This place is the best! I visit monthly for a deep tissue massage. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and Lia is just AMAZING! Whether you suffer from back pain, have high stress levels or just want to relax, I highly recommend.... 60 minute massage = WHOLE NEW YOU!

exceptional service. very sad these hard workers have trouble getting tips. How people can get pampered for an hour, and then say they are being nice by offering $3 tip, is beyond me.

Have been here quite a few times and it is amazing each and every time. The ambiance is soothing (I definitely prefer a no-talking type of atmosphere), there is gentle music, lights are appropriate. The actual massage is wonderful. Hot stones are included with the price unlike other places which charge additional. This is definitely my go-to spot and the prices are very reasonable! Side note, I’ve also had just the foot massage experience and wow!! Just an awesome place!!

I had the best prenatal massage (literally snored for most of it). Leah is absolutely amazing and tended to my body so well! The staff overall were kind and the space was clean and beautiful. Prices are so reasonable and service is quality. I'll definitely be back.

Have been to the spa couple of times for deep tissue which was quite satisfying, taking into consideration the price, good atmosphere, friendly staff but my recent prenatal massage was semi-satisfying because I did not get prenatal pillow and foot massage. Hey ladies we need foot massage during the last trimester.Otherwise the session was pretty relaxing 😌

I received a 30 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute full body massage and this place did NOT disappoint. Relaxing, clean, and gives full spa/massage experience with oil, hot stones, and wipes off with a hot, moist towel I wish I knew the name of my masseuse to thank her in this review but just know I tipped her well. I literally left feeling like I was in a dream/cloud and felt so good to release so much pain and tension, I ended up crying and sighing the whole time. As someone with chronic pain and recovering from a broken collarbone, frozen shoulder, migraines, etc. this is a weekly must-have!

Today my wife and I began of 20 years Anniversary Celebration with a couple massage at Lossen Up! This was our first time here. We chose Loosen Up because of the reviews. My wife and I are frequent traveler. Every place we have been around the world we always get a couples. We have paid good money for theses services in the pass, however to date, this is the Best massage we have ever had hands down!!!!! The ladies here are professional and welcoming.The environment is relaxing and pleasant. The funny this in Lossenn Up is literally several blocks from my home. No need to say we scheduled another appointment in 2 week. If you looking for a reasonable price, exceptional services Loosen Up is the place to go!

Their prices can't be beat in my opinion, especially after having a subscription with another massage place for more money and an upcharge for additional services. They have Amazing staff, Girls are extremely good at what they do. Definitely a 10/10. Worth every cent. I came in tense from years of construction and I left feeling like a bowl of jello. Absolutely the best massage place locally.. My sister, mother and I had a massage day this year for mother's day. When I called the salon the lady in the phone was very helpful accommodating 3 massage for the same time. The price was very reasonable. The spa itself is very calming, clean, and beautiful. I felt very relaxed right as we were greeted. The massage tech was amazing. She took her time to really relax me. I felt like a million bucks when leaving. I cant wait to return to get my next massage.

It was my first time ever getting a massage, and it was very nice and relaxing. The woman was very gentle but also targeted the areas I was tensed up and the knots on my back. The prices are very affordable and the location it's very clean and elegant looking. Would definitely go back.

Great service and prices are amazing. Girlfriend goes for the facials which she says are very professional and loves the way her face feels after. I usually go for the massage while she is getting a facial and I am very happy with the results. I have gotten a lot of massages and can say this places is much better then places like "Massage Envy" or "Hand & Stone" who try to sell you on memberships etc.This place treats every customer with respect and makes sure you are happy with your service. The manager really shows that he cares about his business and the quality they provide.

Great head to toe, deep tissue massage. Was in the couples room with my lady, very clean and the staff are extremely respectful and gracious. The deep tissue is serious and not for those who are looking for a lighter touch. My lady had the heated stones, which were also lightly applied in my session, which she enjoyed very much. We booked another session for the end of the month and I'm definitely looking forward to it. Including a decent tip to the ladies it came to 180.00, a respectable fee for a greatly needed service.

They did an excellent job, it was very relaxing, and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I love the place, it's very beautiful. Tip: Go there with comfortable and easy to remove clothes and shoes, and enjoy the massage. 😀😍

Very nice place. Haven't received a bad massage yet. My only complaint would be inconsistent massages. Sometimes the use lotions and other times they just do it dry and I'm not a fan of that.

My wife purchased a hour full body massage as a Valentines day treat. My body definitely needed it from the labor work has put on it. This was my first real body massage surprisingly and it felt Amazing! I’m so upset I didn’t get the name of the woman who did me but I know her face and will definitely look for her my next time. When they say full body that’s what they mean. The shoulders all the way down to the toes. The main focus was the shoulders, back, & legs. Once she got to my legs I dozed off to sleep because I was so relaxed. The amazing reviews are real and I’m now a witness of it. I cannot wait to return!!

This was one of the best massage places I have been too. We went with a party of five every single person was extremely happy when they left. I would recommend this to anyone that's got sore muscles. We had all done a marathon race today and went there afterwards, everyone said it helps with the healing and the stiff joints.

I just came for my 2cond visit and it went well this place is very clean and relaxing whit meditation music to relax your body & mind . I had an one hour session and the deep tissue was good I just wasn't used to it. the lady work alot in the area where my pain was but just a little too hard my muscle still hurt a little bit from the deep tissue but the pain is gone for now and I loved the hot stones it help alot on my pain... I pay 50$ for the hour and they always expecting tips or they will ask .I just like to be nice and I tip the massage lady.

Best place for couples to go if its your first time so save up 200 and get a 1 hour back massage and 50 minute foot massage believe me you will want to give them a big tip. Me and my wife will definitely go back again
