We started out looking at a 35x17 foot pool but due to city ordinance, were unable to install. Galaxy made up for it by giving us a great deal on a 17 foot swim spa! We are able to enjoy it year round. Made a great relationship with them as my company, B Wood Electric Inc, has been able to provide the electrical installation on several of their pools and hot tubs. Great personal and quality service!

So far we have had a great experience with Galaxy. We had great help with choosing our hot tub. We are still waiting for it to be delivered. We were told it would be two weeks for delivery and it will be 16 days total. They did warn us it might take a few days for the financing. Overall great experience. We will update again once the spa is delivered.

We could not have asked to be paired with a nicer person or to have had a smoother transaction. Andy, Juan, and Justin were our delivery guys today. What a team! They called ahead of arrival, used great care in transporting our Jacuzzi , placed it perfectly, were friendly and professional, and thoroughly explained the features and maintenance. We have had such a great experience with Galaxy. We purchased our hot tub a year ago and recently moved. Galaxy provides a moving service and we had a great experience with them. They were so patient and flexible as we had to change the dates a few times due to unexpected delays. During the move process one of the panels became damaged. Galaxy replaced the panel with no issue. I am so glad we purchased our hot tub with Galaxy. They provide exceptional service beyond the initial purchase.

The wife and myself have hinted at maybe getting a hot tub. We were just having a pleasant Sunday morning and decided to just go look at different hot tubs since we were out and about. Lucky for us we find Galaxy Home Recreation just down the street and figured we would start there and look at other places throughout the city on our way back home. We walk in, greeted with smiling faces from everyone and was approached by the nicest salesman (Ankit) we have ever had the chance to deal with and he happens to be the sales manager. He asked us what we was looking for in a hot tub and took us right over to exactly what we was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the specifications and didn't beat us around the bush at all. Gave us all the pros and cons of the different features it had and gave us the bottom dollar price and threw in all the extras. Needless to say we liked him and the hot tub so much we celebrated with drinks while we did the paperwork which took maybe 10 minutes and most of that time was spent joking around and laughing. I don't usually buy things from the first place I stop to look but the salesman really made us feel at ease and comfortable. Best sales experience me and my wife ever had. Highly recommend Galaxy and the salesman Ankit.

I bought a pool table from this company recently. I worked with Andy, who did a great job. He was professional, informative and made the sales process a fun discussion about meeting my needs. He worked with me both financially and with scheduling. I was going to be leaving town so they delayed delivery and when I got back they worked with me in a very timely manner to schedule and reschedule delivery and installation. Joseph and his installation team did great work setting it up. Joseph even stayed late to make sure the job was done and done right. Buyer Beware! We purchased a $9,000 hot tub two months ago. It was delivered with a broken part and a leak. Installers said they would be back to fix it. I called the day it was delivered and was referred to a customer service number out of Tulsa. After many voicemails left and texts and calls to our sales person (who did apologize) we have not heard from anyone. It has now been 5 weeks since delivery. We went with Galaxy because our sales lady seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy and we wanted to buy a new one instead of a used one so we wouldn't have to deal with issues right out of the gate. However since delivery it has been a nightmare. This is by far the worst purchase we have ever made and a costly lesson. I regret even having to make this post but feel it necessary to save others from having to deal with what we have been dealing with the last few months. It seems that after they get their money they are done with you and they do not honor any warranty or stand behind their products or company at all. ** Update ** Right after posting got a call from manager about review. Told him what the deal was and he apologized and explained that the error code was normal when first filling spa. Told me that the installers just didn’t know all the codes yet. Hopefully won’t have issues with it.

Customer service was very nice and efficient. Was a good experience. The installation has been a nightmare. It is going on three weeks since our pool was installed and we have had leaks, complete installation was not done. Set up crew has said they will be here today or tomorrow several times and Not shown up. We still have leaks and still have not been able to vacuum our pool. The installation crew said they would be here this morning to fix it and still have not seen any one. We are very dissatisfied with our experience with this whole mess.

Edit - a year later. . . I honestly wouldn’t buy from them again. Yes, buying the pool was smooth, but getting help with maintenance or pool care was lacking. No one ever answers the phone, so I have to drive 45 minutes to the store. I needed an estimate for my house insurance (pool damage from the hail storm) for the top ledge of the pool. I’ve called. I’ve emailed/texted. I’ve gone to both locations. It’s been 4 months and I still cannot get what I need. Everybody says they’ll get back to me but never do. I am beyond frustrated. In hindsight, I wish I would have purchased the pool from a pool place that offered pool upkeep or fixed pools. I had to buy replacement parts from Leslie’s. I’m fact, the staff at Leslie’s have helped me so much more than galaxy, which is a total bummer. ********** We had a great experience with Galaxy. Our salesperson Cassie was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best pool for our family. And she helped us get a timely install. The install crew were professional and did a great job. And then Logan was very helpful when teaching me about the chemicals and upkeep.

Couldn’t imagine a better experience buying a swim spa!! Andy, our salesman, was outstanding. He helped with the concrete, dirt work, electrician and every aspect of the purchase. He even came out to our house to recommend placement and speak with the concrete guy. This amazed us because we were going to buy a spa somewhere else and they wouldn’t even tell us how to get it from our driveway to the backyard. We bought a hydro pool and it was much more expensive but the quality seems top of the line and all the help we received and knowing that we have someone reliable to go to if anything goes wrong is worth it. The installation crew was awesome and took their time to explain how to work it and Logan in chemicals was amazing too, he took lots of time with us and made sure we knew what we were doing. Every aspect of the purchase was top of the line and we will definitely go back to galaxy next time we are looking to buy something they sell.

My husband and I were looking to buy a hot tub, but he would be called in for a surgery that same day. We just didn't know how early. They called us to come in an hour while we were there looking, and Galaxy literally did everything they could as quickly as they could to get us approved for a loan, signed some papers, got us the book to our hot tub, and we were on our way! It was kind of amazing how quick the sales staff got us taken care of. We got exactly what we wanted, and they called later to follow up with us on the delivery date. I'd highly recommend this place! Oh! And their prices are unbeatable! We bought our hot tub for $7k, and it's original price was $1199! It was a 6-7 seater too! Great place, efficient staff, and good to work with.

Update: They made it right by giving me store credit. We bought a hot tub it was suppose to be in on or around July 24 we finally got it on the 30th only because we accepted a different color. The cover was back ordered we still don't have it (8/19) and we asked for a list of preferred electricians and never got a call back. We also bought patio furniture and the couch frame was bent we still do not have the replacement! Now our hot tub does not work. I purchssed a pool summer of 2019 getting someone out at that time was crazy due to rain just about everyday but the installers were great when they did come. Later when it was time to have my water tested Logan at Reno (now a the Edmond store) was great helping me with this task. He has always been friendly and professional. He would ask about my daughters and animals whenever they did not come with me. He always made me feel comfortable and accepted...I felt like part of the Galaxy family when I went in everytime.

My experience with Galaxy was OK, but not great. It started with the buying experience. I shopped online and there was a sale at Galaxy on a table in my price range. I engaged with a person online and it was a odd back and forth and at one point I was aggravated enough that I stopped messaging with them and started shopping elsewhere. The table advertised was marked down slightly because of the sale and advertised with a choice of felt color and package that included queues, rack and brush. When I inquired about that table and package I was told that it was actually a floor model and being sold "as is" and that the felt color couldn't be changed. I told them that the website clearly states that the felt color was my choice but they repeatedly said it was being sold "as is" and that was final. I actually took a screen shot of their own website and pasted it into the chat session and asked how they could advertise it like this and then tell me I couldn't get what they advertised. They said they'd talk to a manager about it and get back to me. A while later they came back and said something like "Great news, we can get you the felt covering you want!" I thought that was ridiculous. Wow, I can get what they advertised? Now I start asking about the floor model. It wasn't advertised as a floor model and, in my experience, floor model of any product are marked down considerably since they're essentially used. They wouldn't budge on offering any concessions on the table for being a floor model and said the website already had it marked down. I argued that the mark down on the website was essentially the same mark down as the other non floor models because of the sale was but that didn't seem to matter. I asked about bumping up the package that came with the table (pool queues, rack etc) to a better one and they said "No, can't do that". Ultimately I caved and bought it sight unseen without knowing if the floor model had any damage. I was required to pay a 25% deposit through a website, which I did. Then I started receiving text messages on the install. These were appreciated. They had the date, social distancing expectations, etc. All good. But then one of them said I was required to pay the balance of the purchase price a week prior to the scheduled delivery date. This was offensive to me since normally I wouldn't pay for anything until it was delivered and I'd already paid 25%. This was a floor model that I haven't even seen and I'm told that I need to pay the balance of a $3,000.00 pool table a week in advance of delivery? When I paid the deposit I was sent a link to a payment website to pay it with my credit card, but there was no link in this test message to pay the balance so I didn't pay it. Then two days before the balance was due I got a voice mail from a person at Galaxy that said I had to pay the balance by the end of the day or my delivery would have to be rescheduled. I called this person back and had a lengthy conversation about how absolutely stupid this was. They said they acknowledged that their demand for payment was earlier than previously stated in text messaging but that it was their process to make this demand since some people don't pay on time and they have to spend time chasing people down to get them to pay on time. I was furious and let him know that paying the balance on a pool table that was a floor model that I haven't even seen a week in advance of delivery was a stupid policy, but to demand it two days before it was actually due was insane, and there was no way to even pay it as no link was sent. Shortly after this awful phone conversation I got a link to the payment site and I paid the balance, against my better judgement. The delivery and setup went flawlessly. The installation crew were professional, efficient, courteous and fast. The table looks awesome in my game room and even though the purchasing process could use some significant improvement, the end result is perfect.

Galaxy just finished installing a $20,000 stealth sem-in ground pool system at my home. The stealth system is excellent quality. It did not quite fit the way I wanted on a sloped bank, but the final install looks good. We had a few issues during the process, but Galaxy responded to work those out. My recommendation for anyone purchasing a semi- in ground or above ground pool system from any supplier is to ensure the company makes a site visit before finalizing the sell. Can’t wait to use the pool this summer of 2021.

But Cathy helped us get an incredible tub that is very similar delivered the next day. Over all our experience with Galaxy was a good one. There was a little cunfusion on chemical delivery but Gallexy made it good. Spa was delivered in a timely manner and the installer did a great job. The pool delivery was a couple weeks later but with the demand at this time it was understandable. Pool installers did not give me the 30 minute notice prior to delivery but luckly i was home. They did a great job installing our 15x30 pool, in and out in 8hrs!!!! Due to installer not speaking English well it was a little frustrating trying to communicate back and forth but we managed. I was a little dissapointed in having to parchuse the heavy duty hose for pump from installer $135 I wasn't planning on but I felt like it was a good decission due to factory hose looked and felt cheap. If it hadn't been for the hose deal I would've giving it a 5 star. Oops, i like to have forgot about Galaxy's in house part. We walked in just to look at our options but by the time we talked with a couple different people we were sold on pool and spa. Sales lady met us at the door and give us 100% of her time, even offered me a beer or two! Everyone in house was extremely nice and a great help.
