Kristen is THE BEST. She does an amazing job & knows what she's doing, super personable & has a great attitude. My brows look absolutely perfect - every time. 😄 And the young lady at the front desk - is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable & totally understanding if you might be a few minutes late. She seems like she REALLY takes pride in her job & genuinely enjoys it. You don't find that too much anymore. Speaks volumes to customers.

I had the best facial of my life from Rebecca, she was amazing! Very detailed going over what I was looking for and my current skin condition. Facial was wonderful as well as massage. Highly recommend. I'm from out of town but will definitely make a point to stop in and make an appointment next time I'm back which will be in a few months. Good reminder to take some 'me time' for my own mental health too!

The team at gloss is experienced and professional and always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I went to Gloss for my friend and her special Wedding day coming up. This was my first experience of receiving a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The staff at the salon were absolutely fantastic and friendly! Rebecca provided the best service, was kind, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Gloss!

I was looking for a place to take my mom for a day of relaxation and Gloss was perfect. We both got wraps and pedicures and it was exactly what we were looking for and both of the spa techs we had were exceptional. Private, quiet rooms for our wraps and pedicures. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Holly for over a year now for lash extensions and facials. She is phenomenal! Holly evaluates my face at each facial and recommends the proper treatment. Last night, "it was time" - as she said! Needling! I was a little hesitant at first - but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything step by step. All I can say - I am hooked on needling now! This morning I can definitely see an improvement! Thank you Holly!!!!!

Camryn kills it every single time!! From facials, lash lifts, spray tans, waxing, etc she never fails to do an amazing job! At this last appointment, she did my brows using the new Hybrid dye and they turned out amazing!! I typically don’t fill in my brows on a daily basis but love when she tints my brows but this is my new fav!! She mapped out my brows and went in with the Hybrid dye creating an “ombré” effect to make them look more natural and I LOVE them!!🤩🤩 Thank you, Camryn!! You NEVER disappoint!!

The environment was classy and clean. I liked the simplicity of the room and tables. The manicurist station was clear of all the chemicals and gadgets you often see. There were only 2 stations in the mani area and 2 chairs in the pedi area we used. The pedi chairs were comfortable and gave a good massage. I only had time for an express pedicure and essential maanicure, I was very satisfied with the services. I do have to say that my fingernail polish is not resilient. I have many scraped and damaged spots just 24 hours later. I would definitely recommend.

However, today was my first time getting my hair done here and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sarah! She was so kind and welcoming not to mention has some amazing skills! I absolutely am in love in the color she did on my hair. I was so happy that I went to see her, I felt like I made a new friend! Overall this is an amazing one stop shop for all your beauty needs. Had a 60 minute massage with Brittani. It was my first massage with her and she's new to Gloss. Although she's new to the Salon she's not new to massage and was excellent! She listened and was able to adjust pressure where needed. She also incorporated light stretching to fully relax or get into tricky spots. I highly recommend her!

I have been to gloss a few times and received more than excellent service. They have very skilled stylists. Stacy and Hailey are completely amazing. My daughter recently had her hair done by Sydney and she was awesome as well! About a month ago I made a last minute appointment to have my out growth touched up before going out of town. Bri was available, so, I booked her. She was really nice and a ton of fun. She nailed the color I wanted for my blonde, but I think she fried it a little. I had some hair falling out afterwards. I had also asked for a light trim just to reshape it up after it had grown out a little. It was at my shoulders, but after her 'trim' it was at my chin. She apologized and said she was getting rid of damage I had. 1. I did not have damage. 2. You always ask first if this is what the client wants. I was mortified that my hair was chin length before a huge trip. That being said, Bri is very green. She was very nice and did nail the color. I think she just needs more experience. I definitely love this salon.

I felt comfortable throughout my entire facial treatment. It was my first time and definitely will not be my last. Services are affordable and leave you feeling amazing. The rooms are very relaxing and the light are dimmed for comfort. My privacy was respected and and everyone was very friendly the entire time. All my questions were answered and never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. Definitely recommend this place and will be back!😁👍

I'll give them five stars every time! I've been going to Gloss Salon & Day Spa for years, and after I move to Lincoln I plan on driving down to continue seeing my favorite hair stylist. Quality is great, staff is amazing, they often have deals and sales on products so you can stock up on your favorite brands, and it's relaxing~

The receptionist, Josie, worked right away & asked another ethenitisist if she had time to take me. She did. It didn't end there Josie gave me a discount and apologized. This spa has a wonderful atmosphere - very peaceful, friendly, and serene. I had a massage with Thallia and she does really good body work! She got all of the tenseness out of my mid-back and neck and was very receptive to my needs. I highly recommend the hot stones! I also had a facial with Marcia. She is so thorough and included a specialized consultation before and after the service. I am now a big fan of Bioelements moisturizer for my combo skin.

Katie is the hairstylist I have been going to for almost a year now. She is really great at listening to what you want and making it happen. The ladies at the reception desk are always friendly and helpful whether in person or over the phone. I have never had a bad service or outcome, but I'm sure if something wasn't quite right, it would be resolved quickly.

I drive from out of town and I've never been disappointed. Every massage I've had there has been worth the time and effort. My last two massages were with Belle. She worked wonders for my neck, back, and shoulders as these are problem areas for me. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the room, I think it's always chilly in there, even with the bed warmer on. Otherwise, everything is wonderful and worth every penny. All of the staff has been courteous and helpful on each visit. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends.

Make an appointment for a massage here RIGHT NOW! Kidding... but seriously, they were amazing. I called upon receiving a gift card, and was blown away to get in the very next day for an appointment. I have never experienced that kind of swift scheduling at a salon. I enjoyed the actual appointment immensely. The therapist was skilled and knowledgeable. She did some intense deep tissue massage and it left me feeling great for days. I liked the atmosphere and the staff. The pricing was a bit more that I usually pay, but I will definitely be back, especially if they offer any promos or coupons via text. I'll be watching. ;-)

Gloss Salon & Day Spa is excellent! I have been there many times for both hair and massages and I've never been disappointed. Beth is amazing with hair! I'd recommend her to anyone! I've had numerous massages with multiple massage therapists and they have all been relaxing and great. Not a bad lady in the bunch! Not only are the services great, but their customer service is excellent as well. The receptionists are very welcoming and accommodating and start your experience off right when you step in the door.

It was super easy to book the appointment online with the stylist of my choosing. I appreciated the salons' commitment to health and safety of every one with the mask requirement for every patron, the hand and phone sanitizing requirements. Halle made sure I was able to navigate the floor in my power wheelchair, transfer safely to get my hair washed (always the best part). The aromatherapy spritz of citrus while getting my hair washed was new for me and I liked it. It was simple for Halle to move her hair cutting chair and allow me to sit in my wheelchair while getting my haircut (I was able to sit to the sides and raise up the armrest for her to more easily cut). She made sure to cover the back part of my chair and headrest so that it didn't get little hairs all over which was much appreciated. My cut is cute and I would go back. 😀

The place was very clean. The atmosphere was inviting overall. I was pleased they explained extra services available (and what the upcharge would be) without pushing them. I had an amazing massage! Becca was very professional throughout. She gave extra attention to my shoulders and lower back (where I carry all my tension) upon request. I will definitely be back for a massage. I was less impressed with my manicure and pedicure and will not utilize those services again. They did have a few lights burned out above the pedicure station. That happens, and when I pointed them out assured me that they would be replaced. It's nice to see people take pride in their building. Everyone I encountered was polite and professional. I had no complaints about the staff's professionalism.

Holly gave me the best facial I have EVER had. I've been skincare obsessed & getting facials since I was 18, and I have extremely sensitive skin, so here is my honest review: LGBTQIA+ SAFE! As a queer person I felt 1000% safe and comfortable in this salon and with Holly. She took ample amount of time doing my consultation, and actually listened to my concerns about my sensitive skin, which usually I feel estheticians don't take me seriously about and I end up with rashes or products being used that burn. Not with Holly at Gloss, I did not have a single issue! Products were soothing, and my skin has never looked better. She gave great product recommendations and explained thoroughly how to use each. She also explained some skin irritations I had and what they were, and how to deal with them. Then there was the facial itself. HOLY RELAXATION. The shoulder/neck, arm/hand massage was AMAZING. The aromatherapy really helped me relax, and the bed was SO comfortable!! On top of all of this, the spa's COVID policies are awesome! Temp check before your appt, and mask required until your facial starts. The spa room was separate from the hair salon so you're not around a ton of people, which is nice. Just do yourself a favor and book a facial with Holly. Your skin and your mental health (hello self-care and relaxation!) will thank you!!

Have always felt free to give my honest opinion and any issue has been resolved immediately. I rarely have any trouble making an appointment that fits my schedule. Through out my sessions, I had totally forgotten about my original appt. The ladies went nothing less than above and beyond to make my experience special for my birthday. Had a hair emergency a few days ago (i made the mistake of bleaching my hair at home so as to lighten it but it of course ended up horribly yellow and too light) and needed to get it fixed ASAP .... called the next morning as soon as they opened and explained I had a little hair emergency ... they asked when i was able to come in and 40 minutes later I was there and they had someone ready to take care of me -- Stacy was great and took her time and really consulted to figure out the exact look I had attempted to go for and she outlined what she was going to do to get me back to the desired shade and definitely did just that! when i left my hair was in such great condition, it had never looked or felt so full and healthy and the color was so perfect (light ash brown) and I realize I should have just gone here first rather than attempt cheap drugstore dye first but we all make mistakes and learn. Bottom line great salon and very cozy atmosphere!

I know it's important to sell the products but it made me uncomfortable because at one point the stylist even told me she had to meet certain sales. I felt obligated to buy something even though I am very happy with my hair products I currently use. I just wish I could've relaxed or talked about something else. This was my first time going somewhere where they're so persistent on selling. I thought I may have found "my hair place" but I don't think I'd like to sit through two hours of product promoting again.

I went for a spa service. The ladies at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. I went to the desk three times: checkin, dropping off my paperwork, and then to pay. 2 of the 3 times the ladies had their backs to the counter and were talking about their personal lives while I stood their awkwardly and waited to be acknowledged. I interacted with three different ladies and I don’t think any of them smiled. They acted annoyed to have to work or like I was a bother. The salon felt dirty also. The walls had stains, the seating had stains, the pen holder had mystery gunk on it, not super relaxing vibe. Now all that being said, I would give my spa tech 5 out of 5. She was kind, professional, and did a wonderful job. She explained each step of the process and was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. She was awesome. The only thing I didn’t love about my body treatment was that she rubbed my face after rubbing my feet wearing the same gloves. (But feet just gross me out so that’s a bit nit picky). Anyway, she’s the only reason I gave the experience more than one star. I probably would not go back.
