This place is amazing! I've never experienced anything quite like this! It was absolutely relaxing and so stress relieving! Ashley was my float consultant and walked me through the process. She was kind and very courteous. The facility was spotless. It took me a few minutes to get settled into the float tank and balanced. But once I was floating still it was absolutely amazing. I spent 45 minutes in absolute darkness and silence. Once done I went to the oxygen bar for Ashley got me hooked up to my favorite flavor and offered me a beverage while I enjoyed my 10 minutes of oxygen. I cannot wait to go back again! And I hope Ashley will be there to consult me again!

Excellent experience all around! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! The facilities are extremely clean and luxurious! The towels are large and fluffy and the floats are relaxing. I was nervous I'd feel claustrophobic but the pods are spacious and floating makes it feel even larger. Took me a couple floats to get totally relaxed but definitely worth it!

Floated for the first time this last weekend and have nothing but great things to say about this place. They do a great job at making you feel right at home with everything. The staff was very informative about each step in the floating process. The entire experience is something everyone should treat themselves to.

This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and professional. The rooms and pods are always clean and I have never had a bad experience here. Pretty cool that I have floated on the East Coast and in CA, but the best float center I have ever been to is here in Omaha!

Place is more hype than experience. Tru to sell job you by saying you have to do it three times for a 'maximum effect'. It is nice and peaceful and I had a good experience but it would be cheaper to float in a jacuzzi at a hotel at night for the same effect as prices, even with a 'first time' reduction were still rather steep. Recommend bathing suit for this experience if you try it.

Very serene environment. The process and benefits were explained well. Beautiful individual float rooms with waterfall showerheads for cleansing rinse before and after soak. Deeply relaxing experience, my body has been reset.

I have fibromyalgia and degenerative disc and joint disease and looking for other alternatives for pain other then meds and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but my first float felt amazing. It was very relaxing and my muscles could actually relax. They say you don’t feel a difference the first float but I definitely did. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so glad I tried and I will definitely be going back

My boyfriend got us this for Christmas. It was our first time and was a pleasant experience. When filled out a wiaver on an ipod when we first arrived and they gave us flipflops to wear as we put our shoes in a cubby. They had us watch a short comical video about the spa while also giving us tea and water. The tea was yummy. They showed us to our rooms and explained how the float pods work. It was very soothing and I fell asleep restfully. I was awoke by the filter turning on and lovely soothing music. I got out and showered with the shampoo/conditioner/soap that was offered (complimentary). It was very clean and tidy. My only suggestion would to be maybe have some q-tips in the rooms along with the makeup remover, Kleenex, petroleum jelly and ear plugs that was provided. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did the oxygen bar after where they had 6 different flavors (eucalyptus, citrus delight, lemongrass, almond, strawberry and lavender. I was impressed and I'm sure we will be back. Thank you True Rest Float Spa!

This is the most relaxing experience I've ever had, the staff is so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, the tea they serve is delicious and the oxygen bar is also super soothing. I highly recommend!

This is a one of a kind unique experience, that differs for each person. VERY clean and huge attention to detail, this is a place of tranquility and calm, from the tea offered at the door, the oxygen bar with essential oils, to the float room, cleaned and prepped for each person individually. Floating is... Calming, relaxing, can attune you to new pains you didn't know you had, or release some stress or tension you knew you had. I floated for what seemed like 10 min, wondering what would happen in the dark (I chose lights off), and... Next thing I knew, it had been an hour. I walked away... More relaxed through my back, my knees feel looser, my skin feels softer, my mind feels... Like it just woke up from a cool afternoon fall nap, breeze flowing in the window and no requirements of my day. It was... It is hard to describe. But highly recommend trying it at least once. Hats off to the worker, he was very knowledgeable and really focused on our needs and desires while there. 10/10, will go again. Already booked second session.

Floating is pure relaxation and such an amazing getaway from the day to day. The customer service is amazing as they do everything to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I always find myself at peace and feel great after a float session! Just would warn make sure you don’t have a fresh cut/wound when floating it can sting!

I love True Rest Float Spa! Floating helps with my neck pain and with stress. I love the spa like experience and the detail the employees take to customize your float. Ashley is AMAZING! After talking about my neck pain she offered me a pool noodle to stretch my neck better and it was the BEST float I’ve had so far! Thank you so much!

Good float! I am an experienced floater and love true rest’s business model! It was a very hot day, and I’m not sure but I think their air conditioning wasn’t working because everything felt really hot to me. The people were very nice. I’m not entirely sure what kind of work they were having done on the site, but I could actually hear it in the float pod which was a little distracting. It was a good float though, I’m hoping to go back and have a quieter experience.

More relaxed then I have ever felt in my life. Staff was very kind and the float rooms are so clean. Rain shower in your float room allows you to rinse off before and after as well as amazing smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion that leaves you smelling and feeling great. Currently only been two hours since my float but my skin feels incredible and I feel so refreshed. Actually being in the float pod was a great time. I thought I would struggle to remain still for an hour and get bored but I was actually disappointed when the hour mark hit and it was time to get out! Will definitely be recommending this experience to everyone I know!

I have been twice now. Both times were amazingly relaxing and kinda enlightening for me. The staff are very nice and knowelegable. The atmosphere is welcoming and very calming. The float itself is an unreal feeling. For me, it took about 10 or 15 mins, but once I was still enough my mind settled down into a still Zen-like state and before I knew it I was "awakened" by soft music and dim light feeling like I just slept for 5 or 8 hours. (I didn't really feel completely asleep at any time during... Just a dreamy state of unconsciousness). I loved both experiences.

For my wife's birthday I got her a float at True Rest. I fell asleep. Feel super refreshed and my body feels great! Great decore, staff was cool and the whole experience was awesome! They even have a chill area with a flavored oxygen bar with tea. Cant wait to come back.

Very clean and friendly. This was my first time and loved it! New receptionist in training helped me and she did great! Purchased from groupon will be coming back! Helpful tip: bring a bag for your swimsuit as they do not have plastic bags (that I could see didn't ask)

The float experience itself was great but I didn't feel like the person working the desk the day I went seemed all that enthused to be there. I can't say that I felt welcomed. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I went looking for a float spa to make home. Might be back after trying a few other spas in the area.

I had my first float today (I was a contest winner of a free float) and it was amazing! I had never used an oxygen bar before and I got to try that out too! Totally changed my usual tuesday afternoon and although the weather is cruddy I've felt refreshed and calm since I left there. This place is the best the staff here was very happy and friendly. The pods are very clean and sleek. And modern. I can say this is the best decision I have made in my entire life. This is my new favorite place. The floating was amazing. And it really relaxed the entire body and makes you feel like your in another world. I would. Heavily recommend for mothers and stressed out people. Also they do a first responder discount on the 11th of every single month. Not to mention other discounts on top of that. I just have to say that this is the most amazing place I have ever been to in my entire life. And on top. Of. That they help you with you needs and the prep rooms that they have there are very clean and very modern and they have a oxygen bar and a tea spot. And they sell of of the things that they use for the public. This is amazing. Just amazing 😍❤️

I keep trying, but i can't really think of anything bad to say. The staff is friendly and engaging, the amenities provided seem to be top-notch, and the experience in the pod was good for me. If you have feet over size 10, bring your own flip-flops? There, that's my complaint. In all seriousness though, these guys exceeded my expectations.

I had my first float early this morning. I am 26 weeks pregnant and having a lot of lower back pain. THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! I noticed the pain relief, however, someone at work later pointed out I was not "waddling," like normal. 😂 Not to mention the fantastic and energetic mood it has put me in today! I would highly recommend trying this at least once. I was super skeptical about the whole thing but boy was it worth it. Thanks again to Megan for being so great at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable.

I have been hear twice. The first time they didn't tell me about certain things you need to be aware of before you float. So call if it is your first time. The float happened and it was awesome. The second visit I called because I wanted to make sure I could schedule for me and a friend. Otherwise you can just schedule on line. I felt on the second visit the room and the pod a little too cold. They do monitor the temperatures in the room and the pods but its my experience that counts. I was in a different room then the first float. The pods have lights that you can turn off and rooms are very quiet. Yes I will be going back.

The management is warm and friendly! Watched a brief video of what to expect on the first float. Had some herbal tea that was offered. They offered shampoos, soaps, and items to revitalize your mood. They have an oxygen spa to breathe in after the float to catch your breath and breathe in rich aromas. 10.00 foe the oxygen tank use. Groupon has fantastic offers for True rest. Keep your eyes out! They offer different float packages, 59.00 dollars a month for 1 float a month, so on and so fourth. The float was fantastic, aside from switching up positions, and chuckling inside the pod, I felt every human emotion possible. I haven't smiled that wide, truly in a long time! I will be returning. Being a combat veteran i was very skeptical. Having PTSD and being enclosed in a dark pod floating in water really didn't seem like a great idea. I stand corrected. I encourage everyone to try it. It was just my first time but lemme tell ya. So much stress and aches and pains and just overall aura just lifted off me and i felt amazing afterwards. Def will be going again. Thanks you float spa from a combat vet that needed this.

Sensory deprevasion floating was one of my bucket list items that I can now check off, but boy let me tell you, this won’t be the last time I float! This spa was fanstasic, the staff was great! The experience was like none other I’ve ever experienced in my life; all worries quickly left with their helpful ‘intro to float’ 101 course to the total whole body relaxation I felt afterwards, it was definitely not disappointing! Forget message, or wine sipping mani/pedis, this is the way to go if you want to feel like a new person!

So far, so good. I was just trying to not drown, and I crushed that goal. Floated like a champ. One should do a little meditation training prior to giving this a shot. Not everyone enjoys doing nothing in a shallow pool in the dark for an hour, but it’s my jam. It occurred to me around minute 40 that this is how George Clooney must have felt as he drifted away from Sandra Bullock in that space movie, where he drifts away weightless into space, except no starlight.
