I’ve been coming here for years! My first time here I was suffering severe cystic acne, & they helped me get my skin so clear with a 6month treatment with accutane! A couple years past and I’m back for acne it’s not as severe but Im ready for clear skin again they are doing treatments im really excited to see my skin transform again ! First, Dr. Laris seems like a genuinely nice person who cares about his patients. Secondly, he is wonderful to speak with and listens to my concerns. Lastly, he is treating me for scar hyperpigmentation on my face from the result of a surgery performed by another individual that will take some time to reach an acceptable level for me. He is patiently working with me and he has to be since I have been a maverick with my skincare and he is forcing me to slow down and not damage the surrounding tissue by moving too quickly and wants me to use albeit slower but more proven methods. The Dr. hadn’t gotten my sons records from his last dermatologist and didn’t seem to believe what I told her about his diagnosis from his prior Dr. I felt like I was being treated as I didn’t know what I was talking about or over exaggerating. I’m not a professional and I was only explaining what I had been told before. Regardless, she made us uncomfortable and inadequate. I’m a parent of 33 tears, I think I’m well aware of how to advocate for my children. I don’t think we will be going back.

Dr. Laris and the office staff were wonderful! I had a CO2 laser skin resurfacing done 7 months ago. I was nervous about the outcome but Dr Laris spent time with me regarding my concerns and made me feel confident that this was the best procedure for my issues. The day of my procedure the staff gave a step by step process of what would occur. Dr Laris reviewed what he would do with the laser during the procedure. I returned several times after that so they could monitor my progress. My skin has continued to improve, the sun damage is nonexistent! The texture of my skin and volume is also much improved. My son is back every three weeks or so for a rebala ce. The staff is polite, professional and speedy. All these qualities make us happy. Today, was unusual. It took over an hour from entering to check in to exiting the building. But as Murphys Law predicts whatever can go wrong will go wrong. The young woman who serviced my son explained what was happening and all was well. The only thing I would change about the service is reception. In the several months my son has been a client we have never experienced a friendly greeting or any comments about appointment times from any of the receptionists. A friendly greeting when entering would go a long way. However, once past reception, the clinicians have all been wonderful.

I I have hooded eyes and they've gotten so bad I needed to find a place to have the eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty. I called Phoenix skin spa and it turned out they had my information from when I call them in 2011. I had forgotten I'd even called them. I was impressed they kept my information that long. I was able to get in for a consultation right away because of a cancellation. Everyone was friendly and professional and the procedure was explained very well and all my questions answered. I will be having my surgery the 14th of next month. Being able to see better is the main reason I needed to do this and as an added bonus I'm so looking forward to being able to wear eyeshadow and use mascara again. Will come back an update after the surgery. Had the hooded eye surgery. It went very well and I'm very happy with the results. My eyes look great!

The office is nice and the providers and staff are great but I would honestly give it one star for the simple fact there is absolutely no parking and the little parking lot they do have is completely filled. I had to park almost a block down the street and walk to the office because of this issue. It was beyond frustrating and for that reason alone is why they're not getting five stars

They don't ask who is next...2 people that were after us were waited on before us, and in the tiny waiting area the chairs are very, very uncomfortable especially when you are waiting for several hours for your loved one in surgery.
