I’ve been going to the Maple Grove location for a little over 5 years and scheduling has gotten worse each year. My appt gets canceled/reschedule or I can’t find an appointment that will fit my schedule which is a little disappointing. However, I’ve met a few nurses that have done an exceptional work. One nurse that stands out the most since I’ve been coming is, Lila at the MG location. She is very kind and makes me feel comfortable. She treats every area that I’m concerned would get missed and she makes sure I’m satisfied before she leaves. I would recommend seeing her for your next appointment. She makes up for all the lost appointments. She is the reason I come back.

Kailey was incredible! She did my lip filler and was amazing. She knew what she was doing and made them look beautiful. She set expectations and allowed me to be in control of the amount used. She offered advice but ultimately led me right where I needed to be. I wasn't planning on getting more work done so soon, but she made my first experience so great that I am already looking forward to seeing her again. 100% recommend her. She has a soft touch and the pain was minimal. I was expecting actual pain. There was a slight pinch but nothing bad.

I completed my last CoolTone treatment last night. My results are pretty impressive. My nurse Kaylee was the icing on the cake, not only very knowledgeable but down to earth and personable. Great conversation made the appointments fly by and she totally made the drive there worthwhile! I experienced nothing but kindness from all staff and scheduling with the app was almost too easy.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this clinic. My most recent visit was for cool sculpting, I was so lucky to have Kailey as my nurse. She was fun, knowledgeable, professional, and made the ~2 hours I was there fly by. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. However, out of the 10 appointments I made over the course of my contract, 5 had scheduling issues due to appointment team error (not booking all locations) or short staffing. I recommend laser hair removal, but be aware that there may be issues and you made need to go to other locations to stay on schedule.

Love this place, they are super quick and really friendly. This was my fourth visit and I’ve noticed a huge difference with the laser hair removal! Becca is AMAZING and very detail oriented and takes her time. By far my favorite nurse there! She makes sure she tells you what she’s doing, and asks if she needs to go slower/faster. Was really great at training in a new staff. Ken is fabulous at setting up appointments and booking new services. His vibe is always on point! Definitely set up my next service.

Although the laser process is not pleasant, the staff is amazing. I've done three treatments, and each time the nurses I've had are very nice and understanding. They make sure to tell you where they are putting the laser and always checking if you are okay and need a break. I just worked with Renee, she was on her last week of training and she did amazing! Was very patient, very thorough and great bedside manner. She did great with not going too fast and always made sure I was doing okay. The gentleman at the front desk (forgot his name!) is so nice, works quickly and has a great attitude. I have not had a bad experience here at all. So glad I took the plunge and got laser hair removal!

Went in for a my first LHR treatment. Ken at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Appointment started on time. I was introduced to Ari and she brought me back to the room. She was very funny and put me at ease. She talked me through the process, educated me on some products I had bought, and talked about after care with me. The session was quick but thorough! She knew when to slow down or speed up the laser process due to the more sensitive areas. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She did two areas for me. The pain in tolerable. Do not let that stop you from removing unwanted hair. UPDATE: I just had my 5th treatment with Ari at the Maple Grove, MN location. She has continued to show me she is exceptional as a person, and as a nurse. 100 % recommend requesting her for your services.

At first when I arrived my papers was not ready or should I say “incomplete “ from the sales part that sold me the membership and the treatment that I was there for. Front desk could not reach that sales person at the moment and they had to reschedule my appointment for other day. Couple minutes later I got a hold of the sales person, she was on her day off and went back home to fix on her end what was missing. Sales person called front desk, front desk spoke to the specialist and they got me in for one of my treatments. Overall indeed I had a great experience, they were on top of it and really tried hard to get me in. They were very polite and apologized many times for the inconvenience. 10 of 10 on communication and focusing on the client. I will definitely recommend to family and friends, indeed!!!

I’ve been to maple grove ideal image for multiple treatments and I have never received anything but phenomenal service. Everyone that works at that location will retain my business and my recommendations for friends and family because of it. I am a little upset with my results of cool tone. I had an online consultation and she thought that would be the best course of action, unfortunately it doesn’t seem like it was. I feel like I have seen little to no results and am a little upset about spending $2,000 on something that I feel didn’t work at all. I think cool sculpting might have been a better choice but I took the advice of the professional. I will continue to return for any other treatments but will not recommend cool toning. I was never let down by the service, only the results.

The admin team is always a bit of a struggle as they seem disorganized. But most of the nurses are pretty great. I LOVED the new nurse I had this week. I could tell she took great care in making sure that I got the best results out of my procedure. And we talked yoga and fitness...which is always fun. :) I'm not 100% convinced that some procedures are worth it. I love my laser hair removal and have only needed minimal maintenance. But I wouldn't recommend Coolsculpting. The results didn't last. Between my first appointment and about a year later I gained 10lbs of muscle (I have the stats to prove that) and really didn't maintain a difference in my lower stomach that was treated.

They had excellent COVID guidelines in place. During the procedure I was very much part of the process and was very comfortable. Sam was very descriptive and collaborative. I’ve tried to use my free $250 value treatment (BBL) with no success at getting it scheduled. I’ve actually had two appointments that were cancelled without my knowledge. I drive 90 minutes one way to get to my appointments-so very very upset to arrive and find out my appointment was cancelled. I’ve given up trying to get a BBL-I’ll just stick to my hair removal— but very disappointing.

UPDATE: I was a client for years. I no longer am. The scheduling is terrible. I was rescheduled multiple times to the point that my contract is close to up and I can not use my remaining touch ups. It is very disappointing. The staff is amazing! The scheduling however, not so much. A couple years later and I am still a faithful customer to Ideal Image in Maple Grove! I started with my face and have worked my way to getting a lot of my body done. They have great deals so the cost is not bad! I a, on a monthly payment plan. Once i pay off an area I sign up for another. Is it painful, sometimes but the team keeps you engaged in conversation and Has tips and tricks to keep you comfortable. If you have been thinking about hair removal, stop thinking and give Ideal Image in Maple Grove a call! The team is amazing, you will not regret it! Let’s talk facial hair ladies! If you are one of the lucky ladies with PCOS and you pluck or shave once, twice or sometimes three times a day do not hesitate to get that lasered off! I was always embarrassed and so insecure of my face. I would constantly worry about if a hair popped through or if I missed one while plucking. It consumed my thoughts! I won’t go into traveling without a razor or tweezer- ugh! Ladies check out ideal image in maple grove. They are amazing and kind! If you have been on the fence, just do it!! You don’t have to be embarrassed or insecure anymore! DO IT!

Went in for a laser hair removal consult with them, they were very honest and straightforward with me, which I liked. They refused me on the basis of my hair being too ashy and reddish to treat permanently (which you should know, if you are looking for laser, is going to be an issue-- a lack of dark pigment will make hair removal more temporary or even ineffective). This was pickier than the place I had previously been to, but they pride themselves on results, and I can understand why that would be a good business model, especially because they are a higher end place. They won't take you unless you're going to great results, makes sense.

Lisa is talented, knowledgeable, patient, honest. I know she has my best interest at heart and that is not easy to find at a Medspa. I also have seen Courtney at Maple Grove who is amazing. Thank you Ideal Imagine Maple Grove for taking such good care of me! I I had many consultations at various Day Spas for facial fillers before visiting Ideal Image. Ideal Image was the first place I felt comfortable. The knowledge and genuine care you feel from all staff at Maple Grove is unsurpassed. I have now been a patient for two years and have never been disappointed. I am 40 and wanted to refresh my face and slow down the ageing. I have done Botox and Disport for lines, Juvaderm, Voluma, Restiline fillers in my lips, cheeks, and folds. The results have transformed and refreshed my face but look completely natural. Before and after a new filler I had many questions, and concerns and each time the Nurses and Staff at Ideal Image took the opportunity to make me feel 100% comfortable. They never make you feel pressured or rushed they really take the time to take care of you and are genuinely interested in providing a solution rather than a sale. I had an accident that left a small injury on my face, I had to cancel an appointment for filler around the area. I went into the Maple Grove office to get an opinion on when I could reschedule and it was a year before they would proceed. As disappointed in the situation as I was I was so appreciative that the Nurses cared more about my health than completing a procedure. If you’re looking to try fillers or find a better place to provide them I highly recommend visiting Ideal Image in Maple Grove for a consultation. I have had 5 laser hair removal treatments on my underarms and full bikini areas. While the treatments are painful, the technicians are always professional, attentive to my need for breaks to help ease the discomfort and pleasant in their conversation while letting me know how the hairs are responding and how much longer it will be. I have been using the prescribed numbing cream for the 4th and 5th treatments which has not given me very much relief. I am now at the 10 weeks intervals for my last 4 treatments whereas they were six weeks apart. I have experienced great results currently at 80 percent reduction. I am just glad I began when I have because the treatment does not treat gray hairs and I am just starting to gray.

The staff there is Very friendly! So five stars to the staff. However, when I went into the consultation, I felt like she was nice but wasn't honest about what my results were going to be (since I was paying in full for all areas, I'm guessing she is working on commission). Reason I say that is because I'm blonde, but she said they could do the bikini, legs, and underarms so I was excited to hear that. I'm finally done with my treatments and I'm not 100% impressed. Maybe 65%. A little over half way thru my treatments I told them I'm not seeing much change with my legs. So they took pictures and sent them to corporate. I got a refund, which was actually an easy process. I've been done with my treatments for about 1 month now and I would say I'm not very happy with the bikini area because apparently I have a lot of blonde hair I never knew about. They said that happens to a lot of people ... WHY wasn't I told that in the beginning? For my underarms, they are OK. I have some random stragglers that look really stupid but they are blonde/grey tint/a little dark, so buying an extra treatment would be pointless. To sum it up: Lovely staff but if you never want shave again and you're blonde/ dark/dirty blonde or red, you're out of luck. Hope this helps :)
