My first facial and couldn’t have felt more relaxed and at ease! I had no idea what was going on or what I needed but the girls were sweet and knew their stuff and I went home softer and smiling and with some a wonderful cleanser and toner! I will be coming back!❤️

Gabby the receptionist did a great job accommodating my missed facial , she also help me pick some product for my face. Nicole gave me a great massage while ignoring my stomach roars( skipped bfast -running away from the kid asap). Makenzie allowed me to scream during my Brazilian 🤣& made me feel real comfortable. My second time & I love it.

Had a great first facial today with Alyssa. She helped me understand a lot about what my skin needed as well as where I was going wrong in my skincare routine. The facial was very relaxing. I left with a lot of new knowledge about my skin / skincare in general. She also recommended products she used during my facial along with exact steps on how frequently to use them. Overall great experience as well as a good way to begin fully understanding products or what your skin needs.

I had a great massage yesterday and my therapist was very good. The only reason I gave four stars is they do so much up selling. During the massage she asked if I wanted hot rocks cupping and moisturizing or a foot scrub. I had no idea if it was part of the massage or it cost extra. I declined and said I’m fine just with a normal massage. During the massage she recommended again that I do cupping on my back she said it would really help me and do I want to try it. I said sure then when I checked out it was an upsell and cost extra. I’m totally fine with them offering extra services but they should really disclose this is extra to your massage and this is how much it cost would you like it.

Very friendly and helpful girls that work there. I had a massage and it was good except that I told her no massage in my n class and feet and she did, but it wasn’t a lot of pressure so I was fine. Usually I’m super sensitive on my feet and can’t stand feet being touched. Other than that and the massage on neck I don’t like because of a prior stroke, the rest of massage was great, and she asked if it was the right amount of pressure which I am thankful she asked! Very relaxing rooms as well.

Allie was awesome. Went to her for a firm to deep tissue massage and it was beyond wonderful. She worked on the knots and the problem areas I needed. It was great. Definitely going back to her. If you want a superb deep tissue massage with cupping, you have to go and see Allie!

I have had a membership for over three years and it’s the best money ever spent. I have seen a lot of people over the years for facials and Holly(at the Dana Park location)is the best. ! Maybe I shouldn’t say that because I don’t want her to get any busier than she already is 😂 I have always had the best experience with her, and my skin looks better than ever !

I love the services and the staff is great. DO NOT DO A MEMBERSHIP!!! I am already 160 bucks into membership fees from end of october till billing on Nov. 1st. By the time I pay a tip you guys are making 80 percent. Please refund my membership fees. Again, great staff but their memberships do not mathematically work out. REFUND PLEASE...ASAP

I got the beauty and balance new guest offer for my birthday and the facial I received was amazing!!! She did a microdermabrasion and I added on the jelly mask(so worth the add on) and was super sweet/professional. The massage on the other hand was not amazing… idk if it was just an off day for the lady or what but I walked out of there feeling like I needed a massage more than when I went in. This could also be because she used a few cups on me and as the cups were sitting and squeezing areas of my back, she was super gently swiping other areas of my back like a feather so it just felt super awkward the whole time. I had also asked for medium to firm pressure…🙄😂 So anyway… while I won’t be returning for a massage, I will be returning for another facial!!

I had a great massage with Allie yesterday! She really listened to what I told her my problem area was and recommended cupping for a really nasty muscle knot in my shoulder. She wasn’t pushy but made me feel comfortable about trying something new and it REALLY helped. I had immediate relief from the knots during the massage and woke up this morning still feeling loose and relaxed in my shoulder. Thank you Allie! I’m a big fan of cupping now.

This was my first visit here at Fuchsia spa. My husband got me a gift card for my birthday. Right off the bat the front desk was smiles and welcoming they offered me water or tea and walked me to the tranquility room. The tranquility room is where you wait in a beautiful waiting room that plays spa music in dim lighting while you wait for your massage therapist or esthetician. I started off with a massage first with Paige she was great offered me some add on options like cupping, hot stones and an eye mask. I went with the hot stones for and extra 10$ I enjoyed it and thought it was worth it. She also gave me a preference of aroma therapy scents to choose from that was free, and I went with eucalyptus. Paige was awesome her flow and pressure was great, she made sure to check in with me on her pressure, and that the hot stone temperature was good. Now my facials When I read the reviews I specifically chose Andrea because she had great reviews. Now I will start this review off with she probably wasn't feeling well considering she was coughing a lot. I was taken back about 10 mins past my appointment time she quickly asked me what my skin concerns were, and all I could think was I filled all this out in the form, so it didn't seem like she read it. Then she told me to get undressed from the waist on up and to get onto the table so that was another 5 mins added to the late 10 mins. During the skin analysis using the mag lamp she didn't cover my eyes with any protection so the light is bright. She didn't tell me every step or products she was using. just a few. She mentioned a cleanser with glycolic and that's great in all but you wouldn't put that on the eyes. Then she used a tumeric facial scrub that she told me about (those were the only 2 things she spoke of) she mentioned it was a scrub and it would be warm. Again that's great but you wouldn't allow it on or near the eyes. There was no steamer used and no extractions done. Then I noticed we went into the facial massage so I knew the session was coming to a close end. Needless to say I didn't get my full 50 mins and I could tell it was rushed. Her pressure was good considering most estheticians are afraid to apply pressure to the face. I do remember the form asking what music I preferred and I said spa music. Well it was R&B music not the most relaxing music to get a facial too. Again seemed to be over looked in my form. I normally don't leave harsh reviews but as an esthetician myself I feel like it was just pure negligence on the estheticians part. I understand getting set behind because things happen, but you don't short a paying client. Again she might have been off her A game.

Last night I had a massage with Nicole at Village Square at Dana Park. I added extras to my massage as I have been under a high amount of stress lately. Nicole was everything I needed and more. Nicole is kind and knowledgeable. She listens and validates as well as educates. I hope this note finds Nicole as she deserves to know how much of a difference she made for me. I went Dec 23rd with my husband and we each had a 2 hour massage. This was a gift for my hard working best friend who never does much for himself. This was by far one of his best gifts I could get him. Sam and Nicole took excellent care of our individual needs. He told me this was so helpful and much more than he expected. Looking forward to going back. Thank you ladies!! Upon check out I had several gift cards and the girls were quite willing to take the time to help me redeem them. We came as a group of 10 ladies to celebrate a birthday. I had a massage and pedicure. The massage was great, and I honestly wished I had gone for a longer time (but doesn’t everyone?!). The pedicure was nice but comparable to a basic nail salon that I could visit for a little less money. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating to us, allowing us to have a cooler of champagne and juice to have mimosas while we visited. I would definitely consider a membership here for the massage, and perhaps next time I’ll try a facial.

I had a special for a 1 hr facial and the hydromasage and LED. Booking the appt was easy and check in was quick. The women working there seemed nice. I wasn't offered a beverage like another guest was. I was placed in the tranquility room and after 15 min they came in apologizing that they didn't realize I had the 2 services before my facial. They got me started on the hydromasage and asked me what settings I wanted. I have never done it so I didn't know my options. But because the led mask was already on I couldn't see so trusted the person to set it for me. It was okay but I would have set it differently if I had known. Anyways, she said she'd come get me when I was done. Fast forward 30 min and no one came in. I waited 5-10 min and finally left to find the restroom and then headed back to the tranquility room supposedly just in time for my appt. My facial was scheduled for 2 and I didn't get in until 2:20 - no apologies for running late. Sadly it only lasted 40 min instead of 1 hr. It felt rushed and wasn't as relaxing as I would have hoped. (granted I didn't speak to the manager to voice my concerns, just paid and left) I had come here over 10 years ago when they were small and had a much better experience. They've grown so big I don't think they are as organized as they could be. They had lots of front desk workers, but they seemed to be socializing more than working. They are expensive and considering the experience I had I will not be returning.

The facial was excellent and she really took the time to explain what she was doing as well as some recommendations. The masseuse, however, was AMAZING! She was far and away the best provider of massages that I've ever had. I love the idea of being a member which "gives" you one treatment/month and then also discounts any other treatment you may want to add on. Super excited that I found this place and would recommend it to not only my friends, but also strangers on the street.
