Great experience at the Falmouth location! The office is absolutely beautiful and so clean! I saw Tiffany for my Botox treatment and she was great! This is a great place! I had an appointment set in January given my busy schedule but they got me in really early. I had two moles removed by Dr. Atkins and she walked me through the steps in a very thoughtful and comforting manner. The procedure was really straightforward and while my moles are pretty sensitive, she checked in with me to make sure I was okay during the process. I have a check up in a month to see how they are doing and I can't wait to be back. She and her team did a really good job.

I'm a new patient at Cosmetic Enhancement Center of New England and so far have been really impressed with their service. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The office is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and clear in their instructions. Dr. Maria Atkins was my injector. She has very good bedside manner and carefully explains everything before she does it. When I needed some slight adjustments to my original botox, she made the adjustments without charging extra. They also have reasonable rates for the botox (right now they are doing $12 a unit as a Halloween special and they have a rewards system). I would definitely recommend!

The staff is very professional. Dr. A spent time listening to my wish list and proceed to let me the options that are available surgically and none surgically. Dr. A also referred me to Dr. Wilson for a consult. Dr.A suggested I have a filler on my lips as I started permanent makeup lip liner. But made the decision to go back to Audrey. 4 hours and $160 later for a rapid Covid test followed by a 6 hour round trip ride should tell you how much I love it here! I have been a customer for many years because they carry the products I use. That being said EVERY TIME I need to get things from them there is some kind of miscommunication or general lack of knowledge that causes long delays, incorrect charges and the like. It is extremely frustrating especially considering how much these things cost. Moving to the larger facility made things so much worse. It would be nice if they had professional staff to keep things running smoothly but as it stands the young girls don't seem to take customer service very seriously. EDIT: In recent months the "front" team seems to be better informed and more professional. Any dealing with the service staff has been very good.

Very happy with the results I've had 5 tattoo laser treatments through them and today I went in to there new building for the first time and was very pleased to see they have upgraded and they do wonderful work! I definitely recommend them they have so many other cosmetics treatments available as well and at an awsome price! My 5th treatment today very minimal I was very pleased! They charge you by pulses on laser treatment which is exceptionally amazing! I believe as there business grew there prices decreased! So thanks to them I'm 1 or 2 more treatments away on a tattoo removal till it's gone! I cant thank them more! So thankyou cosmetic enhancement for your work! UPDATE Went in for another treatment they have a different method for the pain during laser removal and it was 5 times better then the numbing cream it’s called laughing gas and I can’t tell you how much pain this relieves compared to the cream but it does wonders!update October 28th 2021 had another laser treatment still in the works getting it removed it’s going well not to many treatments left I’d say! They are very good at taking care of you you’re in great hands!

The staff is very friendly and Dr Atkin is very experienced with the V beam laser. Gone are the spider veins, gone are the black/white heads and gone are the little red specks on my face. All that is left behind is tiny pores and very healthy skin. I recommend this to anyone wanting to improve the skin quality of their face. Very solid 5 stars! I had the brown spots removed from my legs. The price was only $275. The Doctor removed way more spots than I had anticipated. Especially one spot that was the size of a dime. At 67 I still wear a bathing suit and I travel to warmer climate. I keep looking down at my legs in awe. She did a great job. If I had known that the results would be this good I would have done it years ago.

I highly recommend Cosmetic Enhancement Center of New England for those seeking treatment of resistant adult acne. I am a 24 year old female who first went to Cosmetic Enhancement Center (CEC) in October 2013. Since the age of 12 I had struggled to find a 'cure' for my acne. As I got older, my acne worsened. At the age of 23 I was convinced that there wasn't a cure. By the time I was 21 I had seen six different dermatologists in addition to consulting my primary care provider about my acne numerous times. Among the acne treatments that I had tried were: Topical: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, clindamycin, erythromycin, adapalene, tretinoin, dapsone; Oral: doxycycline, minocycline, clindamycin, and various birth controls. Being somewhat against cosmetic procedures, I was hesitant to try any procedural (ie. laser, chemical peel, etc) treatment, but I finally gave in. I took advantage of the free consultation provided by the doctor at CEC. She suggested that I try ultrasonic facials. Shirley was the aesthetician that performed all of my ultrasonic facials. It was also her that recommended that I start using Glymed products. I had ultrasonic facials for a total of 6 months, but was more or less 'cured' after only ~2 months. I no longer need the facials, but still continue to use the Glymed products that Shirley recommended. Should I need any type of dermatologic treatment in the future, I will definitely be consulting CEC.
