My experience here was quite wonderful. First & foremost, the facility exceeded my standards regarding sanitation. It is also spacious & beautiful inside. I was assisted in a timely manner. I desired new years dip nails & I really like how they turned out. If you are looking for a nice quality nail salon I recommend this business. Also the nail technician who executed my nails is Tram. She is talented & so nice.

I love every tech that has helped me with laser hair removal. They are patient and understanding during a process that can seem scary for most. They make me feel very comfortable and welcomed when I come inside. With laser, they also account for my tattoos and skin color which can be difficult. Zara and Julie helped me today and I couldn't recommend them more.

I had a really great experience today. I had to bring my 4 year old with me and the girl at the front desk was so sweet and thoughtful. She got him crayons to draw with and a juice to drink while I got my treatment. Also, the lady who did my treatment was very efficient and thoughtful to make my experience better. I have been coming for about 9 laser hair removal treatments. The staff is very kind and professional. Initial appointment took longer but they were able to answer all my questions. Rest of appointments have taken less than 5 minutes. Have had to reschedule and have not had any problems. I wish it was closer to home. Takes 1.5hrs to get here. I am now about 85% hair free so it is definitely worth it.

Julie at the Tigard location has been phenomenal and has worked with me every step of the way for my cool tone treatments she’s even made sure to make me feel like a priority instead of just another client, not only that she also is very charismatic and caring. I have even recommended other friends to the Tigard location because of the special care and approach they all have provided. I also want to shout out to Zahra she has helped me to schedule my remaining treatments and worked around my busy life and has made sure that I received each treatment on time and she also has gone above and beyond to do so.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff were kind, contentious, skilled and informed. It's a popular place so it can take a minute between appointments. But if you want something quality, it's more than okay if it takes a little time. I have a lot of acne scars and and some fine lines. These treatments helped so much. The discoloration has gone down quite a bit. Some sunspots I had disappeared completely. I'm very happy with my results. - face & neck BBL

My wife is a client at your location and I'm happy to spend the large amounts of money that it cost me to care for her cosmetics' needs. Her provider Julie is awesome and every time she comes home she shares just how wonderful she is and how her treatments are always perfect. As a husband I hear the good and the bad. Seem all is good with her provider Julie but the concern is with the girls in the front desk. Several times she has overheard the girls communicate in a negative and unprofessional manner. It would be my advice to educate the front staff on maintaining a high level of professional conduct and be careful what is communicated. I would hate to spend my hard working money with a company that allows such behavior. It's my hope that I will not hear these stories and comment in the future otherwise I will suggest that we take our business else where. Julie is highly adored by my wife, they have a very special relationship and I'm thankful for Julie's commitment and professionalism in caring for my wife cosmetics' needs.

My last laser hair removal appointment had been mis-booked at the wrong Ideal Image location. I was so upset because they are fairly booked out (like most businesses right now) and I was already pushed out past my window for the treatment... The front staff was extremely sympathetic and asked me to wait in the lobby to see what could be done. Nurse Tracy ended up squeezing me in between her scheduled clients to make my appointment happen! And even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience on her, she never made me feel like it, and was incredibly sweet! On top of the customer service, the Tigard location is always clean and efficient.

Overall it was a good experience. However, taking my payment before determining that I could get an appointment in the next few weeks was a bit off putting. Now, I have my "second appointment" but no initial appointment on the books. If you can't get me in for my initial session within 2 weeks of signing my contract, how can I trust that I'll be able to get all my sessions in a timely manner moving forward? Perhaps just giving me the options - prior to making payment - to know what is available would help solve that issue.

This is a great place for your basic fillers, Botox, hair removal or laser facial treatment. The gals at the front desk are amazing! They even do weekend and evening appointments. The consults you’d have on the phone are with a different subgroup so I would highly recommend calling your local branch directly. I love the membership perks!! Pays for itself in that aspect. I drive up from Salem and it’s def worth the drive. It’s super clean and professional. Realistic suggestions and expectations are always the forefront. Pricing is similar to other places. There are certain procedures they don’t do here so make sure to do your homework! Also make sure when you schedule appointments you know how much you’ll need to either finance or have available with you.

I went for the first time today and I had the best time! The staff was very inviting and welcoming, after check in they gave me refreshments while I waited. My nurse practitioner was very thorough, in making sure I understood the process for laser hair removal before treatment, during, and post treatment. Overall really good experience with my permanent laser hair removal. I've had some difficulty with scheduling more than a few times, though this has gotten far better the past couple visits. The aesthetician have always been absolutely fabulous, friendly and helpful. Always able to answer any questions or find someone who could. The treatments themselves, overall I am very satisfied. I have had most areas on the lower half of my body treated. Also had a couple maintenance sessions (kinda disappointing having to do those). Though I have far more regrowth in the inner bikini area than I'd like after having completed my treatments, the overall results on the legs and armpits is amazing. Just the amount of money time and aggravation I save is totally worth the cost of these procedures.

Don't be fooled by the outside parking lot. This place is clean, simple and professional. The 3 ladies I have had laser the fork out of those stubborn black chin hairs have been incredibly helpful during the process. Each one has their own way of making sure their patient is comfortable. By the time I leave each appointment I wanna be friends with the tech who worked with me 😅 these ladies are awesome, fast, precise and make you feel beautiful 😍 The ladies in the front are super rad and friendly. I already forgot her name, but the lady who has the glasses and blonde hair and looks about my age was very helpful by scheduling out my appointments so I don't have to worry about going past my 6 week mark. (In other words this place is booming with business, don't wait to schedule, or you'll be waiting a long time. Just do it. You won't regret it. They even have payment plans that are suitable for you!) I highly recommend this place 👌

Not enjoyable. rarely do you get to see the same person for your treatment. It’s very rushed feeling for the cost doesn’t seem worth it. The staff seem aloof (superficial) some are friendly but is that just because they are at work and have to be? Not genuine. Place feels cold and not welcoming. Being in the service industry for 20 years I have higher standards on how important it is to nurture your customers especially when having painful services or treatments that are embarrassing. Honestly wish I could get a refund for the last sessions I have left so I can have a more nurturing experience somewhere else.

I had my first laser hair treatment today with Allie R.N. She was fantastic. I loved her honesty and openness about the procedure! I will be trying to request her each time. Heather also was a part of my treatment, and she was also amazing! I will say this.... when I arrived for my treatment, they advised that a portion of it would not be done due to them not being able to schedule for more than 100 minutes per treatment. During the treatment Allie was pulled out to do a consult for someone else, taking time away from my treatment - or 100 minutes if you will. I spoke to a manager and advised that was not what I purchased and that I did not drive almost 30 minutes to not be able to have my full treatment done. Well, let me tell you, they made it right and took care of me. Also, this wont be an issue for me going forward. I was super pleased with that! Though, it seems that they have some communication issues to work out internally and with their clients.

Allie was my RN, and I was extremely impressed with and appreciative of her ability to be straightforward and honest about the realities of the treatment. I went into ideal image for the first time on Thursday, and it was a great experience right when I walked in! The check in is an easy process with a friendly front desk. Most importantly, my nurse Teresa was incredible. Easy to talk to, listens to your needs, and has a natural eye for this work. It was my first time getting injections and I was pretty nervous, but she made me feel relaxed and provided great education beforehand. I would highly recommend seeing her if you want an honest, stress free experience with Botox and other treatments. The appointment was short and sweet and I went about my day with no swelling or redness. They say it can take about 2 weeks to see the full results, but I’m already in love with mine a couple days later :)

I am a previous Ideal Image customer from 5+ years ago. I was very pleased with my laser hair removal treatments for my underarms at that time. I signed up for a new treatment in July 2020 and the process has not gone smoothly. After signing the contract, I was told that I would be contacted to make my first appointment. I was never called and I made repeated attempts to call myself and it took multiple tries to get through. All of this happened the week I was expected to make my first payment when my treatments had not yet begun. My first appointment for the new contract was yesterday (8/13/2020). I was contacted multiple times to be there 10 minutes early for a walkthrough. When I called to check-in, the local office seemed to be surprised that I was early. I had to remind them that they told me to arrive for a walkthrough. I then sat in my car for 25 minutes and had to call once again to remind them I was waiting before they told me to come in. Once inside the clinic, I received no walkthrough. The technician appeared to be rushed (likely not her fault) and did not realize that I was still waiting to be told what to do. When confirming the day's treatment, we learned that I was only booked for a bikini laser hair removal and not the full legs as well. She told me she didn't have time to do my legs. I had no choice but to accept the full leg treatment. We also noted that there was no record of my request for an underarm touch-up. She did proceed with the bikini and underarm treatments. After the treatment was over, I went to your desk to book my next appointments. The clinic is not able to get me in for my first full leg treatment until October. Disappointing because that's a full 3 months after I signed my contract. I understand that Ideal Image is likely challenged in light of the COVID pandemic. But if the clinic is having trouble servicing their clients, I should have been told that when signing my contract. I was not given any indication that there would be delays in receiving treatments, and I was planning to cancel my entire contract if I was unable to get my first appointment. I can only hope that it gets better from here. Updated on 5/24/2021: I have updated my review to 4 stars because service has improved over this past year. This location found their rhythm under limited capacity to keep treatments going. Some appointments were delayed due to unexpected staff absences. Despite the rocky start, I’m happy with the results of my treatments and would recommend the overall process.

Had my first laser hair removal session with Maddison and loved it. She was so nice to make sure I was comfortable and not nervous at all. They followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was fine as well. Definitely a price tag here, but well worth it considering there's a lifetime guarantee and they won't go under like some smaller places.

I've had 11 treatments roughly kus I'm further along in one area I think I'm on 12 or 13 on my neck. I waited months for my touch-up. And they charge $155.00 for my touch up for chin neck and jawline. They only did center of my neck. Looks like I have neck chops. And even the treated spots have obvious clusters of hair. I wish I could post the photos. It's not perminate from my experience. It takes regular maintenance. When I did my main treatments it was every 8-10 weeks I believe. Touch up I was asked to come vack in 6 weeks. I still have a full beard. Of course better when maintain. But when I went several months without going back. I found out I still have a pretty full thick beard. And I think I'm roughly around 5k in after the contracts and previous touch up. The customer service is awesome. The employees very welcoming and accommodating. And very supportive. Or my rating would be lower. But I was invested in the perminate results I was promised for my ideal hair color textur and skin tone. Customer service u give 5 star. Results are great if you have money to keep feeding the treatments. The treatment in its own I think is better than waxing and shaving. But again not perminate for me. Not yet. I have to keep going kus its simply the best option. But the missing hole sections I paid for is upsetting. Especially when treat thick buldhing hair treatment s notes said I was treated. But my thick bulging hair lines beg to differ. I'm a single disabled mom. And each treatmen at 155.00. I expect to get results in the areas I pay for. I called to get it fixed. They said they could see me in 4-5 weeks. I'm still unclear on if there gonna fix it or charge me to fix it. So much for hairless spring/summer😥

Last week I went in for my very first Botox treatment!! I was super nervous but when I walked in I felt very comfortable. I had Teresa do my treatment and she was incredible! She made me feel way less nervous. She joked with me which was perfect because it kept me distracted. The process was so quick and easy! I have recently had ultherapy done by Shannon Ash. She was so very attentive and tried everything in her power to make otherwise a very painful treatment comfortable. Hi, I have had 4 laser hair removal treatments here, I bought the lifetime package, yes it was really expensive, but......it works! It works really, really well. The staff is kind, pleasant and very helpful. Plus this company will work with you on specific requests. Courtney at the front desk makes you feel comfortable, and Exotica really knows her stuff. The hair removal techs seem to hate body hair as much as I do, so that helps too. You are worth the money!! This can be life changing. Five stars from me!

First COVID got me off track with the "every 8 weeks" schedule, then I get this person providing me subpar service. As such I'm requesting an additional treatment session.

Laser hair removal was my last resort to end the pain and embarrassment of having to shave "down there" and getting mass amounts of ingrown hairs and skin irritation. I scheduled an appointment for lip injections and some botox and I gotta say, I was extremely nervous about the outcome and pain scale of what to expect but it was amazing! I am the biggest whimp I know and during the lip injections I was sweating out of anxiety and nervousness. But I swear to you my eyes didnt even water up when they put that first injection in my bottom lip! That literally was such a relief for me because if it was gonna hurt pretty bad I wasnt gonna be a regualr . But Ill do it a hundred times more! I had Kybella injections done at Ideal Image. Yes, it's ridiculously expensive, even with their random "discounts." Yes, it hurts, and yes, you will look awful for at least a week after having it done. My chin / neck swelled up A LOT and I had horrible bruising. It was definitely noticeable and I felt very self conscious going to work. Concealer covered the bruising but only after about 10 days. Before that, the bruising was too big and too dark to cover up. I had people thinking I had a giant hickey, and others thinking my Husband was mistreating me at home, that's how bad it was. I had great results though, after one treatment with two vials. When looking at the before and after pictures, my chin and jawline are more defined and you can't see my genetic double chin when looking at me straight on anymore. Of course they recommended I do another treatment, but I declined. I might do it again later in the year, but I want to see if time will decrease the small bump I still have left right under my chin. I'm only giving 4 stars because while my treatment worked, the person I consulted with was really pushy about multiple treatments and wouldn't give me a straight answer about the regular price vs. the seemingly meaningless "discounts" they offer. Kybella works, but know that all of those 'uncommon' side effects, like major bruising and LOTS of swelling, and prolonged skin numbness, can definitely happen.

AMAZING. Not just saying that. Very professional. They did push me to sign up but I totally could say no. Just be prepared for that. Other than this, I'm at my 5th appointment right now but even since the first visit I had 95% effectiveness. All hair is gone. Now if it grows back it is only at some places and only fuzzies and I'm getting them done soon. I'm a Burnett but have some blond hairs, and even those are becoming smaller and softer. I can barely see or feel them. :)
