Jennifer Nguyen has been one of the best nail techs that I’ve experienced since moving back to the area in 2017. She is precise, consistent, creative, and timely. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. Whenever I show Jennifer a design, she executes it better than the picture. She also does my eyebrows. She is the ONLY one that has done my eyebrows to fit my face and is extremely intentional and consistent. I’ve been going to her since 2019 and nothing will change lol.

I love the Bamboo Spa! Jennifer Nguyen is the best nail technician i’ve ever had. She always takes such care with my nails making sure that they are perfect. The best thing is she does it quickly. Her pedicures are the best, she takes a really long time and gives you a really great foot rub. I also like that she suggest colors when you’re not sure what to get, like when I was getting married she gave me an hombre with sparkles in it. It was so pretty. I had Jennifer Nguyen as my nail tech over the weekend and I had a really great experience. She was punctual and really took her time with my nails. The whole experience did not feel rushed like previous nail salons I’ve been to. I have been coming to Jenn V for my nails for a few years now. I get a gel pedicure and get my nails done with sns dip powder and pretty much always get designs and fancy stuff on my nails. Often times I even get some pretty crazy and complicated designs. Sometimes I come in with pictures on my phone for inspiration of nails I want and she tries her best to get it as close to the picture as she can which I know it won’t always be exactly like the picture, but sometimes she does do it exactly perfectly like the picture. Sometimes it’s even better than the picture, but she always does a nice job and is close to the picture. Also sometimes I tell her to pick one when I don’t know what I want or give her creative freedom to do what she wants. I have never been disappointed with my nails from Jenn, whether it’s an idea I had or one she came up with! I highly recommend her! She is also the sweetest ever and super nice! I enjoy coming to her

I was previously getting my eyelash extensions at another salon and I thought they were great….until I started coming to Jenn V. at Bamboo Spa and realized what I was missing. My eyelash extensions are next level. Her attention to detail is second to none. I never have itchy eyes when my extensions start to grow out and I hardly lose lashes during the week. Making appointments with her is super easy using the salons app or with her in person. I have driven to great distances to have my eyelashes done in the past, but I will never drive any further than Jenn V. at Bamboo Spa in Springfield again!

After moving here from the Lehigh Valley a few months ago I've been trying to find a nail salon that fit my needs... cleanliness, technique, shaping and especially a place that's punctual. Walking in they took my temperature A+... it is by appointment only which I like because you won't feel rushed or have to wait long periods of time. Everyone was dressed in uniform which was also a nice touch and the place was very clean and organized. I have been looking for a while and having gone to a place that was terrible I'm so glad I found this! I'm never looking back. Jenn V was amazing.

They accommodated me as a walk in for lash extensions, a gel manicure, and a pedicure; it's also possible to make appointments. I was pampered and treated very well the entire time and by each member of their staff. The staff was unequivocally friendly, efficient, personable, and skilled. The prices are fair and there is a wide range of services available; it feels like a tranquil oasis off busy Baltimore Pike. Kelly, the aesthetician who gave me lash extensions, was knowledgeable and helpful as she explained my options and her recommendations; this was my first time with lash extensions, but after Kelly's expert attention, I'll keep them filled or get them again for special occasions. I highly recommend The Bamboo Spa in Springfield PA.

I really liked this nail salon/spa... For the most part, it seemed some what clean and technicians are very nice (reason for giving at least three stars). Many nail salons do not practice proper sanitation, especially with waxing as I've seen in other salons double dip with the stick when eye brow waxing... I haven't witness Bamboo do this. However, I am now reluctant to visit Bamboo nail salon again as I just learned the power dip is as unsanitary as the tools that are used (if not cleaned after each customer). I've been getting powder dip for sometime at Bamboo and the technician typically dip my finger in the powder, when they're actually suppose to pour it on. Also, I am never asked to wash my hands so multiple unclean fingers are dipped into the same powder. That's disgusting. I thought something was off, so I did my research. Bamboo, I suggest you instruct your technicians to pour the powder dip on instead of dipping the finger in the powder. I think I am done with nail salons until I find one that thoroughly practices good hygiene.
