Great day spa in NOLA! They were able to get me in last minute at my requested time. Because I was on a tight schedule, I really appreciated them working with me to make it happen. They were able to accommodate both services back-to-back and even got me out with a couple minutes to spare! Very skilled nail tech and hair stylist. Friendly, engaging, and warm energy. Location is great and convenient if you're staying in the French Quarter.

Highly recommend coming here. Called ahead of time because it was nearing close time, and she asked me to come on in. I was a walker and when I made it she welcomed me with a smile on her face. Received a pedicure with regular polish, and Mani with gel polish for $69 Even had a guy play guitar while being serviced and offered water and wine. They also offer massage packages. Literally a one stop shop.

I just want to say it's not a bad spot. So this is how our experience went: I Took my girl there for her birthday weekend to get her nails done and for a couples massage. Her nails were rushed becasuse they wanted to get us up to the massage quickly, since her nails weren't dried completely they ended up smudging on the bed while we got the massage. (Now they look pretty bad). Nail tech was nice though, massagist were great and very professional. Owner on the other hand seemed as she just wanted us out. Rushed the nail tech and and as soon as the massage was over she was already upstairs waiting for us. It was raining so we stayed inside the building and all she kept doing was walking to the door and seeing if it had stopped. Pretty awkward vibe from that lady. Will not be going back. Like I said, not a bad spot. Just not worth the price. And OH ! Mimosas = 1 small water cup worth.

Listen!!!!!!!! I haven't done my nails in like 2.5 months I was so grateful that they managed to accommodate us (boyfriend and I) last minute. Even offered us champagne 🥂🍾😁. They have taken great precautions and have their spa covid-19 safe👌🏾. Very friendly service and just two blocks from Bourbon Street, if that! So get your nails did💅 and get you a drink after and take it easy in the Big Easy 🎺📯🥂

The owner and masseuses were so wonderful, patient, and accommodating. My friend and I went in for 55 minute massages and left feeling amazing and so relaxed we weren’t quite sure what planet we were on anymore. The prices are the lowest I’ve found in the French Quarter area but the quality is comparable or better than any other massage parlor/spa.

Had a pedi. Felt really rushed to go so the polish didn't fully dry. Nails were cut to different lengths. It sounded like the massages there were good but it might not be the best place for a pedicure. I'll be getting them fixed and redone when I get back from vacation.

Jay’s massage was everything I needed today. He is an intuitive masseuse, very skilled in deep tissue work. Although I usually only see women massage therapists, they squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment and he immediately made me feel at ease. Respectful and professional, he left me feeling like a noodle. Go see him! You won’t regret it.

Very friendly staff. Did a couples massage, deep tissue, while in New Orleans and the location is right in the French district, reasonably priced. The combined experience between the two masseuses was 21 years so they know what they're doing. Was easy to get in within a couple of days of calling. Would absolutely go back here the next time I'm in New Orleans.

As much as really expensive places have an atmosphere that feels like Nirvana (from what I've been told), I work for a living and needed some care in a more accessible way. These professionals handled everything beautifully and efficiently. Tara pulled more radiance from my face than i ever knew existed, and Morgan gave me a massage that erased years of tension. Very spirited and wholesome conversation was a nice bonus. I ended my visit with a five star haircut and a perfect hand and foot clip and polish, with a great massage as well. Check these people out. They're legit.

Highly Recommend! Riverside is great at all the services they provide. The nail techs are great at what they do, are pleasant and professional. The owner does hair and always does a wonderful job on my hair just the way I like it. The massages are pretty dope, the masseuses listen to my needs and I always feel so good after. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. If you’re looking for a place in the quarter this is it!

Made reservations in advance to my trip and they were very accomodating. They made sure to accomodate mine and my wives needs and even gave us tips on other services that would help me in the future. Very health conscious as well massusse stepped out when she felt the need to cough. Then went down stairs and received mani-pedi treatment. All in all great experience and would definitely come back if in town again.

This is a little gem in the French Quarter. I've been going here on and off for 4 years. Today I went in for a deep tissue massage with Diane and it was a great experience. Afterward I got a gel manicure and my eyebrows done. They take care of you and the licensed massage therapist, at least, Diane, is well worth the experience. Thank you for making my Saturday morning relaxing!

Treated myself to a morning at the spa. Everyone was so nice. Julie the massage therapist did an amazing job and give me lots of awesome tips for places to see and things to do in New Orleans. They offered drinks and made sure I was comfortable and not rushed. It was very relaxing and I would recommend this spa to anyone. Very reasonably priced! Great job girls :)

Great place. I went here for a manicure before my bridal shower. It was clean, wasn't busy when I walked in on a Friday early-afternoon, and the staff was very nice. It was also very inexpensive for the high-quality manicure I got ($40 for a gel French manicure with a line of glitter polish above the white line). My manicurist, whose name is pronounced "Y" like the letter, did a very detailed job and my nails look perfect.

I have lived in the French Quarter for a few years now and I always drive outside the quarter to have acrylic done. If you have been in the quarter you know it's rare to find a nail salon that looks sanitary. This lovely place was not only sanitary but the owner and the staff were absolutely delightful. My acrylic was horribly grown out and I should have had them taken off but with an important function that night I went for a quick fill. The owner did an amazing job filling my nails and even improving the imperfections from the previous salon. She was creative with color and a blast to talk to. I was even more thrilled to learn she does hair as well. I have a hair appointment tomorrow and like most women I am excited, but also confident I have found my new hair salon also. This is truly a one stop shop for any local or tourist wanted to get all dolled up or just a nice day In a pleasure environment with lovely people.

I went a week ago on a first date for couple massages we loved it so much we're trying to make another appointment for today. They were so sweet. They offered us mimosas and let us relax before and after our massages.It was dim and the music was very calming. Not a very fancy place but they made up for that with services.

I went in to get two nails repaired and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I was sold on a 30 minute deep tissue massage and eyebrows was. It was all worth it. It was affordable, the customer service was great... I got complimentary wine!!! Who doesn't like wine?? That deep tissue massage by Latrissa (I think that's her name) blessed my body and life. The next time I'm in NOLA, I'm there!

After days of walking through the French Quarter in New Orleans, this was just what we needed. The place of business is unassuming and comfortable. We opted for the couple's massage and the people that worked on us we're nice, polite and good at their craft. They try hard to put you in a tranquil state of mind while you wait for your appointment. There is a changing room and robes. A very professional, small scale operation. From the entrance, looks are deceiving. The prices were great, especially as it was a weekend and a festival weekend at that. It was easy to find and well worth the time. I would recommend this place to all.

Came here with my bridal party and moms the day before our wedding. Made a reservation a few days before so we were all seated for manis/pedis immediately. Service was quick and good! You really can't beat the prices for being walking distance from our hotel in the French Quarter. The staff was friendly, and they even snuck me upstairs for a quick bridal massage while the rest of the girls were finishing up.

I usually go to Riverside every 6 weeks to get my hair cut and colored and most of the time get a mani/pedi too. Hoa is great with my hair and it always looks great! The ladies that do the mani/pedis are great too. Very relaxing treatment and nails look wonderful. Going to try the massage next time, maybe the couple's massage. Highly recommend Riverside for locals and out of towners. Nice way to relax on vacation.

They were affordable and seem to have a lot of availability-- they fit me in for a 1-hour massage on a Saturday on a holiday weekend that afternoon I that I called. I am visiting from out of town so you never know what you're gonna get. The gentleman who did my nails was WONDERFUL! I wish I could take him back home with me because I'd never go anywhere else! He was the most thorough nail tech I've ever been to and was very honest about products and which were the best options. (He wasn't just there to take my money). I would highly recommend this place to anyone, although calling ahead to make an appointment would be a good idea, as the place isn't big and can become crowded.

Everyone is so friendly and took FANTASTIC care of us during our visit to Riverside Spa. It was a very brief trip to New Orleans and the relaxing couples massage by Julie and Jamal was the perfect way for us to settle into the city! (One of the best massages I've ever received! And Jamal is actually legally blind!) We topped it off with a rejuvenating mani-pedi and went forth to enjoy the rest of our trip. Riverside Spa is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

Auf jedenfall ein Besuch wert (Translation) Good service and the massages are very good value for money. Man can be massaged and woman can have her nails done. Definitely worth a visit
