Emily is an angel. She over performs! She knows and owns her work. She has a way to make you feel relaxed. She is very relatable. She takes her time, and knows what she is doing. She also uses the same products on herself. Her product knowledge and care go along way. You can trust her to make you as pretty as possible. My appointment was cancelled today, because I have been so busy I forgot to confirm it. Of course, I show up and the internet was down, plus they had an emergency today and were behind. Emily was my hero. She fit me into a pressure cooker of a day, and did not have to. She made me feel like the most important client they have. I want to say she is one talented , and skilled professional. She should be on the high end of the pay grade. She goes way above it!

From the moment I decided to try laser hair removal until now (just finished my fourth treatment) my experience has been AMAZING! During the initial consult, I decided to laser my face, underarms, breasts and full legs. Woof, that’s a lot! Financing options were extremely affordable (I’m a poor back to college student) and easy to process. I had plenty of education on what to expect before and after each treatment, pain control options, skincare options… The staff is exceptional, friendly, courteous, make you feel so comfortable in your skivvies and leave you feeling like a million bucks. I have had at least a 50% reduction in leg hair, complete chin and cheeks, and about 90% on my upper lip and breasts after only *4* treatments! When I say I should be considered a hairy Amazon woman, it’s no joke. I have thick, coarse, black body hair. I am so excited to be able to wear shorts this summer and not have a 5 o’clock shadow on my legs by 10am. I 100% recommend Ideal Image for your laser hair removal needs!

I was basically harassed by the sales team to make the purchase which I didn't like. Multiple calls, texts, and emails a day until I said yes. Then I didn't hear anything back about the process until my first appointment. However, my technician Tara was AMAZING and really saved the experience. When I left I wasn't fully satisfied because I had higher expectations i guess but after a couple days all the hairs magically disappeared and not yet returned. Very impressed after just one visit. I had submitted a request to get information on laser facials. The pricing was awesome so I purchased a package. Edit: After purchasing a package it is very difficult to get your appointments scheduled. My 1st appoint Ideal had to cancel and reschedule due to an employee issue. My next appointment I had to miss due to being called into work, I called to reschedule it and was told there was nothing available for 2 months. They made the package sound like a good deal. I wish I had done my research there are several places in Omaha with similar pricing. Scheduling is a huge issue (after I spent the $2100) I am wishing I had chosen another Omaha business for these services.

I was called during covid and took advantage of this good deal for the virtual consult discount and was told i would get VIP access when the clinics reopened. Well i called called callled and called some more until finally i got ahold of someone to set up my first visit. First visit was not pleasant at ALL. Very very painful. So i ask for numbing cream and was told they would send to any pharmacy I wanted. Well my next visit came up and surprise surprise I was told an out of state pharmacy would have to send it to me with only two days until my next visit. After complaining to the manager I did get the numbing cream and I thought it was going to be a better experience. WRONG... After the visit I could tell the technician felt something was wrong. She immediately got ice packs and asked me if I felt like my skin was burning it did. I thought this was normal but it wasn't. I was in pain for the next 3 days. I have to say the technician was very attentive as far as speaking with me through my concerns however after research I realized that the skin shouldn't feel like its still burning after the laser zaps it. If the person is visibly in pain that should say there is an issue. Any how against my better judgement I figured I give it one more shot. Well my next appointment came and it was cancelled and pushed out. Not giving consideration that i am a customer and times should be kept. Well during this time my mother who has lung cancer I had to purchase medication for her and missed one payment. This entire time I called called called and called and called no response. I tried communicating this and i received no response. I came to my appointment called 45 mins ahead of time to wait for them to call me inside. I go in and at this time is when they decided to discuss the payment concern. I figured well all my payments are on time paying them faithfully while their office was even closed surely they would be flexible enough to consider me supporting a parent with lung cancer an d defer a payment for me, right??? WRONG.. To get to the point... You have a person who is keeping their obligations according to the contract even though your office was closed and your office cancelling my appointments when i was paying on time but cannot be flexible enough to consider my situation? That right there told me I did not want to continue my relationship with them. The technician is very caring do not mistake it but the company's technology, practices, integrity are questionable. I will go to the competition who is the leader in the Omaha area. If you are seeking a life change and improvement of your image read the reviews.

Honestly, compared to my experience I had at another location in Kansas/Missouri, I wish I had only gone to the Omaha location. They offer financing at 0% making my treatments incredibly affordable and will save money in the long run on waxes, etc. They also offer a lifetime warranty, so in the event that your hair grows back due to hormone changes, etc. they will help you take care of it! Jasmine is great and will help you select a package that is best for you, find you the best price (they always have different specials going on), and help with financing. I got my first treatment the same day! Charlene is an awesome technician, and I believe they only use licensed nurses to perform the services. She is kind and patient and makes you feel very comfortable! It is a nice, clean location and professional staff, and I am more than happy with my results- I can't wait to continue treatments on other areas!
