Yuki did a wonderful job on my eyelashes and she didn’t not spend a long time on it but they came out so beautiful. She was also very nice and added a lip tint on me which was complimentary. Customer service was exceptional! I come here always.

I can’t describe my experience. Mimi was my masseuse and facialist. Honestly this was the best massage I’ve had. She went above and beyond and it seems like the establishment does the same. I came in with a Groupon and they added on a free hot stone massage to the general massage. Mimi spent over an hour working my body. So incredible. After she gave me a deep pore cleansing massage - there was a face massage component, gua sha etc. I’ll definitely be back and include both in my regime!!

I have been going to Natural Beauty spa for many years at different locations including this new location. I am highly satisfied with every service I have tried, facials, massages and waxing. The products used are high quality and have instant results immediately after my facial. The hot stone treatment feels amazing during a deep tissue massage and I can feel the difference in my body. They focus on any concerns, muscles, knots or tightness during your massage time. Everyone is extremely professional. This is an extremely clean establishment with excellent service, great products and friendly faces. I would not look to go anywhere else as this is the BEST place I have visited in the area.

I found this place on groupon. This was my first time coming here for my birthday. I called early afternoon to see if there was an opening for today. They were fully booked but still took my information down just in case there was an opening for later on. I was messaged an hour & a half later to be scheduled. They were very accommodating. The receptionist was very helpful. Alina took her time answering every question I had and assured me she'd take great care of me. She kept her word. The hot stone massage and seaweed facial produced great results. I saw a major difference in my skin right after the facial. All of the staff were respectful and very professional. plan on coming back. Secured future sessions.

This place is amazing!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They’re experts in this beauty treatment field. They have everything a women needs to stay up to date. I drive all the way from Williamsburg to this spot to get my eye lashes done. I do it with Ivy and Mia. I recommend you book any service in advance because this place is a hidden gem that’s always booked. But they will accommodate that’s how sweet they are. I did 140 lashes per eye (Volume)

Got Couples massage and added hot stone as well. The service was excellent. We were greeted with hot tea pre and post massage. They were thorough with the massage, I have upper back pain and they accommodated that well into the massage. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!!

When you walk in, the beautiful chairs and clean space are very inviting. For privacy purposes, I will not share any pix....my cousins enjoyed themselves very much😊😊. The staff was very accommodating and nice, they even helped me fix a table for little snacks and wine for my guests. My cousins are already talking about the next time to book their appointments. One actually did. The price was everything, seeking for massages and facials for a group of 5 was challenging, when I landed on natural beauty spa....it was a blessing💫💫. We left happy and our pockets were too.

The treatments here are fantastic. I have b en a member here for more than 15 years, starting at the other address. The girls are great! I recommend the body polish and seaweed facial. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes it is noisy. I have to remind them. But the price and service trumps the noise.

It’s important that you state exactly what type of massage you want (soft/firm) considering that there are different therapist who does it differently. I would recommend this place.

I go to this Spa for different services and everytime I come they are friendly and the service is great. The massages are great post work out. Facials makes my skin so soft. I also got last extensions for the first time and it looked great in photos. It is also nice that they speak fluent English since my Chinese is very limited and many of the other businesses in the area don't. I feel comfortable here and would definitely come back.

I have been going to Ivy for my lashes for almost two years now. Her hands are blessed!! Rarely do my lashes fall out. I have gone over a month without a fill and they are still full and look like I got them done a week ago. My real lashes are still long and healthy which is a huge plus for me. She is so gentle with your eyes, always caring and attentive. I found them on groupon and was a little nervous because I have heard horror stories of trying new lash techs. I am so thankful I gave her a chance because she's absolutely AMAZING! I get the mink 3D and I ask her for a "wispy cat eye" look.

I had the previously done in Florida and it was a horrible experience and only lasted a year. This was the total opposite. The tech was super nice and patient and took her time. Love love love this place. Cici is the best. She did a fantastic job on my lower back. I got my full 1hr massage no problem. I had an appointment and it started on time. I wasn't bombarded with payment as soon as I walked in the door like other groupon deals. In this covid times I am impressed with the care they took as soon as you walked in the door. Walking into the place was warm and inviting! They had called me half an hour ahead of my appointment and when I arrived, they were preparing my room. Throughout the process, they made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any concerns before proceeding. If I felt any discomfort during the process, they would pause and readjust themselves. She was so efficient and skillful, I felt extremely relaxed and it entirely relieved me of my muscle pain. The massage lasted for an entire one hour. The salon was clean and sanitized. The experience so far was great but I wasn't prepared for what happened after. I had a Groupon coupon for $40 for a deep tissue massage. The owner added $10 for oil and then forced me to give a 22% tip. Be prepared for this if you plan to visit this place.
