I love this place!! Kelly always greets me with a hug and smile which puts me at ease for whatever treatment I’m getting. She goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best service for my skin type. Kelly is amazing!! Speaking of amazing…… my injector Sarah is the best!! Always making me look more youthful but natural. Her knowledge, experience, and talent surpass any other injectors I’ve been to in the past. Also, if you clinch/ grind your teeth, Sarah is a miracle worker, definite game changer!!

I have been a member almost a year. The Spa is always clean, relaxing, and elegant. I love being a member of the fitness center. The gym and facilities is spotless, never too crowded, and feels safe at any hour of the day. Good calendar of classes. John is an excellent trainer. His classes are engaging, and you can tell her cares about his clients and class attendees even if they are temporary. Jon is a huge asset to Chronos; he makes you want to come back and train. The membership fees are great compared to more trendy, yet sub standard, places in Orleans Parish.

Spinning with Michel is a powerful and fun 30 minutes of cardio. During a session, you may hear her ask: “anyone like me to assist with your training in the weight room, I am here to help.“ My first reaction is hell no, I am perfect shape; however, I hear my wife’s voice saying that I have droopy shoulders, so I give Michelle a shot. in our first personal training session, she announces that we are going to work on my balance. Once again, my alpha rears its ugly head of rebellion, but I remember my friends who have fallen and seriously injured themselves, so I decided to follow her regimen. I am introduced to the Bosu, bands, balance falls, and other machines I would never approach on my own. Now, when I travel, I am not intimidated by exercise machines in hotel training Rooms . I confidently approach and utilize the provided equipment. One day, Michelle announces her new mission: my posture. OK, what does that mean? She knows so I agree to follow. When she introduces a new exercise, it is thoroughly explained as to how to do it , and how the different muscle groups are interacting in my body. I trust her, so I go along, and as time goes by, I noticed my posture changing. I am sitting straight in chairs, unconsciously, I am keeping my shoulders back, and my head is better aligned with my body. Oh, where is that lower back pain in the morning I would highly recommend Michelle Richards as a trainer!

I been going to Chronos for various services since last fall and have been absolutely delighted with their Medi-spa services and with their customer service. The first few months I did IPL for redness and hyperpigmentation. I got a package through Groupon and was a bit skeptical because the deal seemed almost too good to be true. Bethany was my aesthetician, and by the end, my skin was flawless. My first impression was that Bethany was very careful in assessing my skin by doing a test spot to make sure the treatment is appropriate for me. Then she adjusted each month to make sure both skin concerns were addressed. I was so happy with how things were going that I ended up getting a spa membership. I’ve ended up having IPL or hydrofacials with Eris, Lisa, and Kelsey too. They are all wonderful and super professional. Chronos has quickly become my “happy place” and recommend it without hesitation! They really want to see their clients satisfied. If you call, ask to speak to Kelly. She’s wonderful too!

I was here for almost a month. Great place to workout, plenty of equipment and treadmills. This GYM is 100% clean and neat. The staff are very friendly especially Toddy the manager. I highly recommend this GYM for everyone who likes to workout on peace not busy at all times. Additional info, its 24 hours GYM ! Anytime you want to workout you can go. They have fitness classes, TRX , Empower and Yoga but I did not have the time to participate on them.

That being enough to earn 5 stars it gets better still! Doctor Scott, the proprietor, offers life cycle management of one’s endocrine system. They perform full blood work to hone in on areas of concern and can help to set up therapies to address a range of ailments including lowT. The environment is a bit “day-spa” for me but I believe most will find that comfortable. The location offers ample private parking and all the employees wear clean black scrubs and are very accommodating . It’s a unique operation that melds the services of a doctors office with the services of a health spa. Located in Fat City they are very easy to get to and once you have a therapy plan in place you don’t have to even go there except for the occasional follow up visit with the doctor. This place is truly for anyone and everyone who wants to improve their mind and body.

The reason why I gave 3 instead of 5 stars is only because I feel as if my treatment is not going as good as my old place in New York. My old technician for Laser Hair removal I automatically would see the difference every appointment hair loss hair not growing back. I have been going a few times now and I am pretty much getting full growth back in certain treated areas since coming to this new place. The only areas I see any actual non-regrowth or the areas in the front of my legs other than that no . I love the technician I have she’s very great and the place is super clean I give it that. I am now feeling as if I’m being worked for money instead of actually treating my problem I travel from out of town just just to come to these appointments.

I have been a huge fan of this business for many years. I am forever getting compliments on how young my skin looks, and that it looks so good. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome . I love that when they recommend a product or procedure they have my best interest, and I trust them. Last year they called me up to remind me that I had a credit worth a lot of money that I had forgotten about. Not too many business's will do that. My two daughters aged 29 and 33 make sure to make an appointment with them whenever they come in town. In fact they book before they even come in to town. You will be more than happy doing business with them.

Iv also used the cool sculpting machines - which at first I was skeptical of but it did work! I purchased a laser hair removal package for my bikini area and have received all 6 of my treatments at Chronos. After receiving only ONE session of LHR elsewhere, I feel compelled to write a review with how different these experiences have been. I have light skin and very dark hair, which has allowed me to clearly see what areas have been affected and what areas have not. After my first three treatments, I noticed that there were areas that I assume went completely untouched. When I went in for my next appointment, I mentioned this, to which the aesthetician replied that she was treating the whole area but some hairs follicles weren't affected yet. When I can see a clean, ruler-straight line of hair removed in multiple places, I have a very hard time believing that my hair grows in phases in the shapes of rectangles and triangles. By my third session, I decided to get my stomach and extended bikini area done, too. All of my sessions were under 10 minutes in treatment time. My 5th session was very quick, 6 minutes total, and I felt like my hair growth was close to where I was when I first started by the time my 6th session rolled around. With my 6th being my last paid session, the aesthetician brought me in for my last session but decided she should try a different laser instead. She took her time (12 minutes) and I was treated for all three "areas". Two weeks after this sixth treatment, I saw the best results since working with them. Was it because she was more thorough or was it the new laser? Maybe both. A client of mine recommended I try Robin at Dr. Jules Walters' clinic off of Causeway. Robin did only my bikini area and took almost 30 minutes after testing out the laser settings. She was so thorough. She made sure to get the hard-to-reach areas as opposed to hoping they got treated. Robin took notes of the laser settings and tested areas on me before proceeding with the whole treatment. Another issue with Chronos was that my aesthetician never kept track of her original quote price for me to get my stomach and extended bikini area done. After every session, she'd throw a random number out that was $50-100 off of her original quote of $75. I also asked her to get a certain area around my upper, backs of my thighs to which she said that was supposed to be treated with the bikini, but that laser never touched that area prior to me speaking up. The laser settings were different every time and not in some increasing order of strength and I progressed through the treatments. Some treatments I'd feel nothing at all and some treatments I'd get a zap that would have me singing on the table. And then I'd be back in and feel nothing the next time. There were too many inconsistencies with the treatments that came down to human error. The med spa facility itself is immaculate. The staff is friendly, including my aesthetician, which made this review hard for me to do. However, I often use Google reviews when seeking out a service or product, and felt the need to share my experience.

My esthecian was quiet and gave me the silence I needed to relax which is a big pet peeve of mine I have experienced in some other spas! This gym spa is amazing. Only place that I have been to that has successfully melded targeted nutrition, hormone replacement therapy, and personal training. Chronos helped me lose 50 pounds in 6 months. My pants size went down from 40 to a 36. Don't believe me? It got me a front cover on the January 2017 issue of New Orleans Living Magazine. And since then they have helped me keep it off and put some muscle on. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. Gym clients are also very nice. Lots of fun too as the staff and clients often hang out. Great culture to be around. Always welcoming. Always pushing you to be your best. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed. Beautiful facility, amazing staff. Very, very impressive overall! I went to the medspa but passed the fitness area - super clean, modern, tons of equipment. The spa area is very relaxing, very serene. Bathrooms- modern, sleek resort look, very clean. Appointment room-very clean, very comfortable. The staff was very comforting, she put me at ease immediately. I had an appointment for a Brazilian-very intimate workspace! She made me feel very comfortable, you can tell she is a professional. The actual procedure is a little painful, clearly the more sensitive parts are more delicate and hurt a little more. However, hours later, no pain. Very excited to see the results!! My next appointment is in February - you have to wait 5-6 weeks between appointments. I really like the fact that they are available for later appointments, I work in hospitality and being able to make an appointment for 7 pm instead of am is a welcome treat! I highly suggest this for anyone in the service industry, late appointments across their services, plus parking - im glad its not in the heart of new Orleans. super convenient.

New Review May 29: I would like to say I changed to 4 stars as my situation was rectified this morning which is less than 24 hours later. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like people that have true emergencies should not be put through the added stress of an automatic email sent out. However i am very pleased with the talk I had with the manager today and how apologetic she was. I truly felt this was sincere so I am very grateful and we (my mother and I) will be happy to reschedule as soon as my mom is doing better. First Review May 28: I had an appointment scheduled for May 28 and I called to cancel the appointment as my mom went into cardiac arrest. No one answered their phones so i left a detailed message even asking to reschedule. While i do not feel this was something i should have even taken time to do given the situation I respected them enough to make the call. I have proof that I called as well as proof that my mother was in the hospital in ICU. Yet they still sent me an email saying they were going to charge me $50 as a NO SHOW! My call was during the hours of operation and being that this was completely out of my control to me this should be an exception. This is not at all how a reputable company should treat people.
