I attended 7 West with my bestie and had a couples massage. It was amazing experience, the atmosphere, the aromas, the employees were great. We were greeted with champagne and non champagne options. After we finished our massage we were greeted again with chocolate and champagne. The icing on top was the full sized bottles of lavender and chamomile lotion and hand soap. We are already planning our next visit.

Carlos was amazing!! He really worked hard to get all my tension and knots out. He was a real sweetheart too. You could tell he actually knew what he was doing with regards to how to get the knots out. He was firm and gentle and always asking if everything was okay did he need to adjust anything. The place itself is heaven , I was offered a mimosa and chocolates and even after my massage I was told I could have another and just relax . The staff in the front is amazing too. Hands down my go to spot , I’ve already referred several friends.

7 West location. A beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. For a recent New Yorker resident with no close friends and family near by, this was the perfect place to start my birthday off. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, the receptionist (from Ukraine) is THE sweetest and my massage was so good, I feel that I'm ready to have the best sleep almost an hour after. Will definitely be stopping by again!

I had an amazing experience at ZZ Day Spa. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was transported somewhere else. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel so special on my birthday. While I waited for my massage, I was poured a mimosa and the mimosas kept coming throughout my time there! My massage and facial were so nice and both attendants were very attentive. Afterwards, I had appetizers and they sang happy birthday to me with a cake! They also gave me a birthday card which I thought was so sweet. I can’t recommend this place enough. I was expecting it to be great but it exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to come back!

ZZ Day Spa earns all five stars and then some. Every aspect of the experience is excellent. The owner, manager, and staff all remember you and cater to you hand and foot. Start off in the serenity room with champagne and sweets. Then have a couples massage in a room that feels like an oasis. The massages are consistently excellent and I emerge feeling completely relaxed and free of stress. Afterwards you can return to the serenity room and relax until you’re ready to go on with your day. This place is the epitome of customer service that every business should follow.

Had an AWESOME and beautiful experience at ZZ day spa. From Kristen, the host, to Nancy, my masseuse, to Domenika, facial person, to another Nancy, manicurist and pedicurist and Gary, the owner I enjoyed a wonderful day! The spa was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend booked a couples massage for us for my birthday and the experience was impeccable. From the brilliant masseuse who kneaded and prodded all of my kinks, to the minty aroma smell, along with the soothing music and calm water drops, I was in Heaven!! When greeted, the staff was professional and courteous, the environment was inviting, and the bathrooms were some of the nicest I’ve ever seen!! This place is a must see!! I can’t even describe the exhilarating feeling I felt while there. Once the massage was over, we were invited to relax in the jungle lounge which featured a rocking hammock, plants all around, TV screens with calming scenery beach locations, and multiple lounge chairs. I was given a birthday sash and a slice of chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday, as well as a takeaway spa gift and a beautiful rose. I can’t compliment this spa enough! I truly loved this place and will be back!! This is a memory I plan to relive over and over again with the Love of My Life!!!!

We had a amazing experience here celebrating our 13 year olds’ birthdays. Everyone on the staff went over the top to make sure our girls had a royal experience. The moms were all treated to the same luxurious treatment too. The appetizers, chocolates, champagne, cards, gifts and cake made this the perfect place to celebrate our teens special day. My daughter said she would give 6 stars if she could. We will definitely be back next time we are in New York.

Worth every penny! I went by myself as a birthday gift. The message and lash service from Leah and Yuliya was professional and well done. The overall birthday experience was more than what I imaged, I was treated like a Queen. Quite literally you get a sash that has Birthday Queen. Even if you go alone the staff will celebrate you! They are sweet and wholesome please stop by!

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I did a 50 minute deep tissue massage with Helen. They offered chocolates and cucumber/lemon water beforehand. It was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

So my boyfriend booked me for a spa day at ZZ Day Spa, and let me say at first I was skeptical. When I arrived the customer service was top notch!! Any questions or concerns I had they were sure to answer and put me at ease. Leah did her thing with my deep tissue massage! She was very polite and her hands work MAGIC!! Karina did my lovely facial and I appreciate that she asked me about my concerns and also gave me a few pointers.. Will I return to ZZ Day Spa? DEFINITELY!! I loved this place, everyone was so happy and friendly. Love the complementary drinks, the beautiful amenities (the bathroom is everything), and Shova my nail technician was so friendly and has a beautiful aura about her. I had a great time, and I appreciate how they assisted me in celebrating my birthday with a glasses of wine, appetizers and cake. AMAZING! It sounds so cliché but honestly it was, this was my first time at a spa and I chose to get the birthday “pamper me” package. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” from Fanni & the rest of the ladies. After our massages we had the birthday celebration with a delicious sponge cake, appetizers and chocolates. Beautiful and relaxing place. As soon as you walk in you can smell eucalyptus oil that help relieve coughing. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to my massage therapist Hilda. She worked out all thw knots I had on my shoulders and neck. I feel amazing. Yes I will bw coming back and highly recommend this Spa. There new location is 7 Qest 36rh St between 5th and 6th Ave. Looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks. I guve this Spa A+ grade

I was gifted a birthday package and it was one of the best presents I've gotten! Had a fabulous experience from start finish. I was well received by Ashley who greeted me warmly, answered all the questions I had, and offered me a glass of mimosa. Then I got a facial from Lily, who was just fabulous! She had such a nice balance of being friendly and talkative, but not overly talkative and allowed plenty of quiet time for relaxation. I'm not the greatest at taking care of my skin and I appreciated her giving me lots of tips on skincare. After my facial I thought I was done and ready to go home, but when I stepped out Ashley was waiting for me with chocolates and horderves, and offered a refill of my mimosa! Just had the most relaxing morning and felt really well taken care of. Would certainly go back and recommend all my friends here.

You’re tense and looking for a serenity. You’re in the right place. Zz day spa is perfect. From outside you wouldn’t know how magical this place is, walking in you feel it and you experience it. It’s very clean, well decorated and professional services. I had Nadine as my masseuse, she been doing massage for 20 years. She’s amazing and I will always want her to do my massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure as she worked on my whole body. I really needed it. We had an absolutely amazing time here! We had a mom and daughter day to celebrate turning 13 with her two best friends. The girls had the Adorable Me package and the moms had the Gratify Me package. It was incredible. Sandra and the staff went above and beyond making it an experience to remember. Sparking apple cider for the girls, champagne for the moms. A tiered tray of yummy snacks and chocolates and even a cake. Wonderful massages and facials. Worth every cent.

he most AMAZING spa I’ve visited. We traveled out here from California for my best friends birthday, and because it was last minute, we were unable to really plan a more extensive spa day. Luckily, she was able to book a last minute spot for a “Happy Me” massage for herself and a prenatal massage for me. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest staff and faces. The waiting room and massage rooms are so peaceful and quiet, I almost forgot I was in Downtown NYC. At the end we got to celebrate her birthday with cake, hor d'oeuvres, champagne and chocolate. My friends masseuse was Anika and she said it was amazing. I got to be treated by Maria who was also very sweet and very thorough, I definitely wish I lived out here and could book with her regularly for the remainder of my pregnancy. Both offered incredible treatment and service. This has been probably the most marvelous spa we’ve visited, and we cannot wait to eventually come back and book a full-day spa service. Thank you ZZ Day Spa for an incredibly cap to our New York trip!

Highly recommend ZZ Day Spa! Due to Hurricane Ida, our bachelorette party weekend plans changed when NOLA was in disarray. We had to quickly find a new location (4 days before) and chose New York City. I called ZZ Day Spa and explained the situation. They were more than happy to help our party of 8 to have an experience that exceeded our expectations! Every one of the services was exceptional and we were treated so well. Endless champagne, chocolates, and appetizers. Reasonable prices too! They had a number of other appointments but went out of their way to help us and take great care of us. I will be back again the next time I come to NYC for another wonderful massage!

Got a gel French manicure done here and it turned out great! They didn’t have white for some reason so I compensated with a light pink and it turned out better than white! I had about 40 minutes left to spare waiting for a friend to finish her facial and got to wait in the coziest waiting area with sparkling cider and chocolates. Amazing service and customer service! The staff and the manager are so kind. They always offer drinks while you’re waiting and have gorgeous and clean waiting rooms and bathrooms. Where do I start !? If you’re debating between here and another spa … look no further! I visited here with my partner in celebration of our birthday. I had no plans; woke up and decided that a spa day would be the best way to celebrate the both of us. I called and one of the warmest spirits answered the phone! When I tell you she was soooo accommodating and helpful. This nice treatment had to be a one off though. It’s impossible that there were more customer experience driven people that worked here!? WRONGGGG! Guys, EVERYONE was soooo nice to us and made us feel soooo special for our birthday. I’m talking about the esthetician, the masseuse, and the random staff passing by that weren’t even servicing us. They made us feel like family 🥲. & mannnn did I have one of the best massages! She massaged my PINKY TOES, yall ! Made me question all my prior “full body” massages. We got the birthday package which means - after the service - theres non stop champagne, hors d’oeuvres, a birthday sash, and a birthday cake … WITH CANDLES ! Now back to the beautiful spirit that helped me over the phone : We had one of the last appointments which means by the time we got to enjoy the remainder of the package, the spa was gearing up to close. When I tell you she insisted on us staying until we got to enjoy every part. She even allowed us to get dressed and do light make-up for the next shindig we were headed to. The ambiance, the staff, the service here is TOP NOTCH !!! Treat ya mama, wife, sister, mister, whomever because they are going to LOVE IT 🥰. Thank you ZZ day spa for making my birthday so special.

I was sold on the many packages to select from for so many occasions at such reasonable prices. I went with the Pamper Me birthday package and it was well worth it! The massage and facial I received were amazing and I left the spa so refreshed and glowing. They truly made me feel special and pampered for my birthday. Was looking for a spa day for friend and I in celebration of our landmark birthdays. The massage and facial were amazing, so relaxing. The manicure and pedicure were standard. For the first time though, I saw skin cells come off my feet during exfoliation so must be their special products that softened my feet up for it to actually work. Our food platter was great, unlimited champagne/cider refills, birthday cake, wonderful ambiance and really awesome service and staff made this such a great experience. I cannot say enough about this spa-day, it was exactly what we needed, and I will definitely come again. We loved it!

I was gifted the Royal Me package for my birthday which included a massage, facial, and mani/pedi. The package also includes appetizers and cake. It was a great experience. Upon entry, you are immediately greeted with a soothing aromatic scent. The receptionist then warmly welcomes you and gives you a brief tour of the front of facilities, waiting area, restrooms, and water. All clients are offered champagne or wine with their services. I began with my Hot Stone massage by Iwona. I don't think I have the words to describe how phenomenal she was and the massage felt. In addition, Iwona was knowledgeable and gave suggestions on how I should based on posture. My body was completely loose and relaxed when it was done. Next was my facial with Dominika. It was very soothing and refreshing. She constantly checked to make sure there was no discomfort during the process. Finally, my mani/pedi by Nancy. She took her time and also followed requests asked without any issues. She was very polite and patient. I had an amazing gel pedicure from maya. She paid so much attention to detail and gave me awesome tips about how to take better care of my hang nails. The pedicure looks great and I was able to enjoy a glass of champagne while I was getting it done. Then I got an oxygen facial by Dominika. She did a great job evaluating my skin concerns and suggesting products to help heal it. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep in the middle of the treatment. My skin felt so soft and hydrated afterward, I’ll definitely be getting another one soon.

Incredible experience from the moment we walked in and were greeted with champagne and mimosas. We did the the “Royal Us” package and it was above and beyond. 80-minute 4-hand massages, hydrofacial, and a mani/pedi. All fantastic service, including the front desk who was attentive to every need. We were told there would be snacks but didn’t expect a delightful little sushi platter in addition to bite size appetizers. Even the dessert of cupcakes and chocolates was made special by writing our names in a heart on a dish. And, as a final touch, they sent us on our way with a gift package of homemade body and hand soaps. The ambiance was great and it felt very cozy and romantic. I could also see this being a great “girls day” spot in addition to a date spot because they are very generous with the champagne if you’re looking for a “fun” spa day. Would highly recommend.

I celebrated my 22nd birthday with my boyfriend and I was able to tweak and create my own small birthday package including champagne and a couples massage. Not only were they able to do that but they ALSO got me my own freaking cake! How generous and kind is that?! They also threw in a few snacks such as apples, berries, crackers & cheese. I’m not only do I get one bottle of champagne they got me a second one to take home or if I wanted to- finish there. The massage was so relaxing and well done. Our masseuses were very kind and make sure we were comfortable. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart for making this birthday so special even during COVID-19. ♥️

I booked a couples massage for a Saturday at 2:00 for my then girlfriend, now fiancé, at ZZ Day Spa! They didn’t know I was going to propose that night, but the experience made me feel like they knew! Do not let the store sign fool you (though the receptionist told us later they’re moving locations to a better spot). It’s just fine, but nothing flashy. Once inside though, you really are whisked away to a paradise! We were taken to the relaxation room when we arrived about 10-15 minutes early. We were offered champagne, mimosas, and other beverages as well as chocolates. The ambiance was second to none. The rooms are extremely well decorated with the background noise of waves. We truly were in a tropical place, taking in every moment. Then the massage therapist came to us. We were greeted by Nancy, who actually massaged my girlfriend. She was professional and told us everything that was going to happen. I say this because I’ve never had a massage, so it was nice to be instructed. My therapist was Hilda, and she did a fantastic job! She asked about my problem areas, and took care of them! The hour honestly felt like it went by too quickly, because of how much I was enjoying the moment. After the massage we were asked to enjoy champagne next to an ornamental waterfall in a cozy corner. Another added touch that really set the whole experience apart and put it in another level. The receptionist told us about the new location and asked how our experience was. We were catered to the nines with drinks and water and chocolates. Then my girlfriend got a Rose, well, technically my rose which I then gave to her, and a package with costume hand soap and lotion! I will go to their new location! I’ve never been the type to go get a massage… but honestly, now I’m addicted. Thank you so much!

First, the place itself is so welcoming and soothing from the minute you walk in. And all the staff members were very nice and welcoming. This is a little oasis in the middle of the chaos that is New York. You would actually never think it was here by the front door but once you get off that elevator, the experience begins! My husband booked a spa package for me for Christmas as a surprise and I am SO thankful he chose ZZ Day Spa! I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly girl at the front desk. She then led me to a nice little waiting room and offered me a fruit insides water (very refreshing!) From There I was led to a comfortable, clean personal room where they played relaxing and calming music. I had Maria for both a facial and a massage and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else! She was so sweet and her technique left me not wanting to leave. One of My favorite parts was a pumpkin and papaya mask ….it was to die for! After all was said and done I was able to enjoy a nice glass of sparkling and a beautiful tray of delicate bites. All in all- I HIGHLY recommend ZZ day spa and suggest you request Maria… this was my first visit but it won’t be my last!

They are so nice at the front desk, they always provide drinks/snacks while you wait, and the space is clean, simple, and calming. Every detail is curated in a way that makes the experience relaxing. This past visit, I got a deep tissue massage with Maria, and I can’t say enough good things about it! She incorporated hot stones and cupping, used the perfect amount of pressure, and communicated with me just the right amount. Every single one of these services has always been of incredible quality. My husband and I truly enjoy the couples massages - they always come with a glass of wine and they also have a chocolate and champagne package. This spa has severely improved since I first started coming here but the professionalism has remained. They girls at the front desk are always a delight and very helpful. Booked two appointments back to back on ClassPass. Not only did they have availability, they also had up to date, accurate appointments, and didn't need to cancel or reschedule me. The girls at the front desk were very friendly. And the space is gorgeous and clean. I loved my Swedish massage with Lily, she was very attentive and checked in on me through each transition. Then I had a gel manicure with Chhaya, who was very gentle with my dry cuticles and paid special attention to dust and bubbles. She was also very pleasant to talk to. Overall 6/5 stars, would definitely recommend and visit again. Also they offer adult drinks, like champs and mimosas.

I love this place! I first visited this place about 3 years ago using Groupon and have been hooked ever since! This place gets better with time, a hidden gem in NY! They have the best packages and accommodations for their guests ! They always are so sweet and kind and I have worked with Sandra the last 2 visits I've scheduled and she has been SUPERB! I have never had an experience like I had today at ZZ Day Spa! They are the most welcoming, warmest team. The services I had: manicure, spa pedicure, 80 minute Swedish massage…all great. The whole vibe is so warm and relaxing. Complimentary beverages, chocolates and when they learned it was my daughters birthday they arranged a lovely surprise including a huge birthday card they all signed. ZZ Day Spa is quite possibly my favorite place in Manhattan. I just had my third visit, and every time keeps getting better. The massage technicians are incredible. The Swedish Massage with Iwona and the Deep Tissue with Nadine are both amazing. Also, I most recently tried the Hydra Facial with Anna and I couldn’t speak more highly of that experience. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend arriving a few minutes early and enjoying a glass of champagne or cucumber water in their candle lit room with ocean sounds. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind and want to make sure you enjoy your experience. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion, and I’ve never regret a penny spent here! If you’re looking for a place to get away in the city - this is it!

I found ZZ day spa by chance when I first moved to the city in 2018 and have never gone anywhere else for my lashes! The environment, the staff, the quality of work, the ease of making and changing your appointment is unmatched! They also did a renovation post pandemic and the spa feels so luxe and relaxing. The owner, Gary, is extremely kind and truly makes his clients feel valued which I love so much. I see Yuliya every 2/3 weeks for my lashes and I’m always getting compliments! She is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated spa, but not relaxing since you could hear noise from the hallway in the massage room. For the hot stone massage, it appeared that my masseuse did not have enough stones to heat and cool so as to keep the massage continuous. Since she only had a limited number of stones, the stones placed on my skin were too hot and did not have an opportunity to cool. ***Edited review: The owner of the spa called me to discuss my review, apologized for the service I received, and offered me a complimentary service. I appreciate the level of concern and customer service shown, and I will keep the spa in mind for future services.

I was yearning for a self care day. Called the same day and was able to get a slot. I requested the Her Escape and boy did I receive it. Was greeted by Kristina with my choice of beverage from infused water to champagne. I chose a Mimosa while I sat in the tranquil waiting room. I had Lily for my masseuse and she is the absolute best. Her energy, conversation and aware of her touch, she truly was awesome. Once I was finished, Su greeted me with another drink, appetizers Hor D'oeuvres, and Chocolates. Then as I was preparing to leave, I was presented my Spa Gift bag. I honestly found a new home. And turns out they're opening another location close by. I already purchased a spa pkg before leaving. Sandra was particularly friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had an amazing experience. I had a European facial done at the spa, and Dominika was my facialist. I was suffering from acne at the time, and the facial absolutely improved my skin after a single treatment. Within days, the redness on my cheeks lessened and the spots that she worked on cleared up. Dominika also gave me tips about my acne and shared some of her experience and products that worked for her. I had an amazing experience at ZZ Day Spa and the facial really worked wonders on my skin. I LOVE this spa!!! I've come here about 4 or 5 times for their massages and they are incredible! Very sanitary, especially during these times. They keep their gloves and masks on to keep you and themselves safe but it doesn't take away from the massage at all! It's very calming and clean and they massage very thoroughly. I cannot recommend this spa enough! What a wonderful little gem hidden by herald square. From the outside, it is unassuming. Once you step inside and go to the back massage and facial rooms, it’s so peaceful and well decorated with a nature landscape. Upon arrival we were greeted with drinks and escorted to our room. My bf and I chose the hot stone massage. Shova and Milica were great! Our massage was impeccable. The room was also well decorated and made you forget you were in the middle of the city. After the massage we went to another relaxation room where I was greeted with bday treats, a delicious cake, and a crown and sash. The staff really aims to make you feel special for your bday. We did a day at the ZZ Day Spa for my friend's bachelorette during a weekend in NYC lately. IT. WAS. PERFECT. 100% reccomend if you are looking for a spa day in NYC. We had 8 people with us doing all forms of spa treatments and the wonderful folks at ZZ Day Spa timed everything out perfectly. We had our own private relaxation room to connect with each other and enjoy mimosas and champagne as we jumped in and out of treatments. Everyone raved about the massages and facials and said they were so relaxed they pretty much fell asleep. At the end of all the treatments, we were surprised with hor d'oerves and more champagne and were able to relax and cheers the bride, which the ZZ Day Spa surprised with a tiara, sash and a gift to take home. ABSOLUTELY consider ZZ Day Spa for any NYC based bachelorette parties. It worked out perfectly, was very affordable considering other spas in the city and was all around an amazing experience.

A Phenomenal place to relax. I was greeted and helped by Sara as soon as I walked in. She was super attentive and friendly and set me up with drinks and anything else I needed while I waited for my massage. My masseuse was Maria. She was INCREDIBLE. Asked her to focus on my lower back since its' my problem area and she was happy to oblige. The overall experience was easy, professional and so nice from start to finish. I called to book for 2 birthday spa treatments and was sent a confirmation the day before. Up on arriving my friend and I were given champagne and were provided out spa treatments on time a dn for the correct amount of time. Afterwards staff were so warm and provided a memorable experience of champagne, hors d'oeuvres, cake, polaroids, cards. It truly felt special. My wife took me here for my 35th birthday, and I had an amazing time. They started off with a deep tissue massage, where the lovely lady talked me through everything. She found all my lower back issues, told me I was tense, worked on it and gave me advice on how to avoid any problems going forward. As soon as I was done she told me, “make sure I find time to relax, your never too old to relax”. Next up was the facial. I thought my face was great, but this lady found all my imperfections with deep massages, lotions, special sent and a light. As soon as I came out, my wife said, “wow, your glowing. They done a great job”. I replied “that lady was amazing, she did her thing”. Lastly was the Manicure and Pedicure. The lovely ladies did my and my wife at the same time. I am always a little hesitant of someone else doing my hands or feet, but they made it so relaxing and welcoming. I was trying to watch to see what they was doing but I could never replicate the experience we had. The whole team gave us such a great experience. Even the lovely lady at the front of house kept checking on us, making she we had everything we need. Birthday cake, song, light snacks, topping up my glass and making sure I have a great birthday experience. We didn’t notice we have been here for 4hours and 30 minutes. I had such a great time, we will be back in 2 months when it’s my wife’s birthday. I will be definitely recommending this place to friends and family. Happy 35th to me.

I planned to spend my 30th birthday as a “me day,” and ZZ Day Spa made it feel like a celebration! I decided on the “Royal Me” birthday package that included a deep tissue massage with Aniko, Hydrafacial with Anna, and spa mani/pedi with Chhaya, and many birthday surprises (which I won’t mention to avoid spoilers). The owner came to introduce himself and check on me, and the front desk staff members were welcoming and warm. Everyone was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, the services were excellent, and the surprises almost brought me to tears! It was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to bring my family and friends. I highly recommend visiting, whether for a drop-in service or a full package to celebrate something special. Finding great service and attention to detail can be difficult in NYC, and this spa is certainly is a gem!

This is the best spa I’ve been to in NYC in my 20 years of living here. I was running late, and even though they were booked up, they were so accommodating. The facial (Dominica) was the best I’ve ever had. The massage (Helen) was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with how great it was. The pedicure was great, too! James at the front desk is so helpful, professional, and follows all safety/COVID protocols. He took care of me my entire time there (about 3.5 hours). Anything I asked for, he made it happen. What a lovely spa experience! It's located not far from Ktown, and was very easy to get to. Before entering the massage room, you get to relax in the beautiful beach vibe waiting area where they serve you champagne. We had came here for the Swedish massage, and had an amazing time! I love massages, and I get them fairly often. I can confidently say my 90-minute massage at ZZ was the best massage I've ever has. My therapist used heat, pressure point, trigger point therapy, and stretching. Most spas only offer one or two. Every muscle was systematically targeted to release pain and stress. I also had a great facial! The staff was so attentive and welcoming. If I lived in New York, I would make a monthly appointment. I highly recommend it!

I went to ZZ Day Spa through classpass and had a deep tissue massage with Nadine. She was incredible. I was in a lot of pain due to some injuries and disk problems and she was amazing working through all of that. Massage can be tough and intense, especially if you haven't gone in a while, are a newbie, or have chronic issues like I do. My massage was intense, but Nadine checked in through out reassured me when she thought I needed it and I could tell she knew what she has been doing. I used to go for a massage once a month before covid and I can say that Nadine is one of the best massage therapists I've worked with. I left ZZ Day Spa pre-purchasing five more massages as my old massage place isn't open after covid. Not to mention, they just treat everyone kindly. The man at the front desk (the owner I think) gave me a mimosa and chocolates! Plus, the place is clean and sophisticated. Appreciate you guys! Highly recommend.

I have gotten several services done and each technician has been pleasant, professional, and great at their craft. I tried there soft wax for the first time with Dominka (she's amazing), and it hurt less than their hard wax. Now, I prefer their soft wax. They are sanitary and take all the precautions in the pandemic. It's a clean and great place to receive services. I will definitely be coming back. Ask about their "check out deals" once your done with your service. You get to save some money while getting excellent service.

I visited ZZ Day Spa with a group to celebrate a friend's birthday and we all had a great time. Upon entry, we were met by very friendly front-end staff, Sandra and D (can't remember her name, sorry ). We all had our temperatures taken and filled out COVID-19 waivers. The first 2 ladies of our group were taken right in to start their services. The rest of us were shown to the restroom and a beautiful waiting area that made you feel as if you were on a tropical vacation. Once it was time for my service, Sandra introduced me to Ann Marie who performed the best facial I've ever had. It was my first but it was absolutely wonderful. We talked about my current skin care routine, which was nonexistent, and she made recommendations based on my skin type. She walked me through every step of the facial and made sure I was comfortable. When it was over, she told me that I could expect to see peeling in the next few days, and what steps to take from there. It has been 8 days since my facial and my face is still glowing. Safety precautions were taken throughout our time there. Temp checks at the door. Hand sanitizer could be found at the front counter, in the waiting area, and in service rooms. All staff wore masks (properly) the entire time and rooms were cleaned after each client. Overall, a wonderful experience for my first facial After all our services were complete, we were treated to champagne, chocolates, and a lovely chocolate mousse cake. Sandra was nice enough to take pictures of the group and even let us use her tripod so we could get a few more pictures using the self-timer.

I’ve been going to see these ladies for years! Mostly massages, but recently I got my lashes done. The salon is very professional and clean. Everybody does a great job - staff is very diligent, precise and take their time. Highly recommend! If you are concerned about COVID, the salon has COVID procedures with tracking & temperatures. The staff keeps it very clean and they sanitize between appointments.

Each time they have progressed into being even more attentive, clean, relaxing and established. Now, during the pandemic they have been incredibly understanding and kind about my fears. All staff and guests wear masks, the waiting area is limited and cleanly, temperatures are taken at the door and contact information is given for tracing purposes just in case. They constantly have deals that they send via text for opportunities to pamper yourself and I always look forward to another visit. Each of my deep tissue massages have been intuitive, effective and responsive to communication. I have had one facial here and loved the advice and attention that came with it.

Perks for me include the interior of the spa, which is clean and well designed for a relaxing atmosphere, and the lemon water while you’re waiting. Sometimes they have package sales which are a bonus.

I went in for the aromatherapy massage through ClassPass. Sara was so nice and accommodating sending me to the zen area with the fountain and lemon water. I was then introduced to Aniko who was an absolute gem! She applied the perfect amount of pressure all over my body and I could have melted on to the massage table I was so relaxed. I brought my best friend the birthday package. We loved it! Helen my masseur was great. She got every aching muscle I had, chile she even cracked my toes!!!! I felt so relaxed and the atmosphere, the music and smell of eucalyptus was so calming. Helen also did my mani pedi. MY friend cam out from here massage feeling like a noodle...lol. During the mani pedi we drank champagne and they kept the glasses full. The staff were wonderful and so nice and inviting. The extras we got like the Champagne, chocolates ect. were a plus! A great experience all together So good we are both doing it again at the end of the month! Highly recommend you go!

Had a wonderful experience at ZZ Spa. The staff was very warm, friendly, and professional. I bought a Groupon for a 50 minute massage and 50 minute facial. The massage was done by Iwona and she was amazing! I left completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The facial was also very pleasant. I received the most pain free extractions ever from Dominika. I even caught a nap, that’s how relaxed I was during the facial. I would highly recommend ZZ.

Rate solid 8/10 especially for massage. Came her for birthday massage they messed up massage requests only 1 massage was corrected.Had mani and pedi done neither me or my friend actually soaked in the water for the pedi or mani. Mani was done very unsanitary never washed hands or soaked during mani just filed and polished cuticles were still a mess. Pedi was ok just didn't soak that much just a few dips in there water here and there.I can say birthday set up was very nice, Gabriel was very helpful and professional made sure everything was set up for my birthday surprise. Next time I would just get a massage because a week later I need another mani and I just feel it was not worth the price for both services

I love this spa! I have been to different spas in several states and no other spa is like ZZ Day Spa. After my several experiences here I refuse to get a massage anywhere else. I literally waited 4 months until I got back to NYC to get a massage because BABYYYYYY, they are amazing. The ladies (especially Ann Marie & Maria) really know what they are doing. Where to start? My experience here was nothing short of magical! I hadn't had any sort of salon/spa service in over a year with COVID, so when I finally became vaccinated last month, I wanted to treat myself to a really special full-day sort of experience. Their website has tons of services and packages to suit any budget or occasion, and staff on the phone are super helpful as well. Since I was treating myself, I went for a full Enchant Me package (aromatherapy massage, European facial, and a spa mani/pedi, with champagne, a chocolate/cheese board ,and a lovely lavender soap gift to take home). For everything I got, it felt like an incredible value! Maria's massage was out of this WORLD and the facial left my skin glowing. My manicurist was a sweetheart and my nails looked great. But the best part of my experience was Sandra, the manager, going above and beyond at every turn to make sure that my champagne glass was full and that I was comfortable and happy with my services. Their waiting area is a dimly lit oasis with calming spa projections on the wall, and at the end of my service Sandra walked me back there and presented me with an epic cheese, chocolate, fruit, and shrimp (!) board that I got to enjoy in the tranquil environment. Frankly, I thought "oh, they must be confused and have me mistaken for some kind of important influencer" - but in observing the staff with other guests, I realized that's just how they treat EVERYONE! I've recommended this spot to all of my friends, and I can't wait to come back to my new favorite spot in NYC!

Best massage I've had in NYC. Amazing Swedish massage in a relaxing and clean space. Didn't feel like I was in the city at all. You can hear the relaxing sound of running water. We were offered wine after our couples massage, and could stay in the seating room (with calming beach imagery/sounds) as long as we liked. Reception was above-and-beyond nice and helpful. We will absolutely return here.

I’ll be sure to include a mani/pedi service during my visit to ZZ Day Spa going forward. Ebelin, the nail technician is wonderful!
