Love this spa! They are not only excellent at what they do, but have amazing customer service. The first time I was there, I came for a prenatal massage on my birthday. There was an error made to my reservation. The staff felt so bad and immediately got the manager on the phone to discuss options. They went above and beyond to remedy the error and I was still given a wonderful experience that day. Businesses are ran by humans who occasionally make mistakes, but the way they handle those mistakes says SO much about the business. The manager even personally called me the next week to ensure that I had been taken care of. I have been back several time since for facials and massages. I just brought my family from out of town for facials last weekend and we all had to most lovely experience. I will continue to go back!

Omaha's best day spa with the best staff! I recently got a hydro facial by Abby. She was fantastic 👏 best facial I've ever had!! Before the service I sat in the sauna for a nice little treat to warm me up before my service. Afterwards I sat with a lovely cup of tea in the salt room to fully decompress. JUST what I needed after a long work week. Will be going back soon to pamper myself!

I'm SO excited Sakoon has opened! I live in Lincoln, but I was quick to grab one of their spa memberships—a delightful deal. The entire spa is gorgeous, and they have amazing products. I highly recommend grabbing a cocktail or glass or organic wine and heading to the patio. The outdoor fireplace and gazebo is so cozy! Already booked my next appointment. Can't wait to go back! Such a tranquil place.

She is so knowledgeable...she knows so much about skin and the treatments I felt like I was being treated by a medical school graduate. Most importantly she was so caring. I can’t imagine working with anyone else, she utilizes many different techniques from dry brushing, cupping, CBD oil are all weapons in her arsenal to help your body feel as incredible as it can. The staff at the desk is always so eager to help and just always give off a positive vibe, which isn’t surprising because the entire place is one giant hole of positive energy. I have been going to Sakoon since they opened and have loved every minute of it!! The atmosphere is so serene and beautiful from the moment you walk in! The receptionists are very welcoming. I love Melissa and Ciara. There is a HUGE Himalayan salt wall you can relax in front of before your service, and the warmth of it is sooo nice and relaxing. All of the massages I have received have been wonderful. Heather is my esthetician, and has been for years. She is so knowledgeable about all things skin and my skin proves it! Do yourself a favor and get a facial from Heather!! You won't regret it...neither will your skin :)

Beautiful atmosphere! Unlike any spa I have ever been to. The staff was wonderful and consistently made sure we were comfortable and hydrated! The masseuse was wonderful! Best massage I have ever had. I loved the use of essential oils and the beginning bell and ending bell. I wanted to keep the robes! They were sooo comfortable and soft. Will be back! I plan on getting all of my sisters together to spend an entire day at this spa! Cannot wait!

This place was great!! My girlfriend and I had a couples massage here with Doris and Jack. They were both so professional and kind and the deep tissue massage with the hot oils was the best ever!!! They even gave some relaxing and delicious complimentary tea, infused water, and chocolate afterwards. Also had a great facial with Heather here! Felt like I was floating and almost falling asleep. The staff here are all wonderful too. Very nice place and would recommend to anyone! Next time I go back, I'm for sure trying one of their cocktails!

It’s hard to put into words how truly gifted an esthetician Heather is. I started seeing Heather a little over a year ago when I had my first facial. From that moment, I knew I was in the right hands. Not only is Heather ~the~ skin care queen with her knowledge about products, but she tailors your facial to meet your skin’s current needs. I came back to Heather in December 2020 with some troublesome “maskne” issues. To say the least, my frequent breakouts took a major blow to my self-confidence. A month prior, I had seen a dermatologist, only to have her take a brief glance at my skin and throw a few products my way. After being frustrated with my products not working and my skin only getting worse, I am SO glad I made the decision to see Heather again. When I told Heather about my skin issues, she took the TIME to sit down and inspect my skin, recommending the best products and choosing the best facial for my skin at the time. Three months and a few facials later, my skin looks and feels the best its ever been. No more maskne for this healthcare worker! If you want to feel beautiful inside AND out, do yourself a favor and book Heather for a facial. I promise you won’t regret it!

I recently had a HydraFacial with Colby with amazing results. Following a vacation that exposed my body to a lot of sun, this facial hydrated my skin beautifully & prepared my face for our son’s wedding. Travel, sea salt and sun exposure we’re all wiped clean while serums with beneficial properties plumped and replaced a balance of nutrients to my face. So so relaxing! The spa is beautiful and I felt like I was on a vacation the entire time. You could spend the whole day there between the wonderful massages (Crystal is amazing), the bar, the sauna, or the tons of other services they offer. She takes her time, making sure that everything is working well with your skin, and speaks to you in a relaxing voice the entire time. Great experience. The spa is beautiful, stunning facility. Definitely impressed. I loved the salt wall, locker rooms and garden area. I received the 50 min crystal salt massage, and while it was good, I didn't think it gave as much actual massage time versus a regular one. I will go back and try the jet lag massage as recommended by the massage therapist. Can't wait!!

I had the most amazing experience at Sakoon Spa. For the first time I had a laser treatment called IPL by Angela. She is one of the nurse practitioners at Sakoon Spa. It treats sun and aging spots on your face neck and hands. Angela was a true professional. I was never in any discomfort and no down time. I am so pleased with the results. Great experience. Arrived early to my massage appointment. Was greeted right away and given hand sanitizer. After checking in on iPad, I was given a quick tour of the spa. Clean and luxe facility. The massage tables were comfy and the sheets were probably imported from heaven. After the massage I was given complimentary fruit-infused water. There was sauna available for use by request. There was also an outdoor relaxation area not too far from the cocktail bar. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is amazing! A highlight of my trip to be sure. I did the Ayurvedic Sarvanga Abhyana massage and the Art of Slumber Deep Relaxation ritual. I would love to come back for the ParaTan vibrational sound healing and Shirodhara ritual…hopefully another time! The spa itself is great, there is a beautiful outdoor patio with wind chimes, a steam room, quiet lounge are to read and relax. Several wonderful teas to choose from and a cocktail bar if you want to get a drink after your service. I passed on the later, too zenned out!

I did the Chakra balancing massage and I left feeling like a brand new person! The Himalayan salt wall is really cool and kind of mesmerizing to look at. The staff is all incredibly friendly and with a sauna in the locker rooms, a cocktail bar, and a patio, there is nothing else you could ask for in a spa. Also, the energy is so positive and addicting that once you step in, you'll never want to leave!

I had the Vivace radiofrequency skin tightening with Ellen. I was properly informed of all that would happen prior to proceeding. She placed numbing cream on my face for about 15 mins prior to the treatment. The procedure took a total of 30 mins as she did my neck and chest as well. I was slightly red for about an hour and then my skin was glowing for the rest of the day. She gave me some serum to apply throughout the day. I am very happy with the pore size reduction and fine line reduction as well as the general condition of my skin. Very minimal pain. Best part is I went right back to work which is different than laser procedures I have had in the past. Thank you Ellen.

Jack from Thailand gave me a Tibetan massage, after which we purified in front of a stunning pink Himalayan sea salt wall before moving to the sauna and then the outdoor patio enclosed by a incredible fountain wall and Aspen trees. Sustainable and organic everything. So unique and extremely well done. Nothing else compares in Nebraska.
