Amazing experience! My daughter and I were blown away with the exceptional services we received yesterday with our Detoxification package. The three members who worked on us were Marcus, Pet, and Karen. They were all extremely professional, skillful, warm, and friendly. The comprehensive services made us feel so pampered and went much beyond our expectations. The only thing I wish could have happened was to have been placed together in the same room, as we did emphasize on the booking that it was for a mother/daughter graduation time. I have been raving about our experience to friends and highly recommend Lontis for excellent spa services.

I booked myself and a friend in for the half day get away. It was amazing and exceeded expectations ! We were able to enjoy most of the services together which I really appreciated. Best massage I ever had ! Facial was amazing and my face felt so supple and soft for the entire next day as well. Mani and pedi was perfect and quick ! Staff were amazing; fun to chat with and we noticed that everyone was focused on our comfort. Great snack and even a sandwich were provided. They think of everything. So impressed at this locally owned business. We will be back.

My partner booked me this spa getaway for our anniversary and now I’m hooked on this location. Seriously the best massage I’ve had in my entire life. Phet was incredibly responsive to any adjustments I had requested and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered! I then got a manicure and pedicure done with Karin who was a joy to talk to and she did excellent work. I really enjoyed our conversation and the effort she put into making my nails look nice. Finally, I got a facial done by SJ who also took a lot of time and attention to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and had my skin concerns met. At no point during any of my services did I feel rushed for time or pressured to buy additional services that I didn’t need. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I had two services done, a short back massage and a longer body scrub. Both people who performed the services were wonderful! The back massage was firm and felt so good. I felt very safe and comfortable during the massage. The body scrub was fabulous, I had some good laughs with the person doing that service, but also was very relaxed and never felt like I had to keep conversation up. The only downside was finding Lontis in the maze of skyways. Not their fault, just maybe give yourself an extra 5 or 10 minutes if you don't know exactly where to go. They give you lockers with a key for all your clothes and belongings, and you get a clean robe and slippers, so you are nice and comfortable during your time. That was nice as I had no idea what to expect. I would absolutely go back if I could afford this on a regular basis 😅

I had a great massage experience with Marcus, who frequently checked in on pressure and what I needed but did so quietly and listened to feedback throughout. I also had a great pedicure with Karin, who was extremely friendly and brought her own recommendations to my experience while listening to what I wanted. I was at the spa for a bachelorette party, and the front desk staff and all employees did a wonderful job accommodating the group and kept us feeling very relaxed and cared for.

Marcus was very sweet and inviting from the moment I stepped thru the door. He explained how everything would work and was very easy to understand. He must have hands sent from the GODS because I was in heaven thee entire time!! I was very comfortable at all times and he asked me how things felt periodically which made me feel very taken care of. I will return for another massage and I definitely want Marcus again!! Karin always puts in so much time and effort into making sure that I get a manicure that I’m happy with and that will last! Whether I’m not liking the color and need to switch, or whether we’re taking extra time to make sure the polish really adheres to my nails, extra care is always put in to make sure I leave as happy as possible. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top notch manicure/pedicure!

My bridesmaids and I had an amazing time at Lontis Day Spa! We came in for a spa party for my bachelorette weekend. The booking process was easy and the staff was very flexible and easy to work with as we made our plans. The spa is a super relaxing, quiet environment, and we were all so comfy in our robes. The services were excellent and we all left feeling amazing. Tanisha our esthetician was so great, those of us who got facials couldn't stop talking about her!

Best massage I have ever had. I had an immense amount of tension in my entire body and Marcus was able to get rid of all of it! Was treated to a full spa day here as a birthday gift. The staff were nothing short of amazing. They took really good care of me. The massage had me so relaxed that I fell asleep. The facial left my face looking brighter, and feeling hydrated. The mani and pedi was one of the best I've had. They make sure that they pay extra special attention to detail. The staff were absolutely wonderful and my nails look beautiful! They were so accommodating and were able to sneak me in on short notice for a mani/pedi. It was a lovely environment and Lindsey & Karin were both incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me pick something natural for my toes and fun for my fingers, and provided a nice relaxing experience. The location is also super convenient downtown attached to the skywalk and close to Target and many excellent restaurants. I will definitely be going back to take advantage of their many other services.

We had a wonderful experience at Lontis Day Spa! I scheduled a spa party for my mom, sister, SIL, and myself, each receiving two services of our choice. My early communication with Lindsey for scheduling was kind, courteous, prompt and informative. She thoroughly explained the process and timeline for their spa party. Upon arrival, Lindsey warmly greeted us at the door, and got us checked in, offering a bottle of water and a healthy snack. The spa appeared clean and inviting with lockers for your belongings while you changed into robes and flip flops and a lounge area for relaxing in-between services. I opted for the Package B pedicure and facial. Both were lovely! My service providers, Karin & Tamesha, were amazing! Even through all the conversation, they were on their game, never missing a beat. I left relaxed with soft feet and pretty toes (great paint job) and renewed and moisturized skin. The rest of my party also expressed their pleasure for exceptional services. We would all highly recommend Lontis Day Spa and their Spa Party!

The staff there were so hospital that I didn’t want to leave. This was my first spa experience so I was a little’ nervous…they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Relaxed is an understatement. What I enjoyed most were the conversations I had with each one of the staff members. They all have great insight and amiable personalities. I have gotten massages and facials done plenty of times before but this one was definitely the best one! My daughter and I chose Lontis as our celebration place after spending three weeks in the Masonic Children's hospital and another four weeks recovering at the Ronald McDonald House. The Lontis had the services we were looking for, plus more that we would love to come back for. Also the staff treated us with such kindness and care, and we were impressed with every service we received. They didn't know us but got it all more than right! It was perfect! Overall: great experience. I would go back for certain services. All the employees were super friendly and nice. I did the All Day Package. Signature Mani/Pedi: 3 stars. technician was very friendly and personable, however the finish on the gel (up charge from package) is not great. I think she forgot the top coat and when she tried to wipe it off it smudged but she didn’t fix it before doing the top coat ‘again’. Half the nails don’t have polish all the way to the edge of the nail. Some of my cuticles have been painted over. Overall just not a great finish. 60 min signature Massage: 5 stars. I had Ruth and she was AMAZING. Would definitely go back to her! 60 min signature facial: 4 stars. I had Ally, she was so knowledge and friendly. A little chatty, but over all great finish and my skin looks amazing. I added derma-planing ($45). It cost more than I normally pay for the service at my regular spot, but Ally included the neck area and really did a perfect job scraping it all off, so I’m not surprised by the cost. Body scrub: 4 stars. This was my first experience with a body scrub. It felt so good and I would definitely do it again! Dermatological kit: retails for $40 and is a sample kit of the products used in the facial. Spa Lunch: 3 stars. It was a premise salad from target with a role. Nothing crazy. Tasted fine.

The appointment confirmation call ahead of time was actually a nice touch which we appreciated. Lontis was very clean and quite and the massage room was private. Absolutely amazing!! I did the All Day Escape as a birthday treat and the price could not be beat for all that was included. The staff was both incredibly professional and incredibly lovely. Everyone treated me with respect but at the same time like we had been friends for years. I have never been in a more welcoming environment. I had Kate for my massage and body scrub, Antoinette for my facial, and Lupe for my mani pedi and all three were phenomenal! After spending time with Lupe I will never get a pedicure anywhere else. I would highly highly recommend Lontis to anyone looking to take some time for themselves.

It is a small place, perhaps not as luxurious as a typical day spa, but the employees were very nice and did a great job. The price was also reasonable. I was in town for a conference and badly in need of a pedicure. Lupe did my pedicure. She was very nice, a little heavy handed on the scrubbing, which she warned me about. Everyone else I interacted with there was very nice, and the spa is well decorated, but small. Once finished, the pedicure looked lovely, though upon close inspection there were some places where the entire nail wasn't covered in polish, but that was mostly on the side of the nail, so I only saw it when I was looking for it. She also nicked me once while cutting my cuticles. It has been about 10 days since I got that pedicure and my toes still look great, no chipping or peeling at all. If I'm ever in downtown MN again, I would go back.
