I've been a Ideal Image Edina client on and off for several years and I want to give a shout out to the current staff! Today I started treatment on a few new areas and my service provider, Erica, was above and beyond! She was so knowledgeable, took time to hear my concerns and did a great job making the experience feel so comfortable. I almost didn't return to this clinic for laser treatment after poor experiences with insensitive staff a few years ago, but I'm glad I gave it another chance and got to experience such a great service provider.

If you have or are thinking about treating your body in any way, It is truly an investment in both your time and money. I am a little over half way through my laser hair removal appointments, I drive over 2 hours to my appointments, and they typically take at least a full hour because I am doing so many areas but, of all the nurses and multiple clinic locations who have assisted me through the process, Alexia is by far my favorite! Not only is she is incredibly thorough, but she makes you feel comfortable, and is incredibly relatable too. She’s truly a sweet gal with a heart of gold. With that being said, if you are wanting your moneys worth, I highly recommend Alexia! I promise you won’t regret it. I am definitely going back to her and plan on sticking with her for the rest of my appointments and wish I found her sooner!

I have had an amazing experience with Tori, Kira, and Abby so far. This was my second full session and I can already see a huge difference from my laser hair removal. I feel so confident! Although it can be a tad painful, it is absolutely worth it!! Each of the nurses have been patient, kind, and very informative about the entire process. They are real about how it will feel and truly prepare you for the experience. I have had a positive experience with each nurse and can tell they all genuinely love the work they do. My ethnicity is Mexican/Irish, I had laser hair removal on my chin with about 70% satisfaction. My results are manageable but not desirable. The coarseness of my chin hair is much finer but continues to grow long and dark which results in me bleaching/shaving i.e. managing. I was interested in leg hair removal but for the price I would not indulge for a possible 70% satisfaction and continued maintenance. The staff at Edina were fantastic each and every time! A welcoming environment and great personalities were abundant!

Area manager called me today and said the contract I signed (and per company policy) does not allow refunds. Exchanges are allowed. So, do NOT sign up unless you are 100% sure of this business. Great experience and the lady that did my treatment was very personable and friendly. When the appointment was made over the phone after my virtual consultation I guess the lady only scheduled the Botox and not the fillers and so when I got to my appointment she was able to make time for me to get both even though I was scheduled for Botox. Which I was very grateful for.

Today was my first experience at Ideal Image, or any med spa for that matter. After some reading online and doing an initial consult, I went in to do Coolsculpting on my abdomen and flanks. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in the front door. They answered each and every question I had, ensuring I was completely comfortable. Christina was the nurse that performed my Coolsculpt treatment. She was amazing! I can't wait for my results. If you're even considering getting a treatment done, give them a call or stop in for a consult, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Update: Well it's been a little less than 1 year since my Coolsculpting treatment and I am incredibly happy with my results! I was a bit nervous in the following weeks, as I didn't see immediate results, but a few months later and the treatment was noticeable! 1 year later and I've kept if off, thank you Ideal Image!!! I had a procedure here. It was extremely professional. They brought me in in a safe way with a temperature check after I waited in the car for my time. A medical provider took a careful medical history and then the procedure. I was told what would happen and allowed to ask questions along the way. I felt safe, treated with respect and had all my questions answered. It was plain that the team was communicating with each other professionally. I'm impressed with this company and site. Theresa was phenomenal! She really takes the time to explain things and is so easy to talk to. When she notices a zap may have hurt, she would apply pressure or a light touch to alleviate any of the sting that remained. She really cares that her clients/patients have the best experience possible. The service itself was great, the nurse is amazing and can't wait to work with her. My issue is when I purchased the packages for my stomach, upper inner thighs and bra line, I expected those areas would be worked on as I was told this is what I was buying. I was surprised to find out that I actually purchased 16 sessions and my stomach would take 1/2 of those in ONE sessions. When you need two or MORE sessions (only being told you need 2 sessions), this means my upper inner thighs and bra line will not be touched. I feel as if this was a little BAIT AND SWITCH. I am paying alot of money and truly feel duped. I also was advised, I would get a free service of my choosing - however, it expired before my first session - how am I supposed to know what other service I want to try if I haven't even been in the building?

I received laser hair removal at the Edina location. The nurses were super sweet and smart and explained the whole process to me. I have had laser hair removal before that was pretty painful, but I was surprised at how much less painful this experience was. The laser has a cooling mechanism that made it virtually painless. Super quick from start to finish, I can't wait to start seeing results. I would definitely recommend!

My first time for Botox was disappointing, 30 units, no results. A little difficult to schedule the follow up but thankfully they got me on before vacation. I bought 50 units and I can see results now. I think it would be nice for a new client to have the person administering the Botox to make suggestions on how to help areas of concern. The person that did the initial zoom call did this in a sales pitch but I'm not confident she could even see my face.

First off, the nurses and receptionists are always very nice and are great at their jobs. Just the last 2 times I went, I arrived early and called to check in. The nursing staff has been very nice, knowledgeable, and professional with me however, there was a huge downfall with the check-in process this morning. I came in, checked in, sat down, and fifteen minutes went by. The receptionist then popped over the counter to tell me that I owed money for my appointment. I informed her that I paid for all of my sessions months ago. She made a phone call to someone to discuss the problem she has with someone else’s account, and my account. 5 to 10 more minutes goes by, and she called the nurse over to come grab me for my appt while she figured out the account problems she had. The nurse had been waiting for me this entire time. My 15-20 minute appointment turned into 45-50 minutes all because of clerical errors. Very frustrating.

I Can not speak highly enough about the office/location (so clean and well maintained and has great “energy” in the space) and every employee I met was amazing! (Friendly, knowledgeable and so “put-together”). I had a BBL laser treatment to help freshen up my skin (bye-bye spots and redness) and the nurse walked me through the entire process always checking in on my comfort level. I felt very safe and cared for. Already I see the dark spots starting to surface to slough off. Sooo excited. And the redness (little veins on my cheeks and around my nose) are already gone!!! So far I have had 3 visits and the service I went in for was a good experience. My current reservations are there is no clear documentation of what is offered and pricing. Each time I asked when getting treated I'm told I need to schedule a consultation. To me that's an inconvenience trying to get some info.
