Very clean and polite. Quick and efficient. I have had a lot of change in my hair growth but my contract was not fully explained properly. I was told I had up to 16 sessions and the average person was would be 9-12 sessions. Sounds good right? Well apparently the contract is on a time line as well so I was only able to get 8 sessions in so I still have hair growth. I have had it least one of my sessions cancelled due to no nurse on staff which added another 4 weeks in between my session. Also was not told that there were fees for touch ups. I was told that I’d pay extra for the lifetime upfront and touch ups would be included. I honestly don’t know if I would have paid 3k to still have hair if I would have been explained fully. I read a lot of review saying they had similar issues and I thought I was super lucky not to have those issues. Definitely a disappointment on that part.

After just my first 2 appts i seen hair reduction on almost all of my targeted area. My recent experience was pleasant however the past visits were not good, I had to wait 2 months for them to send my numbing cream prescription to the farmacy and because of that I had to cancel 2 appointment and they said that if I cancel any appointment i won't be getting all the 9 sessions they usually do. For the past 3 sessions I haven't seen a change i still see the same amount of hair.

Lisa was very nice and helpful. She helped me set up zoom. I was told that I could still get the 50% off but when I talked to Lisa I was told that she couldn't give me 50% off. That disappointed me. I only make $1,150 a month on social security. I almost feel like canceling because when you are told that you're going to get 50% off they should honor it. I am still considering canceling because I need my little bit of savings that I have for emergencies and this is not an emergency.

I am so happy I came to this Ideal Image. I’m having laser treatment done on my entire upper body. I’ve had 5 complete sessions so far and the results are dramatic. I’m Italian and had thick dark coarse hair and now I’m at the point where my skin is extremely smooth and almost totally hairless. I don’t even have to shave anymore. Macey has been my primary nurse and she has been amazing. She’s extremely professional and efficient at what she does and always makes me smile and feel at ease and comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and Macey in particular. My wife gets Botox done there and she is equally happy with the results and the excellent service. I’m very happy I chose to come here and look forward to getting my final treatments and finally never having to worry about shaving my body/having hair where I don’t want it ever again.

Update: I am changing my review because Ideal Image asked me to have my hormones checked which I did and the results were normal. They then called me in and gave me an action plan for how they were going to make things right. So far so good. The staff is and always has been friendly and kind and once I checked my hormones Ideal Image and their managers took action to ensure my hair removal took. I walked into an ideal image a year ago to look and compare prices with other laser hair removal companies. I was made promises and information was left out of the sales pitch. I was told that I would get a lifetime membership and could come back anytime for touch-ups( no mention of 120 fee for every visit) paid potentially 4000.00 for hair removal when I could have gone somewhere else for cheaper due to the fact that I felt I was unable to leave. The manager was talking so much and I just wanted to leave and I agreed and signed the contract. I was okay with everything even though it was a high-pressure sale and felt like I was there for hours and wouldn't let me leave until I signed paperwork. After a year I still have hair growth and I come in for a follow-up and am told that moving forward I would have to pay 120.00. I feel like I was pressured and lied to and I have to pay 120.00 after paying thousands for results that have not done what they said would do. I want the results promised to me and to not have to pay 120.00 to finish the process that they did not fulfill which is hair reduction. I would not recommend this company due to false advertisements, high-pressure sales and taking consumers for every penny that they have without fulfilling their portion of the agreement. The techs were amazing on every level and the front desk, but the temporary manager at the time did not do a good job at conveying all information and a good company would ensure that the job has been completed and keep promises if the company does not support the sales pitch that their staff used to retain customers. Again 4,000 and still have hair, at this time I recommend this place.

I have done 2 treatments here. Under arms first and on my 4th laser removal for the legs. Every single time I come they have my room ready to go so I never wait. Big plus, given that they are always booked for appointments. The nurses are super cool and laid back and always take care of me along with the other staff. I arrived about 4min late to my appt as parking is not easy to find. I parked behind the building. Plan to arrive 5-10 early to find parking. She was ready for me and did not have to wait. Edit: got in contact with someone and they resolved the problem, thank you for the help. When I was in the process of setting up an appointment for hair removal, the customer service was prompt and helpful, I would get replies back ASAP. However, as soon as I went in for the first treatment and the lady was looking at the area, she informed me that my hair was too light and the laser would do nothing, but that the contract was non refundable so I wouldn’t get my down payment back. I can understand that it’s non refundable if you just decide not to show up, or something along those lines. But the technician even told me “this situation rarely happens”, and she suggested maybe I do Botox or cool sculpting instead, however I have no interest in Botox and am not in the position to pay upwards of $2000 for cool sculpting. The technician told me she would call me back the same day, after she talked to her regional manager, to see what we could do. Five days have passed, I have made multiple calls and emails to various people, but it has been radio silence on their end. Their communication is seriously lacking when it comes to anything besides scheduling appointments and taking payments.

Facility and personnel were excellent. It would have been nice to receive a follow up call 24 hours after my procedures just to ask if everything is ok and are there any questions or issues. Also, since before pictures were taken and your literature indicates it can take several months to see results I expected you would request a final visit to discuss the results and take after pictures. That did not happen. Overall, at this point in time (two visits in 30 days) I can only say the experience was good but cannot testify to the outcome.

I want to apologize for the long review but I just can't help but brag about my experience.... To all the ladies at the Peoria office, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys rock! These women are very professional, friendly and compassionate! I went in for my consult very embarrassed by the major facial hair I had due to PCOS. I literally had a 5 o'clock shadow, plucking twice a week for 3 hours each time. Shaving 3 times a week, it was horrible and it stole 7 hours a week of my life! I would joke about growing a better goatee than my husband just to keep myself from hiding and bawling. The lady I spoke with, helped me get set up for 9 appointments and got me approved to begin my first treatment that same day. I was both excited and nervous and had no idea of what to expect. Needless to say, the treatment with Taylor was over in 10 minutes and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. Not to mention she went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during the treatment. After just 4 visits, I started noticing that I no longer had a 5 oclock shadow and the constant need for plucking and shaving was gone, I was and am BEYOND ecstatic! Looking back now, it's hard to remember just how much this issue had consumed my life and my confidence. I am sooooooo glad I made the choice to go to Ideal Image for laser hair removal! Thank you for giving me my life and confidence back!

So far so good. I have been suffering with PCOS since I was 15 the hair on my face grows in faster and I can keep up with it. Yesterday was my first treatment and I was very excited to hear if there has been other patients with PCOS that have great success. Not to mention not to mention at the price for my treatment was nowhere near as expensive as I thought it was going to be. And I was extremely excited with the girls told me that I would be a lifetime member and the price of touch up treatment if I needed them minimal. PCOS suffering with PCOS and the facial hair that it provides has made me incredibly self-conscious to know that there is a way for me to talk to people without covering my face encouragement is a great encouragement. The staff is very welcome found understand about the heartache that comes with being self-conscious. Like I said my first visit I will keep you updated as my treatment go on.

I’ve had 9 treatments here for laser hair removal and 1 touch up at another location, and I still have a lot of hair growing. I’m not happy with it. I don’t get why I have to keep paying for “touch ups” when it is clear I need more treatments that I don’t think I should have to pay for. This method may work temporarily but don’t expect it to last. This picture is of my linea alba, the area from the belly button to the top of my bathing suit. I trimmed just last week so you can see there is still a fair amount of hair growth.
