Wonderful center! Great location, nice facility, kind staff. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient in a timely manner and felt very heard and respected. I was there for traditional dermatology concerns regarding acne/eczema and felt confident leaving with a solid plan in place. I would absolutely recommend.

Switched to this location from Plymouth. Taylor and her team were awesome! Put me at ease right away. I was concerned about street parking but there were many spots available during my afternoon appointment time. I was in and out of the clinic fairly quickly. Will be returning to this location from now on!

Office was very clean and decorated beautifully. Very professional atmosphere and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was made to feel welcome and everything was explained thoroughly. No stigma attached to using a Groupon. I usually get my fillers done in Baltimore MD and Santa Rosa Beach Florida and this by far was the best experience. I plan on going back in March 2022 for Restalyn lip injections. I found my new favorite place. I traveled from Duluth and it was well worth the drive.

The staff here are very welcoming! This clinic has great vibes and they are working with you to help you feel your best. They also keep the same great prices that other clinics don’t. I am coming back for other services and the same service (lip injections). I have a scar on my forehead which he also injected with filler and the scar rose up. I have always been so insecure of this and it looks so much better! I’m definitely coming back soon for more services.

Everyone I’ve encountered has been wonderful! The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. The Dr’s are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had Botox, fillers under eye’s/smile lines and my lips. All done on separate occasions. They were helpful in keeping me in my budget, but also making sure I was satisfied.

Dr. Ross and Patricia were amazing! Patrica was very friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures and what to expect afterwards. Her bubbly personality is what led me to choosing this particular clinic. Dr. Ross made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I had. Everyone at Clinic Femina were very polite and very nice from the receptionist to the Doctors. This was my first time getting lip fillers with Dr. Ross he was very nice and made me and my sister feel comfortable. He didn't tried to add anything else or get me to purchase other stuff. I had my eyebrows microbladed with Shar! It was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Shar was excellent! She was soooo kind and friendly and worked really hard to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be as she very throughly explained the process, found me a stress ball to squeeze, and put me in different positions to be more comfortable. Conversation was so easy and nice. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re looking to get your eyebrows microbladed. They have great Groupon deals as well. The office was overall very clean, friendly and professional and I would consider getting other treatments there was well! :)

You can tell Dr. Ross has lots of experience. I am always happy with my results and he does such a good job there is hardly (if any) bruising afterward. He makes you feel comfortable and his staff are all very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!!

I scored 5 stars for a few reasons. After getting lost and frustrated, I arrived quite late for my scheduled appointment. Char went out of her way to get me in the next day. On the day of my procedure, she was very forthcoming with what I should expect, and answered all my questions. She built wonderful rapport with me, has excellent customer service and her work is amazing. I left Clinic Femina feeling well informed about a procedure I knew little to nothing about and a satisfied, happy client.

This review is long overdue, I went here a little over a year ago, after getting lip filler somewhere else and not being happy with how they turned out, and Jen completely fixed them! Just went again today for a "refill" and was, again, completely satisfied with my services! Both ladies, front desk and Jen, are so friendly, fun, and make you feel so comfortable! Jen goes at the pace you need her to- I get queasy easily, if I need a break, she is so accommodating and never makes me feel like I'm holding her up. My lips look great and I will definitely continue to see Jen!

Very friendly receptionist and doctor. Was in and out and so far I like what I'm seeing. Still swollen since I just got my lips done yesterday but I do like the results so far. Edit* it's been one month since getting them, and I'm sad to say I can hardly tell I got them done. I know they aren't permanent and eventually they will fade but not after a few weeks. I still think the staff is great but I almost feel like I wasted money..

Very professional staff. I found an offer on Group on for this place. They were offering injections at a discounted rate, which was pretty good. I had the work done a week ago and I’m liking how things have turned out. I do intend on going back whenever this wears off (this was my first time getting this done). Thank you Dr. Ross!

This business is great! From start to finish, my experience was superb. Maggie was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ross was excellent- he recommended the best products for me (Botox and restalyne) without trying to over-sell me. He was gentle but quick and I am VERY pleased with the results. Also, they are reasonably priced and a bit cheaper than other clinics/spas in Minneapolis. HIGHLY recommended!

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and simple.It was my first time getting botox and she explained all expectations quickly but very much informative. The process was also practically painless and quick. So far so good with the results.

Prices are very economical and as far as someone giving you want YOU want (versus what THEY feel you need), Dr. Ross is the one. I’ve been thrilled with the results every time. And the staff at check are smart, efficient and friendly.

This clinic stands behind their work 100%. I got Botox and my lines came back after 2 months. Dr Ross injected more and told me to call if the lines didn’t go away. He explained that some people develop a resistance and we may need to switch to Dysport. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Stachowicz personally called me back and was so kind and said he would his nurse call me for scheduling tomorrow. I can’t believe the amazing customer service, and for him to take time out of his weekend to call me back. I will post an update once my visit is finished. :)
