This was my first time getting lip injections. The Customer service was good my injector Lauren explained what product was best for the results I wanted. Everyone was nice and professional i would 10/10 come again for a touch up. Nervous when I got home from swelling looked crazy but the next two days swelling went down and the shape and size is perfect just what i wanted, couldn’t be happier. One eye I cannot see the crows feet, the other eye I can see 2 major wrinkles on the other eye. It has been 4 days. I do have a follow-up in about 2 weeks. But I'm going to reach out sooner. Not to give them a bad reputation bc the lady that helped me was the nicest ever and so was the front staff. I felt comfortable confident and will return. She did recommend about 320 units I think I went with 27 so could be a fault on my part. But with it being 2 majors lines and I pointed them out I'm slightly unsatisfied.

This was my first time getting filler and Beth did an excellent job and answered all questions and concerns I had! Didnt make me feel rushed or pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with either. We discussed what I was looking for overall and explained what she thinks would work best. She went over through all the steps of the process of getting it and explained the healing process. I started off with a half of syringe and they look amazing so far, also had very minimal bruising. She mentioned I can always get more in the future if she needed/wanted but she suggested to start small and work my way up which I agree with 100%. Very professional experience and love how my lips look super natural! Thank you Beth!

I'm 55 years old and it's definitely starting to show. My plastic surgeon who did my eye lift said I needed fillers. Evidently I don't have enough loose skin for a facelift (yet). I had a consultation with Tara at About Face. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The Dacula facility is tastefully decorated and the staff is very welcoming. The aesthetic of the spa is soothing and clean. I say this because I personally don't think it's safe to go to a botox party and get fillers at your friend's kitchen table. You definitely want it done in a clean environment. I will say that getting a needle stuck in your face 20+ times isn't the most pleasant experience but Tara certainly did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. I'm so pleased with my fillers! They frown lines and marionette lines have disappeared. I finally have lips after 55 years!

I was referred to About Face when I asked a girlfriend of mine where the best place in Philly was to get injections. I went in for my consultation and quickly felt like they were the best fit for what I was looking to accomplish. My lips were terribly small and I wanted to get them to a good size to wear lipstick. They told me it would be a journey to get them to my desired size since they were so tiny. This is the correct way to have this done instead of going to other places that would just do it all in one full session. I did my first two appointments with Lauren who is the sweetest. Then my last appointment with Beth who sealed the deal! And let me tell you my lips are amazing! I am at the desired natural looking size that I was wanting and every step of the way these two ladies made me very comfortable. I will forever go to them for any fill that I need in the future. I went here for lip filler around a month ago and I had a great experience! Originally I booked an appointment for a Tuesday, but it didn't go into their system. They were extremely apologetic since I came from out of state and gave me money off because of the inconvenience. Everyone I came in contact with seemed super sweet. I recently visited About Face for what I thought was going to be a much needed and long overdue Clear + Brilliant laser treatment, but Naomi took one look at my skin and determined that my originally planned upon treatment wouldn't be of much benefit on that particular day, on account of the condition of my skin (recent sun damage and active breakout). Instead of allowing me move forward with something she knew wasn't going to give me optimal results that time around, she encouraged me to save my money and instead gave me some product recommendations that would help to reset, balance, and heal my skin so that I could enjoy the full benefits of the C + B laser at a later date. In all this, Naomi easily spent an hour with me ensuring that my options were explained and my questions addressed. I have no doubt that other providers elsewhere would have been happy to take my money for an expensive treatment that would have proven suboptimal, but never Naomi -- her clients' happiness is truly her priority, and if something isn't in your best interest, she'll shoot it to you straight. Even though I didn't have the treatment I'd planned on, I left About Face feeling happy and confident that I was back on my way to having the healthy skin I want, all thanks to Naomi's honesty and expert guidance.

Absolutely love! it here. I went in for the first time for Botox, mainly to fix the arch in my brows that I didn’t like from the last place I went to. This review is long overdue. So much so, that even a novel couldn’t do it justice. “About Face Skincare” is in reality all “About You”. Prior to my initial consult, I was taking oral antibiotics and spending $100’s of dollars on skincare products that were only making my stress-related/hormonal acne even worse! I spent a year frustrated, self-conscious and un-hopeful. Up until my initial consult, I had lost faith of ever leaving the house without makeup ever again. That all changed, when I met Naomi. For the first time, all my concerns were finally being heard. Naomi looked beyond just my acne and took time to understand me as a whole person. As a medical provider (Dentist) myself, I knew I could place trust in Naomi as my provider. By using a combination of ISOLAZ, Clear & Brilliant and Porification products, my skin has dramatically improved and thus so my confidence! All this being said, I understand and accept that acne is influenced by many variables and in my case, stress plays a huge role. Recently, I underwent a very stressful period and as a consequently my acne relapsed horrendously. My face was a testament to all the stress and emotions I was bottling up inside. Fortunately, Briana was able to squeeze me in last minute and treat my outbreak. Up until that point, I was in “survival mode”, not allowing myself to acknowledge the trauma I had recently underwent. It wasn’t until I was in the chair, being treated, that I allowed myself to feel vulnerable and taken care of for the first time. Briana was so caring, heartfelt and supportive. She generously provided her time to help address my outbreak, but also provide words of wisdom and support. That appointment was the “straw that broke the camel’s back”. Within a matter of days, I was able to turn a new leaf and as a result my acne quickly resolved. What Briana did for me, meant more to me than she will ever know. This applies to all the ladies at “About Face Skincare”. Nicole is exceptional and truly gifted in her craft. Melissa is sweet and kind to a fault, always there for moral support and great conversation. I’m forever grateful for this exceptional team of providers. I love the moisturizing face lotion. The spot treatment and face wash is ok. I had a few pimples extracted from my face took only 15 min and they charged me the full price of 65$ (I think) A day later I called back because they missed a few pimples and they said they will have to charge me the same price. ONE OF THE BIGGEST ISSUE ... I’m not prone to acne at the time I was wearing make up I asked the doctor if she thinks it is the makeup breaking me out she said no keep wearing it so I did . After using the products given I notice breakouts will still appear ... I took matters into my own hands and stopped wearing make up (it was hard a first because I had visible blemishes) three months later all acne completely disappeared!! After all I didn’t need to go to a specialist I corrected my issue myself.. I had to think real hard about what I changed over the last year and that was wearing makeup daily... hope this helps .

II have dark brown skin and very coarse hair so it takes a specific kind of laser to protect your skin and remove the hair safely. that was $3,000 down the drain. so this time around I was extremely critical of everything. Long story short About face is the real deal, I'm getting incredible results. My technician Bre IS THE BEST! KNOWLEDGEABLE, and COMFORTING she found the perfect career for herself. She makes me feel normal even when i'm being self deprecating due to my insecurities about all this hair. I really look forward to my next session not only b/c its one step closer to a hair free body, but also b/c Bre is a joy to be around. I can't express enough that I recommend their lasers especially for darker skin tones. Prices are reasonable. I'm super happy with the results.

I travel from Bryn Mawr to the city(I HATE driving to the city!) to treat my daughter's severe skin problem here! Let me start by saying that my husband is a facial plastic surgeon and we have estheticians in our office but we do not specialize in treating cystic acne especially with a child who has severe skin sensitivities like mine. Naomi put her on a very easy skincare regimen which hydrated her very dry, red, scabbed and hyper pigmented skin and thoroughly explained the importance of each product and what it did so my daughter would stay committed to using it. We both got a really thorough education. After several months of using the products and a peel, my daughters skin is the best it has ever been! My daughter also finally understands the importance of her skin care regimen and is not picking on her acne which makes it worse. Even though I'm only 30, preventing any signs of aging is already a big concern. (I would much rather do small preventative steps now, as opposed to having do a major overhaul later.) Thanks to the treatments I've gotten at About Face, I feel like I now have the best looking skin that I have ever had in my life. Small amounts of Botox and Juvederm help keep my face free of wrinkles and creases, and the BBL laser has erased any trace of brown spots (from sun damage).
