I just got home from my first session of cool sculpting for under chin. The staff was amazing the service was amazing and the cleanliness was superb. My technician was Sharon and she was the best. She explained everything thoroughly and helped with alleviating any discomfort. It was my first treatment there and I will be back for more. I can't wait to tell my teacher friends about this place and all the fun things they offer. <3

Services are top notch, but the way the business is run on the front end seems messy. I wish I took before pictures but the results from my CO2 skin tightening treatment on my arms were outstanding. Way better results than I expected and I will be going back. I've spoken with them a few times for my first service and then additional services and those were the experiences I struggled with....the sales people I've worked with didn't seem to know what services would be best, or the prices. First consultation I had with them was remote and I was quoted for the completely wrong service for my needs. I went into the office and was quoted something way different and signed up for the services at that point. The next experience I had I tried to book another virtual appointment but I was left waiting for over 20 minutes in the virtual waiting room. So I booked another appointment in the office and then I waited over half an hour past my appointment time in the front office waiting to get pulled back. I was never pulled back so I told the office I was leaving and was given the same response as the other few times, "they'll be right out, so sorry for the delay." Which is fine but half an hour past an appointment time for a consultation on NEW services isn't a great way to get and keep new business. Once again the services were top notch but the front end seems a little messy. I do only recommend this place for anybody looking for skin treatments because I used and see the success of their services. Once again, top notch!

Top notch! I'm so glad I chose this place for my Coolsculpting services. The staff here is amazing and friendly. My sculpting tech was very personable and we had great conversations. The girls at the front desk are also super sweet - one even jump started my car because my battery overheated during my appointment today (super embarrassing but the way I was helped really touched my heart). They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and I already see results after a few weeks of my first sculpting service! I recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures! You'll be in good hands.

I visited Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa on Saturday, May 7, 2022. I had the Ear Candling service on both ears performed by Alyssa. I have been coming every two months for the past year and I look forward to spending quality time with Alyssa. She is warm, caring, and provides expert service. My sinuses cleared and opened up and my right ear pressure is gone. At my first visits my ear wax was brown with lots of debris. Now the wax is a light yellow with a few small patches of wax. What an amazing difference! I look forward to coming back in July. Thanks Alyssa!

I just recently had Volbella lip injection done by nurse Dannielli, RN. She did an amazing job! It was my first time ever getting my lips done so it was hard to trust someone but she did everything I asked for and I will definitely be going back to her again! My friends are amazed by my results and wanted to immediately know where I got them done. Suddenly slimmer med spa is amazing, the staff was super kind and made the entire booking, scheduling, and check-in process so quick and easy! They were able to get me in next day and helped me achieve the results that I wanted. For aftercare I followed Dannielli, RN’s instructions and healed very quickly. Bianca helped to make the process go a lot smoother too by numbing me up prior to the procedure which helped significantly. I’m absolutely in love with my results and highly recommend them!

I went out of my way to get treatment at Suddenly Slimmer because my previous experience was excellent and they ARE the longest ran Med spa in the valley. About 10 days after paying over $300 for dysport injections to treat my “11” and forehead lines, I called concerned it didn’t work as I could still see lines and lots of movement. Front desk girl I spoke with was extremely helpful and reassuring and advised me to wait (can’t remember time frame) for full results. I do remember saying and asking are the full results really going to happen overnight weeks after treatment. She made it seem like a possibility. 2 months have passed and it’s the same. I want to get another treatment but do not live close and it will take up at least half day. The cost is higher than other Med spa’s but I’ve always thought “you get what you paid for”, now I’m not so sure about that. If you don’t have busy schedule or if you live or work near suddenly slimmer I recommend them, just in case you need to go back for touch-up in between treatments. I will update my review accordingly.

I was nervous never having any of these treatments done before, but the customer service I got at Suddenly Slimmer was so amazing that I quickly felt at ease. My latest service was the Diamond Glow Facial with Brooke and it was amazing. I have also done Botox there and I am already signed up for both again. Everyone from the front desk to the people performing the services are so kind and helpful. I initially contacted this company for Botox injections to my masseter muscle to decrease grinding of my teeth while asleep causing deterioration of my teeth, tears in my inner cheeks and tension in my neck, scalp and shoulders. Years of being a client here and I'm still in love with everything I experience. I started off just getting waxes (Brazilian and legs), then I got Amy as my esthetician and she told me about the benefits of laser hair removal and she would be my tech. I already had an amazing experience with her doing my waxes, I had no issue putting my trust in her for laser. I currently get Brazilian and Chin Laser Hair Removal and it's simple, super quick (never longer than 15-20 minutes) and Amy makes sure that you are comfortable and know what's happening the whole time. That is important to me because I'm plus size and I know there are some estheticians out there that just don't know how or don't desire to have us as clients because well, gotta be more thorough. It can be a little intimidating trying to read them and see which side of that they are on. Amy has never made me feel that way. Like I said she makes me feel comfortable and is super thorough. Super grateful for her and for Suddenly Slimmer. I've been going here since Rio Wax Salon was a standalone. Great experience today! My husband and both got Dysport. From when they answered the phone, we were treated very well, were able to be booked same day and even offered to be apart of a current promotion. We were greeted with smiles from the front desk upon entering and the spa itself is very clean and modern inside. Or nurse who performed the procedure offered high customer service and was very sensitive to all needs we had and explained each step well. We definitely will be back when visiting.

C02 Laser Skin Resurfacing with Dr. Suze. It has been 14 days today and I can see a real improvement in my skin. Dr. Suze did a great job and very professional. The first 4 days were the hardest but after that the recovery was a breeze! I am returning to Dr Suze for some injections next week!

I received 2 cool sculpting treatments from Alyssa at Suddenly Slimmer. She made the whole process more comfortable due to her expertise. Alyssa was knowledgeable about the procedure & projected results and answered so many of my questions. This helped me set great expectations and timelines for when I would see some slimming results! The treatment itself can be uncomfortable because of the weird sensation and coldness, yet Alyssa helped to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I love that Alyssa is a perfectionists and studies my body before putting on the patches or applicators. It’s been 4 months since my treatment and I’m impressed and pursuing 2 more treatments in follow up. Exercise and diet are helpful.. but certainly cool sculpting has provided technological tools to chisel & sculpt producing happy results! . Alyssa is highly recommended for this kind of treatment!!!

My daughter and I have been coming to Suddenly Slimmer for about 3 months now. The online menu is very overwhelming, but the consultation process is free and very easy and the staff was very helpful at navigating the treatments options to suit my personal goals. We opted to start with facials, and have both had hydra facials and a dermalinfusion. My goal was to clean up some of the t-zone blackheads that have haunted my since adolescence and I have been very pleased with the results and the overall renewed look of my skin. I was suggested an at home skin care regimen which has been easy to manage and not only feels good each time I use it, but has clearly supported my goals of younger and clearer skin. Everyone I have interacted with is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The time they spend making the environment friendly and welcoming sometimes results in longer check-in and or check-out or purchase times, but it is well worth it. Time at the spa should feel rushed and I never do when we are here.

From the minute you walk in you are greated and offered a flavor infused water while waiting. I had Stephanie scheduled to do my wax, and I was nervous. She was AWESOME! I am totally going back. Loved the pampering. I also really like that when you make an appointment, you instantly get an email/text message that you can instantly click on and put in your phone's calendar with an alarm reminder. It's awesome. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I came in for a 10 year anniversary treat. We did the couples Slimming and detoxifying package. At the time of my reservation they only had 1 masseuse so we had to split up. In exchange of the massage they offered my a Deep Pore cleansing facial. I had the CoolSculpting done in July 2019. The procedure was explained by Alyssa and all of my questions were answered prior and during and after! The front desk was and is always welcoming and very accommodating. It was very easy to schedule and appointment and they work with me to cancel as I suffer with chronic debilitating migraines. The procedure was for me a bit more painful once the suction part was taken off . Though it only lasted for 5 minutes it felt forever. The procedure felt strange at first but they did everything to make you feel comfortable even afterwards when I felt like my skin was on fire but I am one of the few that has very sensitive skin. However 4 months later I am 15 pounds lighter and that weight was all from menopause weight. The staff continues to work with me and I am a happy continuing customer!!

Cool Sculpting. What a great, life changing experience. I just had my 90 follow up where I got to see my before and after pictures of the cool sculpting treatments I had on my stomach and love handles. The loss of actual fat takes place over a three month period so you don't notice the loss but after a month you just feel thinner. I knew I had lost a few inches in my waist but when I saw the after pictures, I started to tear up. I am so happy with the results. I had been considering cool sculpting and visited with three different companies and Suddenly Slimmer not only gave me the best rate, the team there was truly wonderful to work with. Jeanie did the treatment and she was awesome. She explained how the next couple hours would go and answered all my questions. The procedure itself is painless but there's a five minute period when they remove the unit from your skin that is not a lot of fun, but it's over as quickly as it starts. I've already shared my pictures with my friends and I'm sure they will be visiting Suddenly Slimmer soon too.

I've had this area treated before with botox and got much better results.

They have tons of combo deals, etc. Consultations are free. I've been for two treatments so far and literally have seen 80% improvement in hair growth already. I had done one session on my underarms and two for the bikini area/ Landing Strip; I don't need to shave for weeks. I look forward to the second/third session. It is painless free laser hair removal. The staff there is super nice. I mean I felt 100% comfortable while Danny was pointing a laser at my “down-under”. That's pretty darn good service!

After all the waxing, shaving and depilatories, I was being sick of all the ingrown hairs and I knew laser hair removal would be my savior! I was also very choosy on where to go to have it done and one of my best friend that has done previously at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa in Phoenix; but even though I live in Scottsdale, suggested me to come there. So I went to see Dannielli! She was very patient and carefully explained what the process will be. I also loved that she will be the one to do the actual laser procedure. I got a package for my legs and underarms and so far, I've had 3 sessions and my legs are much, much smoother than ever! Sure, there are still some stray hairs, but you barely notice them unless you look really close and I still have 3 more sessions to go and seen my friend final result I am sure mine will be as perfect as she got! Anyway, Danny was very patient and also very meticulous making sure she zapped all the hairs out. She would mark small areas to make sure she knows which places she's zapped through. She also has this machine that blows cold air onto your skin so it doesn't hurt that much; of course it still hurts a little bit but not as much without it. I also really loved the fact that she was the one that worked on my friend laser hair removal for her bikini and leg areas! If you're looking for a great, caring and very knowledgeable professional for laser hair removal, she is the best. For the price, you can't beat it. Her service is impeccable. After all, my friend found her here at Google!

Front office staff was so nice. The directions on Google may confuse you and send you to the back alley/parking lot. The entrance is actually off of Indian school. I was in and out in twenty minutes. While that may frighten some people, let me explain that all I was getting was Restylane injections in my tear trough. I could tell Dr. Jeffers was very experienced and she knew what she was doing. I'm very impressed with the results. I constantly woke up with bags under my eyes for years and it really aged me. I'm not really someone who's into injections and fillers but this is exactly what I needed. She looked at my eyes and assessed where the injection would go. She gave me care instructions thereafter and sent me home with two little ice packs for my eyes. I had zero bruising and minor swelling the first night. I am looking forward to returning to Dr. Jeffers in the future.

I really loved this experience. I had gotten a facial by Priscilla and I was feeling so fresh while she was cleaning my face. I was told by a few people before that facials hurt, but my experience was amazing, I felt little to no pain at all. Reading through all the "what to expect" literature, I had my concerns as one would with any treatment, but Alyssa was fantastic! I've done laser hair removal here for many different areas and I am so excited to say that I've seen dramatic improvements! My hair was so dark and thick and it would grow in a matter of hours. But now, it is impressive, it has been life changing. I feel so much better about myself, feminine and free and I'm a little bit over halfway through the treatment. I am so hopeful that I will be completely hairless by my last treatment. Just a heads up, but from my personal experience, I just use the painless laser hair removal. No joke, the lower legs, especially near the ankle, hurt just a bit! Obviously, they do laser hair removal, waxing, Botox and Dermal Fillers. I also see on their website, that they do tattoo removal, cellulite and stretch marks and I like the fact that I can book online and get some money back with their discounts! I would recommend them to my friends!

I've now been here for a facial, a makeup and MedSpa consultation - both were with Dannielli, and both were outstanding. Like the rest of the staff here, Dannielli and her Esthetician Staff have glowing luminous skin, which is a direct result of her lovely demeanor and Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa's well researched skin care practices. Their Spa practices more clinical facials than most spas, so the results are more visible, and I like to think longer lasting. They aren't just there to give you a pat-down massage lotion facial but using medical grade skin products that I trust 100% , but will make sure you get real results and ultimately the results you want. They're open to any and all questions and requests, so when I came in here for a facial, before an event, Danny assured me that my face wouldn't be red at the end of the procedure, but would instead - look refreshed and clear. She recommended a low dose of microdermabrasion. I was reluctant at first, since I've heard mixed things about microdermabrasion, but the tool they use is so gentle that it ended up being the perfect choice for my skin. Their microdermabrasion tool is new. It's a suction tube with small crystals on the end of it. It sloughs away old skin gently without pain, and any scary results. I had a wowing glow at the end. I went out to my co-worker birthday party without makeup and feeling wonderful. The other thing I love about their service; the fact they use all Mineral makeup, which has won prestigious awards for being the best mineral makeup on the market. Danny applied the makeup with ease, explaining each step, and letting me know the benefits of each product. As a skilled Esthetician and makeup artist, she did an excellent job. I've already received a number of compliments, and I don't even feel like I'm wearing makeup - it's so light. The other important thing for me at Suddenly Slimmer Day and MedSpa is that they offer full MedSpa service and my first time using Botox with their experienced professionals I got amazing results that together with Juvederm Filler made me look several years younger that boost my ego with lot of friendly compliments!! On March 22, 2018, I came to Suddenly Slimmer for the first time to their "Zap The Fat" event. I was so excited to learn more, and to witness a live CoolSculpting demo. The client was very calm and appeared to just be very relaxed while the CoolScultping was performed on her tummy. It all seemed too good to be true. The CoolSculpting representative Katie gave everyone a presentation on all aspects of CoolScultpting, and provided great explanations about how it works. Then Mike followed with his presentation about Kybella targets double chin fat with an FDA approved injection. He explained how it works, and when a client may require two viles, or three viles, of Kybella to get rid of the excess fat beneath the chin area. I was in awe of his before and after pictures, and the effectiveness of this product. At the end of their presentations, they did a random drawing of a participant's name. There were approximately 20 people there, and to my surprise, they drew my name! I was so elated, I felt like I was definitely meant to be there! They gave me the option to choose one CoolSculpting cycle (one treatment) or one Kybella treatment. I chose the CoolSculpting, and was so excited to be the recipient of such a generous donation worth $800.00! Then, I was escorted back to do an assessment of my body fat with Alyssa. First, she asked if I had any questions, and I was amazed at the wealth of information she had. I was mostly impressed by the fact that by the time we are adolescents, we have acquired the maximum number of fat cells that we will have for the rest of our lives. So when we kill anywhere from 20-50% of our fat cells with one or two treatments of CoolSculpting, she explained the fat cells won't ever grow back, and it is considered permanent fat loss! I was grateful to know that the investment would be worth it since the fat won't just get replaced with new fat cells down the road. As long as you maintain good diet and exercise habits, the surrounding areas won't end up showing a contrast (leave pockets or depressions) where your areas of treatment were performed. Then, she had me put on a pair of mesh underpants, and I wore a sports bra so she could see all areas that I was interested in eliminating. She quickly and professionally gauged each area using various CoolSculpting adaptor sizes for each body part, and marked off the areas with brief pen marks so I could see where the fat would be reduced. The "pads of fat" on the sides of my legs are my biggest concern, and she marked the areas so I could see where it would be treated. I was super excited about the possibility of diminishing these areas of unwanted fat. I also showed her two other areas I wanted to shrink: The backs of my triceps, and the sides of my lower back in the "love handle" area, which would give me more of an "hourglass look." She also explained that if you purchase more than 8 CoolSculpting cycles, they are able to give a deeper discount. So it made sense to me to request a total of 12 treatments, or six targeted areas done in two sessions at least 30 days apart. I realized that Suddenly Slimmer was the place I wanted to do my treatments because the staff was all so helpful and friendly there. I also know their pricing is much better than other clinics I compared pricing with. Although I am doing the complimentary CoolSculpting session on April 7th as a "test run" I definitely intend to do more after I save up the cash to go for it and do the whole package of 12! Stay tuned... I will keep you posted on my upcoming experience, and the results after my April 7th treatment on my lower tummy area!

I went to Suddenly Slimmer Day and Med Spa for my first procedure which was to have filler under my eyes. I couldn't believe how great of a job they did. It was quick, painless and made a huge improvement in my appearance. The doctor was so helpful explaining that my questions about Botox to better my wrinkles lines. She said that it reduces muscle activity that causes moderate to severe lines to form. Botox is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe wrinkles or to prevent wrinkles from forming. The treatment she said will usually last about 6 months. Also I have sometimes excessive sweat issue, when under lots of stress and Phoenix is the City of the Sun making impossible not facing this condition! She also educated me that injections are expected to temporarily stop the production of excessive sweat in the treated areas only. Sweat continues to be produced elsewhere. It’s an excellent treatment to prevent sweats from staining the clothes and causing embarrassing situations. In general my results were as I expected them to be!

Let's face it: we all have unwanted fat that is tough to get rid of, or nearly impossible, even with proper diet and exercise. I highly recommend getting Cool Sculpting to tighten/tone problem areas. It's safe, effective, and non-invasive. The treatment is quick and painless (in my opinion); it just feels super cold like when you're in the snow or out skiing too long -- not too bad. It did take a few months to see the final results as the body needed to heal naturally, however, wow -- I love the results, and would recommend Cool Sculpting to anyone.
