I got my hot tub installed today March. Initially I bought a hot tub I thought would fit the opening of my door. Come to find out it was too big for the opening of the door in my house (my fault) .Tubs of fun went above and beyond to make it right for me. Since they knew I was excited to get my new spa installed today. What a disappointment when it didn’t fit but we jumped into action and they found me another one that was smaller that would fit. They compensated me the difference. The crew that took out my old one and installed my new one were very nice and respectful. They made sure they didn’t damage anything. I was kind of nervous how it would go with all the mud and slop outside right now. The whole process went very well considering all factors. They were ahead of schedule,very prompt ,and very helpful plus very honest with me. My overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend working with them again.

I purchased a pool from Tubbs of Fun in 2016. They came and installed the pool. The following spring the sides were caving inward and potentially was not safe to use. The owner immediately responded and came to my home in Jamestown. He worked with the manufacture and tried to repair the issue. The following year I continued to have the same problem and Tubbs of Fun came up with a plan and presented me with it. They replaced the pool and as a precaution not to have further problems they installed a concrete type surface to place the new pool on top of. We were beyond satisfied with the service and warranty! I would highly recommend their business! They aim to satisfy their costumers! We love our pool!

We bought a new hot tub and gazebo. Great people, very helpful. But we warn you. DO NOT FINANCE through them. The bank they deal with are crooks. They give you 0% for one year which ended up only being 10 months for us. The interest then jumps up to 23% and you are fined 6 grand. They tell you to find another lender before the time is up. But not many banks want to give a loan for a used hot tub. We are actually shocked good people like tubs of fun would finance through loan sharks/mafia. Had I known their financing was so horrible I would have gone another route or never purchased a hot tub to begin with. Staff, owners and products are great.

This past spring we purchased a 24 ft above ground pool from Tubs of Fun. From ordering to installation, we had a stellar experience! Andy and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable and dependable. As new pool owners, we had A LOT of questions. They were always happy to answer all our questions. Their service didn't end with the sale. Andy kept in contact with us throughout the summer to make sure everything was going well with the pool. We are so pleased with our new in-ground pool from Tubs of Fun in Fargo, ND. Andy Maeyaert and Matt Myhre were integral to our satisfaction. From the start, they both guided us in the right direction in choosing the pool that was right for us. Their knowledge and advice is second to none. Our pool was installed much sooner than we expected. Once the process began it took less than a week to complete. The construction crew from Wellberg Pools was absolutely amazing! VERY knowledgeable and TOTALLY professional. This crew knew what they were doing. Obstacles arose along they way and they were handled so professionally. I have nothing but the utmost praise for Tubs of Fun and ALL parties involved in our pool. We live a considerable distance from Fargo (180 miles) and their service tech Eric has already made 2 trips to our place to make sure everything is up and running as it should be. We have already hosted a pool party with 13 kids and it was a huge success. We have waited a lifetime for our in-ground pool and are so ecstatic to have it now - thanks to Tubs of Fun.
