I will start by saying their customer service is fantastic! From beginning to end everyone was so great. I saw Danielle for my fillers. We did 1 syringe at the first visit and another 2 weeks later. She did an incredible job each time. Her chair side manner was outstanding and she did such an awesome job with my lips. No complaints. For my entire experience 10/10! My whole experience from the front desk to purchasing a package was pleasant so much so I had my daughter sign as well as friends. It was painless and I felt comfortable plus I’m already seeing about 90-95% hair loss results and whatever does grow in is super light, thin and hardly noticeable anymore. I received some lip fillers for the first time ever on March 18th by Nurse Stacy. She made me feel really comfortable, walked me through her process and let me know I was going to be just fine. She also left the numbing cream on my lips a few extra minutes so it would be as painless as possible. Those few minutes did wonders. I felt just a few light pokes on my top lip and nothing on my bottom. Everything was over in about 10 minutes. I am no longer nervous to come back for my next fillers.

Everytime I come for treatments I get treated with so much kindness. Everyone is helpful and eager and full of life. My laser hair removal on my face has been PHENOMENAL so far. I have bad PCOS and very thick facial hair. It’s almost 90% gone. I only have to shave like twice a month instead of everyday. Absolutely worth it 100%.

I bought a 2 pack syringe a year ago for lip fillers and went to use the second one only to be told that it expired. Never once was I told that they expired. Had I known that I would never have bought it. So disappointed how companies take advantage of people. That was my first time trying anything like this. The lady I spoke to said she would have her manager call me to see what they can do. Let's see if they make this right. Be careful if you buy something you don't plan to use right away. Update: They called and credited me the filler that expired and I just got it last week. They came out great. Tammy was awesome. The Chandler office staff were very nice and welcoming. I appreciate them making it right.

Top notch place! I had a wonderful experience here today for a touch up! I had laser hair removal done here four years ago and haven’t needed to return until recently because it actually worked that well. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful, friendly and took care to make sure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Shoutout to Breann for being amazing! she deserves a raise! Despite admittedly suffering from a staffing issue at the front desk, all the nurses and management/office staff pulled it off effortlessly. I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong! I have been going to Ideal Image, Chandler/Phoenix location for nearly 1 year. I have dealt with unwanted facial hair growth since my teens. That has finally been resolved thanks to Ideal Image. I am near the end of my contract for laser hair removal and my hair growth has decreased 90-95%. Saying I am pleased with the results is an understatement. I cannot say the treatment was painless for me, but the results are absolutely worth the pain. The staff makes the process painless. Every staff member I have interacted with has been wonderful. Whether in person or on the phone each person is kind and personable. I would recommend Ideal Image to anyone and everyone!

I am a new client and was very fearful after reading the reviews online. I have had two laser hair removal treatments at the Chandler location completed by Kylie and Stacey. My experiences with each of them was amazing. They were patient, experienced, and professional. I would give both of them 5 stars. My only complaint is the frustrating scheduling issues with appointments being cancelled and confirmations not being recieved. Outside of this, so far I am very pleased.

Was told 1 syringe for lip injections lasts 12-18 months here by the aesthetician. It was 8 months for my lips. Disappointed and definitely surprised. Staff are friendly other than that. Laser hair removal is going alright. 8months in with probably 50% hair reduction.

First, I want to start off by saying I am a real client of Ideal Image at the Chandler AZ location only and have not been to any other location. I’ve also have not been paid or offered any services for this review. This is my personal review on how I was treated. My nurse Stacey is UBER AmAzInG! She’s soft spoken, caring, patience and you can feel that she loves her job and take pride in what she does. Rachel I feel is the same . She was quick with setting my future appointments, working within my schedule to get me the dates and times that worked for me. Also I need a refund from you for overpayment. Second, I paid for a filler treatment. Image could not do that. You have my debit card number for that procedure. While I have not yet experienced the actual services of Ideal Image (that will have to wait for a bit) I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service at the location in Chandler. I signed up for an overview and was very luck to meet with the location manager, Michelle. She was very up front about the services and pricing. She expressed many times over that she would work with me on tailoring a package that met my needs and finances. Her no-nonsense approach and open manner were very refreshing considering the heavy sales pitch that sometimes happens in situations like this. Normally the aggressive sales technique will send me in the opposite direction. Discussing my options with Michelle was relaxed and no pressure. It was outstanding customer service! I also met with Abby during my visit and she evaluated me for the hair removal service that I was requesting. She was also very warm, friendly, and honest. She answered all my questions about the laser removal process and helped me to better understand everything involved. If the level of customer service and personal attention I received at the Chandler location is indicative of the actual services the spa provides then I whole-heartedly recommend to anyone to come to Ideal Image, especially this location and I feel you will be well taken care of. When the time is right, I will be back to perform my services!

This was suppose to be my first treatment visit but instead after waiting 15-20 minutes to be seen I was told they needed me to get some documents from my physician. I understand the need to be safe but, why wasn’t I contacted prior to driving 28 minutes to my 8 AM appointment?? I could have acquired the necessary information prior to my appointment and not waisted anyone’s time, including mine. I don’t not appreciate the way this matter was handled or lack of handling. Okay so initially I gave this place 1 star but, I had my first session and I have to say it was extremely pleasant. It started off a little rocky, they hadn’t gotten the medical records I sent over which is annoying but we figured things out. The ladies there were patient, reassuring, and helpful which made the situation a little less annoying. The nurse that did my treatment was very honest and personable. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in a slightly awkward and tense situation. I am beyond satisfied with my first treatment and look forward to returning for more!

Jackie was really great and explained what she was doing, and made the procedure painless! I can't believe the difference already! Today I went back and had a treatment with Sage. Sage is also fantastic and has a good eye for balance and aesthetics. With both clinicians I had good instruction for what to expect after and what to do for aftercare. All the staff at this location have been friendly and have made going in to see them a comfortable experience. Thank you all so much!!

This was an entirely different experience than Colorado Springs. Here, the staff members were patient, friendly and kind. I was a little frustrated and disillusioned by my previous experience; I felt taken advantage of in purchasing a package that I didn't need being told I could cancel at any time. That is apparently false. I recently moved to Arizona and this Ideal Image office was very, very different. So, professional and allowed me to explain my frustration having paid so much money for a product that didn't live up to my expectations. She explained very patiently and agreed to work with me so that I have a better outcome. I will certainly go back again mainly because of their service and attitude.

I was just googling at first and ideal image came up, I put in my info and someone called right away, two seconds later I did a virtual consolation and next thing I had an appt scheduled for the next day. I did pay for the service over the phone but didn’t think anything of it. I figured it’s because what If your card doesn’t go thru after they just injected your lips. So I get it. I read reviews and then got SUPER nervous. BUT went in this morning and everything was great! I got in quick. The nurse was super kind. It was my first time getting my lips done so with building anxiety I had to lay down from feeling nauseous. She made me feel super normal lol. It actually wasn’t that bad! I just was scared :) I am super happy so far! They said it will take 2 weeks to fully see results, but so far so good. Reviews are good to read, but sometimes you have to take some with a grain of salt. My experience was awesome. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The Nurse who worked on me was very professional and friendly. I love how they remove the grease pen marks for me and apply the aloe gel. I started my membership in New York and they don't do any of that for you they leave the room and you have to clean yourself up and apply the aloe yourself. It almost feels like a spa in Chandler. Love this location!

Staff is courteous , and everybody is very professional! It is a very clean establishment and they take every precaution to keep everyone safe during this time of the pandemic. They have experienced nurses on site that do your procedures and even your front office clerks are experienced to a certain level. The only bad thing I will say is that because of the pandemic that we are in, their virtual consultation is not something I would recommend. The only reason I say that is because its hard to do a consultation on video chat, it needs to be done in person. I know they are trying to maintain business and keep people happy, but not something I would recommend. Other than that no complaints what's so ever.

I’ve had many great experiences at ideal image, they have wonderful customer service skills and make you feel very comfortable. The cost is very affordable, and during my procedures the nurse answered all of my questions. During the consultation they don’t try to force anything on you they are very helpful and explain everything with detail. I’ve been there multiple times and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. My results are exactly what I asked for.

I felt they needed to be more personable especially when your spending what you feel is a lot of money, to them it wasn’t important at least how I felt. When I had asked specific questions regarding Botox of course it’s pushed more toward the name” BOTOX” cause payout is huge for them. My results I’m not happy with that and I asked about daysport and wanted that because of my skin being thickerand had a second set injected after 2 weeks of the full ant. I used for the first time. Fillers for my lips came out great but seriously hurt and I wasn’t numb enough what so ever. I am Vw somewhat satisfied I guess... but everyone is different! I feel 1500 was wasted on membership fees and Botox... FREE SERVICE ? I think I am actually paying for it in fees. I do like the staff and location! My lips so far so good outs been a few days so time is of the essence! I would recommend only in certain procedures not all though

I went to ideal image 2 weeks ago to get lip fillers. The front desk ladies were extremely nice. They gave me an iPad to fill out my medical information. The nurse that reviewed my medical information with me was very detailed and thorough. I felt very safe at this location. The nurse named Julie did an excellent job going over my options for plumping my lips. She explained the entire procedure in detail, including what to expect the next few days after the procedure. I had bruising for about 3 days after the procedure like she explained. I followed the after care instructions and my swelling and bruising went away in a short time. She explained to wait for 2 weeks for a real picture of what my lips would look like. It’s been two weeks and I absolutely love them. I was worried they would be uneven or they would be as big as they were when they were swollen. Due to the nurse Julie’s post-op instructions, I was so much more at ease taking care of my lips at home. I will definently go back to ideal image!! Thank you to all the ideal image staff for the professionalism and attention to detail . I really felt like I was the first priority. It was a great experience. I just wish I didn’t wait so long to get them done.

After the 5th treatment, I have to say, I couldn't be happier. I have PCOS and I used to get infections from the hair growth that would send me to the hospital every couple of months. Every Ideal Image I have been too, the staff has expressed the highest form of professionalism but the Chandler (AZ) location hands down is the best. They all are so helpful and took the time to explain each procedure. The results have definitely gave me the confidence I needed regarding some stubborn chubby areas/ hairs I may have had lol. It’s something I knew, I wouldn’t have be able to achieve if I dieted or started a strict gym regimen plus laser hair removal is way more convenient then any other method. Especially in areas you can’t see or reach. I highly recommend this location even if you just have questions just stop on by; Abby (my favorite), Ashely, Dakota and Sage (my second favorites) are the ones I definitely recommend contacting; extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time during my visits.

The consultant gave me my options and we decided on the ultheraphy. It's been a month and i can already see differences in my neck area.
