a great experience. Nice and relaxing, with a very laid back vibe. I loved the soaking area with all the greenery and great options for soaking pools and saunas. The deep tissue massage with CBD oil that I had felt aaamazing. Their facility is incredibly nice and they offer a wide variety of services, from personal training to meditation. I definitely recommend this spot for a treat, gift or if you can sign up for a membership, it seems well worth it!

Top quality springs. Inside you’ll find 2 large warm pools and a freezing cold pool, as well as a large sauna and steam room.
The overall area is not huge, however very nicely done and we didn’t find the number of guests to be excessive. You’ll be provided with towels and flip-flops and the changing rooms have hair product, body wash and lotion alongside hairdryers available.
The price is certainly quite high as a one-off entry. However, what the springs offer is a faultless experience which I would recommend trying.

My wife and I visit Knot Springs once a month to enjoy the cycle of hot tubs, cold plunge, steam room, and sauna before treating ourselves to a nice massage. It’s compact, clean, and the windows offer views and light that adds even further to the cozy vibe. Staff is always kind and helpful, and it’s never been overpacked with people. Plenty of space to enjoy yourself without people getting in each other’s way. Highly recommend.

It was so peaceful and beautiful. Went for our 3 year anniversary and it was such a wonderful experience. Wish they weren't booked for the massages, but after such a pleasant experience we bought their merchandise. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the comfort.

It's truly a vibe here! Grateful for the gender neutral and inclusive locker rooms and showers. Staff is friendly, definitely would love to see more clocks around the space so I can complete the ritual in each of the modalities appropriately. I will definitely be going back to get a massage, one of the best deep tissue massages I have had!

Knot Springs is a beautiful facility- and an expensive one. My sister booked a birthday massage for me here and a soak. When we arrived we were told we were half an hour late- it turned out we received conflicting emails on the time of our appointment. The massage was cut to half an hour (unfortunate), and the staff gave us a half hour more of soaking time to make up for it. Unfortunately the shower and bathroom areas were a bit unkempt and little gross- it seemed at the time they may have been understaffed. Considering the price point, the uncleanliness was a bit disappointing. Would love to come back when they have a more robust staff as the viewpoint and pools are quite beautiful.

Great experience every time I come. The springs are so nice with great views. Massages are top notch - I’ve had a massage a few times with Davin and he is one of the best masseuses I have ever worked with. Highly recommend treating yourself here.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a massage and facial which were phenomenal - Felice worked magic on my face while McKenzie's massage was therapeutic AND relaxing. The pools were nice but a bit crowded on a Saturday. I imagine they would be even more relaxing on a weekday. They provide awesome, huge towels, too. My only mehs were the amenities in the locker room and lockers (lockers were tiny) and the poncho they give you for your services instead of a robe. It's fun and cozy but you have to either wrap a towel or flash the co-ed crowd with your goods. 😉

I was in Portland for work and desperately needed a good massage for neck/back issue. There was a card for Knot Springs at my hotel so I booked a deep tissue massage and was thrilled to see it included 90 minutes of soaking time prior to my appointment. The combination equaled the best massage experience and I am will happily return on my next trip. Miles is an amazing masseuse.

I wanted a relaxing soak at Knot Springs, but my expectations were different than reality. First, I went on a Saturday and it was very loud. There wasn’t a “no loud voice policy,” and I think there should be because the place echos and I was there when it was vey busy and social.
Second, I didn’t feel the place was as clean as possible. I think they could pay better attention to controlling black mold growth everywhere, and provide more space in the shower and changing areas. They both felt cramped. All the staff looked overworked, and the music was bad.
The only redeeming factor that gives Knot Springs a 3 star and not 2 is their massage. I recommend getting the CBD add-on, and deep tissue with Amanda was wonderful. Overall, it was okay/good, mainly for the massage, but I wouldn’t go there again.

All staff was sub par, did the bare minimum, and when you get up to the springs that's when they tell you that there's no cellphones, when there's a hundred TikTok videos of ppl at the springs so that was really disappointing. The locker rooms are visible from the front desk and co Ed which made me very uncomfortable, there's no private place to change other than the 2 bathroom stalls which smelt really bad. Then I asked the massage therapist to focus just on my back nowhere else, and she proceeded to go through her usual routine of 15 min on back then the whole rest of the body...
Tina Indalecio
We've been here several times, I love the therapeutic value and doing two cycles of the hot-cold-steam-sauna is more than enough for me. Good view of the river, and the staff is always nice.
Peter
Fantastic place for a group of friends. The massages are apparently standardized which was really great to know and fun for the group.
Cinder Blue
Watch out. We just visited as part of our 10 year anniversary and while we paid for 90 minutes, they made everybody leave 10 minutes early. This was for cleaning service 3:30-4pm. I totally understand the need to clean, but its deceiving to advertise a 90 minute experience when its actually 80 minutes. Also, the gentleman was a little rude in getting us out.
The sauna and steam room were nice and hot. The complimentary tea and water was delicious and refreshing. Beautiful views of the city and great atmosphere. Its too bad they don't let you stay for the time that you pay for.
Carmen
Highly recommend foot rub /Massage with Caroline and Alexandra they were awesome! Felt very relaxed and pampered.
Pearl Stars
Amazing place to relax. Go for the Springs (which includes hot springs, sauna and steam room) and massage. Weekdays are cheaper than the weekends and if your hotel has a discount code, definitely use it. One of the best spas to visit. They also sell super cute swimsuits. The place is run by great staff who are helpful and welcoming. If you're in town for work or leisure, book sometime to visit this place.
Desniege Joseph
Wellness spa done right. We only used the facilities for the baths. The price was comparable to Hammam’s all over the world. We visited early so it was not crowded at all. We completed the full ritual, enjoyed the herbal tea and views! We will be back in May and excited to visit again.
Sierra Snead
Love this place. Such a fun and relaxing experience. The staff are friendly and patient. Highly recommended.
Glen Lord
This is a unique experience for someone who wants to experience the height of relaxation in the heart of the city. The nortic spa experience is amazing

So fun to soak in a peaceful urban spa. I booked a facial with Marissa and it was fantastic!! I’ve spent the last 6 months seeing a dermatologist for my rosacea and none of the prescriptions I picked up at the pharmacy did anything, it seemed to just get worse. Marissa’s facial and recommendations for cleansing oils have totally changed my skin! 2 weeks since the facial and I have my own calm glowing skin back. Thank you, Marissa, for treating what my dermatologist couldn’t!
Tonya Jone Miller
Lovely facility with great staff. Much less of a social gathering place during the day on weekdays than the photos might lead you to believe, which is preferable to me anyway. I'm especially glad they require proof of vaccination so I don't have to try and relax in a space with people who believe the slight inconvenience of being asked to show proof of vaccination makes them victims of segregation.
Celeste Vilhauer
The facility itself was really beautiful, clean, and cozy. I do like that they require everyone to be vaccinated.
I did a meditative yoga class which was a little more intense than I was expecting, not a lot of meditation, but still pretty good.
Afterwards I did the springs portion. I felt a little confused because I just did the visitor pass and everyone kept asking me if I was a member and when I said it was my first time and I was just visiting I got ignored. I did not receive any sort of orientation, no one really showed me around, and I didn't even know how to get into the springs part. I saw them showing around what I assume was new members; they gave them a comprehensive tour of everything and some exfoliating scrub for the shower. I was just shown my locker and I had to ask about everything else and got strange reactions when I asked how to enter the springs.
I understand members are more valuable but I personally do not have the time in my busy schedule to make membership worth it. I try to carve out self care activities when I can, and this was one of those days. I just wish I had been shown around and made to feel as welcome as those who are members. If you are going to look down on visitors, maybe you should reconsider if you want them to have access to your facility in the first place.
Christopher
I went for the spa experience and it was just okay. The locker room/ men's changing area and shower is very cramped so expect to bump into somebody. The shower handle for the shower in the men's area was confusing and difficult to get to a warm temperature. The spa area itself is also small, but as long as there are less than 10 people in one of the tubs it isn't that awkward. There is plenty of water available (one cooler with pandan in it) as well as warm tea, which is great. All in all I would say it was more of a chore rather than a relaxing experience.
Brandi Pitochelli
Yup, going back! Definetly follow the recommendation on how to do the pools and sauna. Make sure to take the full cold water plunge, it is invigorating. The massage after the pools just made it so much better.
Kristina Malimon
This place brings to life a very unique experience. An amazing experience! 😀👌 hot and cold plunges, feel amazing! Great staff, and clean facilities! Kudos to the blonde little lady in the front desk, who always is lovely and helpful! …
Dayna Plummer
I loved the whole experience. The decor is elegant and the thoughtfulness is top notch. The tea is delightful and warm, and it was really fun to watch the city scene after the hot sauna and just unwind. And the staff was helpful and kept everything tidy and the towels!!!!omg! 😍and the scrub!!! Just lovely. ❤️ …
Allison Vidaurri
I love this place. I treat myself to a soak every once and awhile and it’s so relaxing.
megan rosen
Found this place through a referral from a friend. Surprised since I have been here for a year and despite doing multiple google searches for spa's, day spa's massages etc this has never shown up.
My massage with Bailee was ABSOLUTELY amazing. $200 for an hour soak and a 75 minute massage is 100% worth it.
They could improve the communication of the flow of services, and directions for individuals. You have to go outside from the spring area to get to the massage area. They give you a poncho made of robe material to cross but Post massage you have to put your wet bathing suit back on because the poncho is open on both sides, then go back outside.
A robe would make the experience better.
I don't know how the subscription model is sustainable or worth it, but that's a personal preference.
Emma Sohriakoff
The actual experience was great until I went to check out and the woman upfront gave me attitude and treated me with suspicion when I told her that I had already paid online with a gift card. She said "I will try to help you, no guarantees." (Even though I was told that this is a problem that they have all the time with gift cards). When I firmly said trying is appreciated, but that I expected it to be resolved since I had already paid she rudely said, "Well what do you want me to say?" That you will take care of it, obviously. Really sucked to end that way after a relaxing soak and massage on my birthday. Everyone else was great. I hope they give her some retraining or let her go. She has no business working at a spa with that negative attitude. She made a scene that bothered everyone in the full lobby.
Danielle Murphy
Clean and accommodating facilities. I was pleasantly surprised at what a day pass provided.
Jordan McDonnell
Went for the soaking pools and while the staff were friendly, I felt JIPPED of the experience. For $50 a visit and the largest “lagoon” spa pool was closed due to too much chlorine. Staff didn’t even apologize and actually lied to me when she was showing me around and told me the pool would be ready in 20 minutes. Well, 20 mins went by… 30.. 40… an hour and it was still closed by the time my session was up. Super bummed and probably won’t be risking my $$ going back. If the pool was open and I could experience the whole thing as it was supposed to be, I would have given a better review.
Amber Hincks
We love the Springs! I recommend going around sunset and watching the city light up. The salt scrub before you soak and tea and sparkling water on tap are a few of the little touches that make it a most refreshing experience.
Stanislav Alekseenko
Such a great spot to relax after a long day at work! the stuff is super friendly and attentive, the facility itself is well-maintained, thoughtfully designed and clean. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Aki Chacha
We had a great experience there in our short trip to Portland. I can tell it was the highlight of our trip. Pools were nice and clean and we loved our foot rub session. Very welcoming staff also.
Emily Lauter
I loved my experience at the springs but honestly it’s just not worth the money for what you’re getting.
Samantha Krieg
Take my money. This is my favorite place in Portland. You won’t change my mind.
Rita-Louise Montour
A fantastic wellness hour. My friend and I scheduled for an hour during their discount day time hours. Small baths and city spa but it felt private and intimate. (One of each warm, cold and hot tub, seating area, and sauna and steam room). The locker rooms were connected pretty fluidly but also you can change/shower very privately. I thought the architecture and design of the layout of the spaces was very unique and used the parking garage really coolly. A beautiful relaxing hour and I definitely want to go back! Parking was $5 an hour and we couldn't find any free 2 hour parking in the area. The parking garage is very tight and they don't validate your parking.
Holli Walters
Such a special way to spend a few hours with friends, your partner, or even solo. The CBD massage with Jill was super relaxing, especially after enjoying the springs for an hour. I appreciated the COVID protocols as well...no entry without a vaccination.
Kerry Davies
The ascetic is amazing and the building it is in is gorgeous offering one of the best views in the city. The price is far to high for a soaking pool with a average apartment gym and a few classes. Everything else is extra with a few discounts applied.
Ashley Gould
I came with friends, and they were able to accommodate a group massage session with all four of us. This was after an hour or so in the “springs”, which consist of different temperature pools (the cold plunge is COLD), a sauna, and a steam room. Even those of us who’ve gotten many massages were incredibly impressed with our experience. The decor and vibe of this place felt young and approachable.
Lindsey Frierson
Fantastic spa experience, also ROY'S MASSAGES WILL GIVE YOU LIFE!
Suckafree MissP
What a fabulous experience! Super friendly staff, very clean facilities. I got a massage and my massage therapist really accommodated my needs. If I were local I would most definitely get a membership. The view from the pools were amazing! Next time I'm in Portland I'm making time for Knot Springs! I can't express how much I enjoyed it :)
Tyler Wilder
Amazing place! Worth every moment!
Christina Luah
Enjoy this little gem of a place! Fun little find with a great view. Co-ed spa is a great option for couples but recommend going on a weekday if possible as weekends are pretty busy and it can feel crowded rather quickly. Options for warm, hot, and cold plunge pools as well as a steam and sauna room with chairs to relax and sip either pandan water or tea. Couple with a massage or other treatment to get complimentary access for a couple hours or just enjoy the facilities. Amenities smell great, I even purchased the lotion to bring home! Definitely would recommend this oasis to any and all, and would love to come back and try a pedicure!
Sala Kannan
Wow, such a rejuvenating experience! A friend and I used the springs which consists of two warm water soaking pools of different temperatures, one cold plunge pool, a sauna and a steam room. We followed their instructions and used the pools in a certain order. We loved it! The views from the springs are stunning. The balcony outside is also beautiful, and a great spot to rehydrate, contemplate, and relax. All you have to do is take your swim suit. They give you everything else - nice towels, slipper, drinking water, soap, shampoo etc. Their bath products were all lovely, my favorite was the exfoliating scrub. Can’t wait to go back, and highly recommend Knot Springs!
Alyssa Ostrander
Knot Springs is an extraordinary life experience! I'd never experienced the combined offering of multiple pools, dry sauna and steam room in one space to unlock all the known and unknown stress in my body. An hour soak was included before my hour massage with Summer, who honestly gave me the best massage I've ever had in my life! It opened my awareness to what's possible in life. Grateful!
Phillip Ambrose
I come here for the soak and saunas. I haven't tried the other spa services yet. The pools, steam and dry saunas are fantastic. The place can get busy, but they do a good job of not overbooking to keep the experience pleasurable. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Jordan Taylor
The entire experience was top notch, from the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and courteous. The decor was a smart modern blend of wood, cement and metal. We stepped into the spa area where there were 2 hot tubs, a cold tub (~42 degrees) a steam room, and a sauna (200degrees). The spa itself is a couple stories up (i think its 3 or 5) and has floor to ceiling windows, a hanging harden in the ceiling and tea and water stations about the place. They even have a patio area where you can just sit and relax and cool off.
Very happy, we will definitely be back once their rennovation is complete.
Sean Ducey
An amazing and restful experience! Felt very relaxed after visiting the springs. I think this is a must for those who want to take time and chill
Sean O'Donnell
Great spot for those looking for a steam room/sauna experience. Guests get both of those AND soaking pools of various temperatures. There are tons of other offerings (massages, gym classes, etc.) but my wife and I only used the spa. We've already made reservations for our next visit.
rhizome nyc
I was a bit hesitant to go to my first 90 min massage but after a summer of hard work this place was exactly what I needed. The "springs" are super fun and I totally recommend doing the order they recommend through at least once, even though the cold plunge is painful it's super refreshing.
Josh was amazing, totally suited the massage to my needs and was more than happy to work with my super messed up back and shoulders. I've only had a few other massages, so I'm no expert, but the professionalism and commitment to actually helping me in the long run rather than providing surface level temporary relief was evident and outstanding. This guy really knows his stuff and is perfect for a stressed out guy who lifts too many things for a living.
Love this place and can't wait to be back.
Ryan Shelly
Knot Springs is the perfect place to relax for a couple hours. I always feel refreshed after hanging out in the “Springs.” Staff is helpful and friendly and they also offer massages, workout classes etc. I’m also a fan of their online shop where I buy the diffuser oil to help me feel relaxed and rejuvenated at home. Check them out!
Michael W
We went here about a year ago and still talk about what a beautiful, relaxing experience it was. I did a 2 hour soak/steam and drank about a gallon of that tea, and my girlfriend got the massage which she said was amazing.
Brendan Clark
Beautiful place to relax. The hydrotherapy is particularly calming and relaxing, especially if you just got a massage! There are changing rooms available, although they are not incredibly private (open walls to the lobby area). It is pricey, but worth one visit even if you are just doing a day pass to the pools. Tip: do not park in the garage if you are staying longer than an hour. They validate for one hour only, and it is $5/hour. Plenty of surface parking available.
Greg Ellis
My girlfriend and came to Knot Springs for massages followed by time in the pools + sauna. All was exceptional and we can say nothing but amazing things about our experience. Everything was beautiful, quality, casual, friendly, and clean.
Oby and Valorie were our LMTs and both of us were floored with the wonderful care they took to tailor our massages to precisely what we needed. 90min was amazing but we coulda gone forever!
The pools and saunas were magnificent and so crucial after getting a massage. The views were spectacular-- it's amazing to watch the hurried world rush by from the comfort of a hot tub overlooking the city :-)
All the guests we exchanged words with were friendly, outgoing, and incredibly interesting to speak with. I felt like we could have struck friendships with a majority of the people after our casual conversations.
All in all it was wondrous and we can't wait to come back.
Thanks Knot Springs!!
XoXo

I’ve found a place that feels so rejuvenating after a long day of work or a great way to start it! I came for the soaking, stayed for the classes and great people I meet
Chris James
Even if you don't get any of the treatments or do any of their classes, taking advantage of the soaking pools/sauna/stream room is worth going!! I'm not sure if I've ever felt more relaxed than after an hour of hopping back and forth between the pools and watching the traffic go by from the incredible view they have.
Tiffany Blackmon
Positives: the space itself is newer and nice, clean overall. Mostly friendly staff. A quality massage for the price. The springs have a nice view and are a unique experience in the city. They provide fliflops, a poncho, and have a bathing suit dryer.
Negatives: the overall experience and quality isn’t there. A small sign directs you to the entrance. The waiting area is small and minimal. Two staff were working, and checked us in. We were directed to the springs, and given a short tour there and shown our lockers. There are no dedicated dressing areas, only 2 showers, 2 bathroom stalls and otherwise people just standing around blocking the area because of a lack of separate changing area. The bathroom area was missing any toilet paper in one stall, and the other was dirty. The floor of the whole bathroom was wet, since it’s used to change out of wet attire. The setup just doesn’t make sense.
You get changed if needed, put your stuff in the locker and then shower off and head in the springs. A single shower is at the springs entrance, and it looks into the men’s changing area.
The springs are nice, the view is mostly nice. There’s a sauna and an outdoor seating area. Water and tea are available. It got pretty crowded though and it was a weekday during non peak hours even.
They get you from the springs to take you to your treatment. You put on a poncho and travel in a wet bathing suit and poncho outdoors and walk to the massage area. After your massage, you are expected to put back on your wet poncho. Why they don’t give you a robe like most spas or at least a fresh poncho is beyond me. Why you’re required to go in the springs before a treatment and not after also makes no sense.
Afterward, no one explained to us where to go to check out or payment. We assumed where we checked in and went there. The system was slow for adding a tip and for using a gift certificate. Their site shows the CBD massage and all massages being $130 yet they charged $145 for it.
Overall, the springs are nice but not worth the price alone unfortunately since this wasn’t my top choice for a spa. The massage itself was good but the room was oddly laid out, requiring the masseuse to walk back and forth constantly to get lotion and/or hot stones. I did not like the set up with the locker rooms, wearing a wet suit after etc- I’d prefer more of a traditional spa experience.
Jordan Decker
Fantastic! Relaxing yet energizing at the same time. Beautiful views from the pools, we went a little early but I bet it's even better at sunset. Make reservations in advance, they book up quick!
Kristin Bowers
My husband and I went here over the weekend for the first time and both got some of the best and most thorough massages we had ever received compliments of Valerie and Roy. We highly recommend both if them if you're looking at getting a massage soon.
David Tendrich
Knot Springs has been an important part of my life for the past 2 years, since I joined. I've gone almost 5 days / week for the entirety of my membership and I recommend it to people every week just about.
Soaking -- and the ice cold plunge -- instantly vanquish my stress from the day. The zen interior design is wonderful. And the 'device detox' from no phones being allowed in the pool area is wonderful too.
Why 4 stars and not 5?
Perhaps I was spoiled by the culture when I first joined. It used to be very personal. Staff said hello warmly to everyone and learned everyone's names. It felt like 'Cheers.'
They set the tone for friendship, and it made the vibe between members easier to talk to.
Suddenly, about a year or so ago, the culture shifted.
It is not un-kind by any means, but that personal edge is gone, and I've noticed the impact it's even had between members.
I am eternally grateful to this place regardless. But it would be nice for some of that culture to come back.
Capri Kamala
I absolutely ADORE the eco chic setting and attention to detail that gets put into the whole experience at Knot Springs. They provide the most clean, elegant and thoughtful soaking/self care experience I have ever had the pleasure of indulging in! Will bring many friends!
Steve Hopkins
Super relaxing atmosphere in the springs. The massage therapist was fantastic. Friendly staff all around.
Stephanie A
I'm glad I didn't pay for it. It's not a social club. I would have had more social interactions waiting to be hanged. The cold water\hot water/steam was interesting and invigorating and that was worth the money but drop the motto about being a social club. Your area is tiny and clients colder than the water. Also your staff spends all their time on their phones.
Maarifa Roho
I am in town visiting Family and decided to unwind at Knotts . The spa is top rate and five star all the way.. BUT the highlight was my Massage from Lana. Best I ever had . Point, Blank , Period! Thanks a bunch Lana 🙏🏽! …
Hannah Smith
This place is so luxurious! It’s a bit of a splurge, but worth it! It does tend to book up, so book in advance!
Georgia Mitasev
Great massage and very relaxing time in the springs. Only downside is the bathroom. Not enough space to get ready after services. Maybe they should limit the number of guests at one time for that reason alone.
Camila Beltran
Definitely coming back with bae. Very relaxing and surprisingly worth the price.
The Undertaker
Bring your bathing suit and your vaccine card and they'll take care of the rest. Walked out feeling brand new, highly recommend
Shanae of Honor
Love the view and the healing soaks, as well as the awesome therapists!

Such a great experience. The cold plunge felt fantastic and the foot rubs were soooo relaxing.

Best place for a cold soak and some contrast therapy. Staff is helpful and help keep the space very clean.
Nico Swish
I’ve been before and planned on re visiting because of a great experience. I REALLY hope they’re open up by at least August or so because I’m coming back in September and would love to book!

The staff was excellent, truly cared about their guests’ needs and the visit was relaxing, invigorating, and comfortable.

Anandhu Sanilkumar
One of my favorite places in Portland.
Brandon Fritz
Amazing indoor spa with tea and infused water to enjoy! I personally enjoyed the 42 degree pool as I am always feeling too warm!
Megan Lent
The staff and services are excellent. The facility is clean, and has a great view. Only drawback is the locker area is right next to the front desk, and very crowded.
Benjamin Wright
So relaxed. So toasty warm. And my massage from Roy was one of the best ever
Matthew Leonard
Absolutely love this place! Great view, friendly atmosphere. Just expect to be sleepy and relaxed after your springs visit!
Adrian De Los Rios
Perfect place to decompress and pamper yourself

Rocky check in and didn't notify us of the importance of turning in security bracelets.
Matthew Borish
Knot Springs is simply an amazing experience! I've been a member since the begining and it just keeps getting better.

Loved the variety in the springs, and the massage from Summer was excellent

UX Fail. The check-in, disrobe, pay and go process is a bizarre mess. But the soaking tubs are wonderful.

I just did a spring soak session here and i am blown away. The facility is super clean. The staff is very helpful, amazing, and friendly. The other people soaking are chill, no one really bothers you. I had a great conversation with a few people and i am so glad i found this place. #newlifegoal become a member.

Anyone looking to de-stress and re-center should make a ritual soak a monthly or quarterly part of their routine.
Carlee Murrell
What an amazing experience! Alia at the front desk is so lovely and was so helpful. My massage by Davin was… out of this world. Best massage I’ve ever had. Treat yourself!
Liz Aguila
Post dance rehearsal, the spa really helps my muscles recover and experience relief! Also the saunas are one of my favorite ways to detox! Took my partner here for a date night activity and that was cute too!
Amanda Schmidt
One of my favorite places in Portland. The amenities are great, but the community is what keeps me around. Knot Springs provides all the tools I need to keep up with my fitness, recovery, and social goals.
Jake
My wife and I loved this place. It’s like a mini post hotel! Very upscale and everyone was nice and professional.
Drake Bridgewater
You get what you pay for at knot springs. The couples massage was $500 with tip; therefore, it's a treat to visit. All the amenities associated with a message are excellent. This includes the soaking pools, steam room, sauna, and changing rooms.
The reason for the missing star: the massage experience is lackluster.
