My S.O. and I had never been to a spa before, and I gotta say I will never forget this wonderful experience at Renaissance Spa as our first time. When booking our appointment, the lady on the phone was very accommodating and got us in for multiple services on the same day. The receptionist was very welcoming upon check-in. Our massage therapists Theresa and Tiffany were extremely sweet. The whole massage experience was very professional and relaxing. Afterward, we saw Tamer and Meg for our nail services. Both of them were wonderful and very easy to converse with. They have a huge selection of nail colors and gels. Tamer made my nails beautiful!! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time, and I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to treat themselves to a day of decompression.

Today was my third trip to renaissance and I know I’ll go back many many more times. So many smiling friendly faces. Hubby and I had a two hour couples massage and it was fantastic. We both explained exactly what we needed and both got exactly what we wanted and needed. Barclay did my massage and Randall did my husband’s. Both were strong and skilled and attentive. They communicated well and worked our knots out and helped us relax after a very trying few weeks. We walked out of there feeling like wet noodles we were so relaxed. I very rarely leave reviews but our experience was truly superior and we are both happy with our choice. Won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Richard is a color genius. I drove from Fort Worth so he could repair what was done to me in Texas, and he did and as usual I love it. He is great at cuts as well; I told him I was gonna post this review to thank him for taking care of me this weekend and making my hair look so great!

I received a package with a body scrub, full body massage, a facial, and a mani/pedi. The atmosphere was calming, every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. My massage and facial was top notch and I would drive the distance to get another. The nail tech was great, friendly. I had an amazing day here and would definitely return for another full day of pampering.

Last time i went i got my first facial and massage ever! I wish i remembered their names because they were great. Last weekend i went for a mani pedi and got Raye. What a gentle soul. Her and Tamer(sitting next to us with another client) had me cracking up. They were so cool and great in their skill. I recommend raye for sure for a mani pedi because i took two steps and brushed my nail on my jacket trying to grab my keys and messed it up. Raye took 2 minutes to fix me up real quick since it was just nail polish. Incredible people!

I splurged for my birthday and did the Ultimate Experience. Barclay did a phenomenal job on my massage, Tamara was so kind and walked me through every step of my facial she was amazing, and Tamar did a beautiful job on my mani/pedi. It was such a great day of relaxation!

I’ve read most of these reviews and I’m inclined to agree with most of them. I visited this place a few weeks ago. I came here because of the raving reviews. I had a full day. Everything was amazing. After reading the last review, I would assume that this woman was just having a bad day. The place smelled great and if you don’t tell your massage therapist that it’s too much pressure how do you expect them to change it? Not every spa has 100% good days. Everyone here was so friendly and made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I definitely do recommend this place. I used to go to Cottonwood but since they have closed, I started going here and I love it more than Cottonwood. This will be my go to place from now on.

I originally booked for a different kind of facial but she suggested something different based on my skin and I am soooo happy I took her advice! Would recommend 10/10! Amazing staff and wonderful customer service!

Love the atmosphere. Always quality services. (I have received massages, pedicures and manicures.) The staff is friendly. Definitely a relaxing, spa experience. Would highly recommend. I personally use Leslie for massages and I love her. Always feel relaxed walking out. Also love the landscaping. So many flowers, bushes and trees! Just adds to the uniqueness of this business.

I went here for a sunless tan today and it was great! My tan is perfectly even and not even a little bit orange. Ashley paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfectly even. She gave me great tips to make it last for a long time and was friendly to talk to throughout my visit. I will definitely go again!

Good spa the afternoon delight package was very good but was only suppose to be 3.5 hrs long and turned in 5 because the lady do the facials kept talking. I paid to relax i don’t care what you are using it is suppose to be a relaxing time not a talk every second time.

Great experience! My husband and I got hour massages! I had a prenatal massage and Darla made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Sarah massaged my husband and he was very pleased with the massage! I would definitely recommend Renaissance Salon and Spa! Very unique and cute house/building too!

Hands down, some of the best customer service I've ever gotten! I recently got married on Saturday May 19th, 2018 and Renaissance Salon had to deal with me and my other 12 ladies for nails, hair and makeup. It was a 2 day process but everyone did an amazingly fantastic job! Massive shout out to Fawn for making my and my best friend/Maid of Honour look so professionally done, Brianna for some amazing hairstyles and Gisella and Brianna again for the fantastic nails done to make me and my ladies looks stunning on my special day!

This morning my daughter and I had massages and facials. I have to say that my massage was the very best massage I have ever had! Thank you Sarah!! I’ve never had a facial so this was a first for me. Channing was AWESOME!! I had dermaplaning which was a first too. My face feels amazing! I will definitely be making the drive regularly to visit again.

This was acceptable but not my best. Massage itself was great and relaxing, but the room was cold which made it difficult to fully relax. The therapist added an extra sheet which helped but not quite enough. I paid the extra for aromatherapy, which I assumed would be in the form of an air diffuser. However I believe it was just in the oil she used on her hands. I smelled the scent I selected, but only for a few quick seconds after she reapplied the oil to her hands. It smelled great, but wasn't really worth the extra money. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 4, was in a scheduling issue. I had written down 4:45 when I scheduled the appointment, but apparently they had my down for 4:15. Granted they called to confirm my appointment, but caught me at a busy time when I wasn't in front of my calnedar and I didn't catch the difference. I called around 4:10 and was told my appointment was at 4:15. I said I would leave right away but would be 10 or 15 minutes late. I offered to reschedule but the receptionist did this big put out sigh and voice, and told me just to come anyway. I got there only to find my hour was going to be cut to 50 min, so I rescheduled anyway. Fortunately the person I spoke with on the phone wasn't there, and the ladies who were, were professional and understanding, and even apologized for the confusion. I've been to Renaissance before and had a much better experience. This one was ok. As I said previously, the massage itself and the therapist were great. There were just other factors that made it less than desired.

I didn't actually use their salon services, HOWEVER, I must say, everyone there were so nice and helpful. After I'd undergone a major tire blow out in front of the salon unexpectedly while travelling up HW I-235N, they embraced me with understanding and empathy. It was along day...but the people at Renaissance Salon left a positive imprint. Thank so much for really showing you care by volunteering to drive me back over to my vehicle (and giving me a jump)👀 Lastly, sending several kudos towards the efforts put forth regarding your interior design & decor. ✊🦄 Slam dunk. Theresa did my massage and pedi (the relax and revive special) and she was phenomenal! She was calm, peaceful and so kind. She talked a little but also allowed me to relax and sit quietly. She applied perfect pressure for my massage and always made me feel comfortable. Hands down the best massage and pedi I've ever received. I will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Great massage by an experienced, knowledgeable masseuse. Friendly staff. It was a unique building and had an eclectic homey feel. My only complaint was that some of the decor (curtain rods, figurines, wall art, fake plants, etc) were extremely dusty and gave an unkempt feel.

Marjorie rocks. It's that simple. My daughter is a professional singer and when she comes to town, she wants Marjorie to do her eyebrows. We not only get the best service EVER, but we laugh and have just a wonderful time. I always look forward to my appointments. 90 minute facial by marjorie, hands down best facial I've ever had. lately spas have been more focused on products rather than actual massage technique and marjorie really knew her craft. she covered neck, decollate, head, face... I just had the most heavenly experience and my skin has been so refreshed. warm friendly environment, Anthony at the front desk was very nice and accomodating towards all customers and employees. washroom smelled great. I don't have enough words to describe how relaxing, rejuvenating and amazing the facial by marjorie was, I'll def be going back and trying other services by them as well

The place is just so peaceful and serene. The staff is so positive and amazing. They even have a little zen garden in the back!! I love this place and highly recommend it! And if you are going for skin care, ask for Rachael Tarpley! Her hands are magical and her work yields REAL results. Check her out!

My wife likes your massages so I came in to buy a gift card for Valentine's Day. I was told to take a seat while they get someone to help me. I was then ignored while two other customers who came in after me were sold gift cards. Update - Anthony got in touch and apologized. He offered to upgrade my wife's massage assuring me that this is not the way they normally do business. In all fairness it was the day before Valentine's Day so it's possible they were having a hectic day. Thanks for the hookup guys!

Went there for a spa day with my husband, the facial was very good and our 2 hour massages were amazing!!!....the only thing I didnt like was the pedicure, we got the best one we thought which was $78 one, and it was very disappointing, its sounds very detailed in the description, but I've gotten better pedis for half the price!

My mom and I went for a relaxing day of facials and massages. Wow were we both impressed! I felt so relaxed after both treatments. It was probably one of the best facials and massages I have ever had. The staff was great and very through. Highly recommend!!
