I had a GREAT experience at the new Ideal Image Metairie location. The girls are the best! I had my first laser hair removal appointment on yesterday and was so nervous. Alyssa, at the front desk was the sweetest, she gave me a tour of the facility and explained all the other services Ideal had to offer. Alexa, the NP that did my treatment was personable and explained everything to me. It felt like I was just hanging with a friend.. Can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

Hands down 5 star rating! My experience at this location has been absolutely amazing from the time I walked in the door to exiting the building! The front desk staff are so welcoming and professional. The facility is clean and alluring. My cool sculpting experience has been phenomenal. Alexa walked me through the procedure and made me feel right at home. I literally felt pampered the entire time. I am also beyond pleased with my results! I highly recommend Ideal Image in Metairie. I will absolutely be returning for additional services!

The Metarie location was brand new when I visited but the staff had clearly been through so much training and were just as effective and professional as any of the existing locations I've visited. Alyssa at the front desk was so sweet and gave me a tour of the entire facility when I arrived. The nurse who performed my laser treatments (Alexa) was so wonderful! She was extremely thorough and made sure she had all the information from my previous locations before beginning treatment. I cannot wait to come back for other treatments at this location!

A super clean facility! Very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and helped schedule future appointments upon leaving. I felt very comfortable with my nurse practitioner for my procedure. The front desk girls are always happy and polite. I didn't wait long at all and the procedure itself was very quick and painless. Very impressed.

I was a nervous wreck going into my appointment due to me having never had Botox before and wasn’t sure what to expect. But Tabatha made everything so easy and relaxing for me and she was just great! The two girls at the front desk were very sweet as well! Overall a great experience 10/10 Ill be recommending them to everyone I know.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Tabitha did a ultherapy treatment around my lips and she was so gentle on my skin. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back again for the CoolSculpting treatment next. ❤️

I received lip fillers at this location and was serviced by Dr. Tabitha Accardo. I absolutely LOVE my results! Tabitha was very knowledgeable and literally gave me the lips I asked for! (I showed her a picture to better explain what I desired) I was a little concerned with the swelling right after but she reassured me and reminded me to trust the process. Lol! I must say, I’M IN LOVE!! She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for a better injector! I will definitely be back! I’ve got to keep these beauties nice and plump! If you’re looking to get lip filler done this is definitely the place! Such a clean and inviting environment. Also, be sure to book with Tabitha Accardo! You won’t be disappointed!

I had ultherapy at ideal image. At first I was afraid to have ultherapy done because of all the people concern is how painful it is. But the technician tab who took care of me. She applied num cream and she was great at all time of the sesiones, I didn’t feel too much pain, just a lil pain that is tolerable. I am glad I found someone who really cares and hears what i need it, Tab is a very sweet and nice person too. That is why I give her 5 stars and recommend this if some one wants to have a treatment in this center comes to ideal image with tab.
