I’m so surprised to see people giving high stars for environment. The rooms where you get the service done are clean, but the main office floor area has been dirty every time I’ve been in for an appt. The nurses who did my Botox and facial were great. Front desk has been not so pleasant at times (seems to be just one individual, other than her the other staff is very welcoming). I went in for a Botox brow lift and the nurse unsold me on getting my whole forehead, which resulted in my brows actually being a little lower…not sure if they’re taught techniques for certain looks (just FYI). No numbing gel is provided for the BBL/Photo laser facial, which was surprising as other med spas provide this.

Someone from corporate called me letting me know I had a $150 bday credit and could use it in the month of October. I asked if botox was eligible and they said yes and booked my appointment. Luckily I checked last minute but they actually booked it in St. Paul which is not convenient for me at all and not my home store which is Edina (had two appointments there prior so they should have known that!). So when I get there (late and frustrated), I have to wait around just to find out there is no $150 credit. It’s something like $150 off $1000. Obviously I was not told that at all on the phone when I booked. It was very frustrating and misleading. Obviously not the fault of the people at the St. Paul location though. They were very professional and sympathetic but it was still so embarrassing!

UPDATE AT BOTTOM. (2 separate appointment reviews) 9/20/2022. I got a text from ideal image stating that there was a costumer appreciation going on and 10% off so I called ideal image to make an appointment, so I made an appointment for Botox and filler: but I wanted to use my ALLĒ points and I also told her I only had cash but I could pay when I got to the appointment and she said that typically you have to pay before so the lady said she would call me back about that. I never got a call back: so I called again a day later and made another appointment for a Botox and filler appointment but the lady only made the appointment for the Botox and said it would be a 30 min appointment :I asked her why it work only be a 30 min appointment if I was getting Botox and filler and she said that she would get it figured out, so the day of my appointment I get a call from ideal image stating they had to cancel my appointment because of an emergency with the nurse: so I rescheduled for another day; I went to my appointment and they said it was only a 30 min Botox appointment. I explained that I drove all the way out there and I had scheduled a Botox and filler appointment l; there was nothing they could do so all I was able to do today as the botox: when the lady charged my card they had on file she did not give me the 10% off like the text that i originally saw that made me call to make an appointment in the first place. i then went ti the front desk to schedule my next appointment and she told me that i had a $75 off coupon for botox. i then asked her why she did not tell me that i had that coupon before i was charged for the botox that i got today!! and she said she cant change it and refund it but she was going to call somebody to try to figure something out. she said she would call me to tell mr what she figured out about trying to reimburse me , but i never got a call!!! so i missed out on 10% off and $75 off !!!! and didn't get my fillers today either and have to come back again 10-18-2022 UPDATE: came back for a photo facial and there was great service. Can’t wait to see what the results are ! I do plan to keep coming back because it is a very clean and professional environment and the nurse is friendly and personable and professional.

Alexia definitely made this experience the most comfortable and pleasant thus far! This was my third appointment for my full arms and face with ideal image, as well as my third spa location. I have very dark and thick hair but since I’ve started I can tell a major difference in the thickness and regrowth time over the past 5 or so months. When I turned 50 just five years ago I started to see drooping in my cheeks, a line right across my forehead and crows feet at the corner of both eyes. I came to accept these changes until my daughter educated me on the benefits of botox. The care coordinators and nurses at Ideal Image St. Paul, told me what they were doing as they went along and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay between injections. Don't waste time wondering if this is right for you. Just do it.

Michelle assisted me today with my laser hair removal and saying she is THOROUGH is an understatement. You aren’t going to get any spotty hair growing back between appointments. I appreciate that she asked how I was doing multiple times throughout the treatment. I also want to add that she is an incredibly genuine, sweet, and relatable person. How to begin. Staff utmost professionalism, caring, they made me feel comfortable so any anxiety was eliminated. The procedure went smoothly and was explained at every step. Clean modern facility. Awesome location and very cool neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to my family. Update 12/14/21, once again a smooth experience with trained licensed professionals. My nurse was so great! Kept me calm and had me laughing the entire time. The product wasn’t right for me though, my lips didn’t really swell which I’m told isn’t normal, the next day it finally did a little and then it just disappeared about 4 days later as if nothing happened. I did 1 syringe of juvaderm and it was somewhat painful and too expensive to only have for 2 good days so I’m kinda bummed! The people here are awesome though!! Just wasn’t the right product for me.

UPDATE: 5 stars for the nurses. I’m pleased with their bedside manner, knowledge, and the results of the procedures I’ve had. 0 stars for the business model. My first issue is the scheduling— they make it almost impossible to get an appointment. For example, I have called at six times over the past 48 hours, during business hours, and no one answered the phone, even after waiting on hold ten to fifteen minutes each time. The automatic call back feature resulted in me instantly being hung up on as soon as i picked up. The second issue is the lag time in appointments. They’re booking almost two months out for some of the procedures. Thirdly, the rigamarole surrounding the booking— be prepared for lengthy phone calls. zoom consultations, signing multiple contracts because the first one always has an error, super complex pricing and promotions, and paying upfront for some of the procedures— yep, the procedure you won’t be getting for two months, and that stands a good chance of being canceled by the business itself. I had a positive experience at Ideal Image for Cool Sculpting on my chin area today. It was my first cosmetic procedure so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They were very thorough in reviewing my medical history and going over what the procedure would be like, as well as potential side effects. While the positioning of the device was somewhat uncomfortable, I was able to read and be on my phone during the procedure. My skin got very cold, but wasn’t in pain. At the end, the RN massaged the area for two minutes, which was the only painful part of the experience. I’m glad she did though, as it kept the frozen fat cells from clumping up! Looking forward to my follow up appointment and seeing how my profile changes in the next few months.

Amanda and ken were FAN FREAKING TASTIC!!! Ken is so unbelievably funny and so sweet, 100% made me feel comfortable and had me CRACKING up. Offered me water and helped me out, just such a sweet and comfortable guy. Amanda was so unbelievably comforting and helped ease my nerves 100%! She walked me through everything and answered all of my questions and let me know what it was going to feel like, pain levels and ran through EVERYTHING! I got coolsculting done and she showed me how it worked, why it couldn’t be placed in certain places and what would happen if it was placed there. She was funny, real, down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable about the practice. I really truly felt like I was in the best hands I possibly could be. I would pay every penny again just to hang out with those two, I have never had so much fun while being in mild physical pain lol. These guys are seriously awesome. Loved every minute and just being around those two were worth the money I spent. Can’t even describe how awesome they were, I’m just blown away. Ugh. So happy with those two!!!! Never been excited to come back for a 90 day checkup!!

This location of ideal image is great! Jenn is the most wonderful nurse I’ve ever had. She is kind and professional and has a way about her that put me at ease in what is often an uncomfortable experience. The girls at the front desk are super sweet also. I unexpectedly moved to MN after I had already purchased my laser package in a different state which meant my drive to the closest Ideal Image went from 25-ish minutes to 2 and a half hours. Once my laser procedure package was completed I didn’t think I would even consider returning but because of Jenn the drive is worth it! Thank you so much!
