Le Meilleur (translates to "the best" in french), which is so fitting due to NOLA's rich culture and history. I had a spa party for 6 on April 8 (my bday)- AND. IT. WAS. FABULOUS! From start to finish, we felt sooooooooo good! The Botanical Nail and Skin Team (TBNST) (Donica, Eve, Ke're, and Lesley) made us feel so special! Look at the pics and video to see how they do. My crew did a 30 minute facial/30 minute massage combo. TBNST's skills and techniques were incredible, along with the naturally sourced products used during our services. The facility itself has a nice, urban oasis vibe, and the only thing you need to do is book your services, show up with your crew, and enjoy. We loved every minute of it-- as you can see! Donica-- we'll be back!

I decided to treat my husband to the Kingsmen Spa at Botanical Nail and Skin Studio. This option was just what he needed. We started off with a deep tissue massage with Lisa. She made him comfortable and asked if he had any areas bothering him. He literally didn’t want to leave the massage table after she was done. After his massage he then got ushered into the pedi room with Ke’re who pampered his feet with the citrus pedicure which included a beautiful scented floral and citrus bath. She also took care of his hands with their botanical rose and lavender manicure. In between services he enjoyed wine and a charcuterie board. Then lastly he ended his experience with a gentleman’s facial and beard care with Lesley. I’m so grateful for Botanical Nail and Skin Studio and all these ladies who took good care of my husband with their blessed hands for his first full spa experience. He deserves the world for taking care of our family and I wanted to extend my love and appreciation with this special gift. Next time we go I will definitely be joining the fun. PS. I had the most amazing time, so relaxing, warm, comforting and professional. I walked out of there feeling so much better than when I went in. Donica helped me with things I they don't even sell, like under eye makeup and gave me a mini face care and makeup class. The studio is beautiful and Donica is the best, I can not wait for my next visit.

Perfect experience. The studio is tastefully decorated with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Eve was very welcoming of me and Jamal provided the most interesting and unique massage I have had. His technique was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Definitely coming back here.

You won't be disappointed. As someone who has had eczema since I was 2, I'm hesitant to let folks touch my skin. Donica always knows what my skin needs. The spa has a focus on overall well being and mental health in addition to skin health. She recommends products but never bothers you about purchasing. I have seen tremendous progress with my skin in the short time I have been working with her.

Best waxing experience I’ve had, and I’ve tried several companies throughout the city! I usually hate getting a wax because it hurts, but the sugar waxing was not that painful. I loved the vibes, the owners energy, and the decor. I will be back again!

Donica and her team created a space that exuded relaxation from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The massage relaxed places of my body I didn’t know I was tense and she took the time to properly massage out the knots I had. The charcuterie board and champagne were very tasty and added to the great experience. The aromatherapy and face steamer felt amazing and helped clear out my blemishes. The facial was a luxurious multistep process with organic products that left my skin tighter, glowing and very soft. I won’t go anywhere else for self care!

Simply put, this experience was amazing. Eve was knowledgeable and a she made me feel welcomed and very relaxed it was the best massage I've ever had. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed and I am going to be a return client. The spa is centrally located and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spa experience in the New Orleans. 10 out of 10 highly reccomend!! Don't sleep on this place, you would be doing yourself a disservice!!

The experience I knew I wanted, but had know clue I needed! Let's start with the generous flute of champagne I received upon arrival! Definitely gave me that touch of opulence, while still being wrapped in a hug of womanly understanding as I sipped and waited on my session to begin. Donica, who also is the owner of this wonderful establishment, graced my skin with her anointed hands. The atmosphere and intentions were set on a cleansing that was not just physical. I relished it the fact that she took her time, not one aspect was rushed. She thoroughly explained area of my skin that needed extra care, as well as product suggestions for the general care and wellness of my face. When my facial was complete, Donica encouraged me to not rush and to take a few moments to refocus and set my intentions before leaving the room. I felt renewed and rejuvenated just as my service selection was named. Once dressed I was invited to indulge in another glass of champagne and some "Porch Talk" with Donica. If you have the time definitely add this portion onto your services. It was girl talk I again didn't know I needed but gladly welcomed. Before I parted I was given a cute gift bag consisting of water and samples of the products from my facial. It was truly an eye opening experience to the simple luxuries I have been depriving myself,but no more. I loved my experience with Botanical Nail and Skin Studio and will definitely be back soon 💚

My daughter gifted me a birthday facial. There was a lil' problem with my original appointment, but I was taken care of wonderfully the day of my birthday and all was right. I felt so invigorated after leaving that I was already planning my next facial with them. The setting was calm, warm and inviting. Me and my best friend wanted to have a spa day and had a really bad experience at another spa the morning of our appointment. Fortunately, we found Botanicals and they were able to see us the same day and offered a lower price then our first choice. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with warmth, smiles and authenticity. You can always tell when a business truly loves what they do and it’s not for show. Anyways, my friend and I had Donica and Eve and we were floored by the customer service. I had Eve and I must say if you get a Deep Tissue… you’re going to get a DEEP tissue! Eve gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed and I thank her greatly for that! I’m actually going to make my mother an appointment after Christmas because she deserves one. Finding this Black-Female owned business was a Godsend and we are so happy we got this experience. I will be making my own next appointment at the top of the year. I have to give my body a few weeks of rest after Eve beat me up chile😂😂

First- This salon is gorgeous and so welcoming! The owner is suuuuuper nice too! Second- I went in today for my massage with a migraine that I have had for three days! I left WITHOUT my migraine! The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The studio was super neat and super clean. My sugar wax, though! I am so grateful that these ladies offer sugaring in New Orleans. Being from Los Angeles, I have struggled to find local sugaring here forever. The way my skin reacts to the other wax is insane. The ingrowns are typically unbearable by day 3 for me. Yet here I am 5 days after being sugared and not a nan ingrown hair in sight, just like I remember! I'll never go back to traditional wax for my Brazilians. Natural nails, all natural sugar waxing + the champagne was hitting. I recommend. 🖤

Certainly! Called several times to the 2 numbers listed and someone hanged up on me three times. Finally made it through the line, to be told that mani/pedi services were not available at the time due to renovations on the rooms where those services are provided. If services advertised are not provided for whatever reason, then website needs to be updated, also the phone numbers need to be updated. I just moved to the area and really wanted to support this business, but felt that my business was not appreciated after someone hanged up on me several times, after I said what I needed. Long story short I walked to canal and broad and had someone there do my nails( not my original intention). I really can’t discuss the actual services provided because I did not receive any, hence the 3 starts based on my initial interactions.
