It's been about 2 weeks since I had a hydrafacial. I waited so I could give a honest review after some time passed. My face was a little red. It was gone later that evening. My face felt so soft! And such a difference when I wear makeup! My moisturizers no longer feel like I just plopped a cup of lard on my face. They absorb so much better. I can't wait to go back! The staff are great!!! Even though I watch what I eat, have lost weight and kept it off, I know it's hard to believe with all the restaurants I have visited, exercise regularly and try to get enough sleep, I still struggle to loose around areas I can't have build up. I tried a procedure and spoke to the young woman who performed it. I have noticed some results, but, I haven't seen the side by side photos yet. We did talk about and she gave me advice about diet, exercise and she didn't pressure me into more procedures.

Dr. Lisa is amazing in how she uses science and art to create beautiful results for you. I would highly recommend her! I also had another treatment, the Venus treatment . Apparently it takes a while to see significant results. I'm still waiting on the final verdict for this treatment, but remain hopeful.

This place is the real deal and I'm so happy to not have to drive to Boston for these types of services. I consider myself knowledgeable in many of the spa services provided and I've seen providers all over the country. I've gotten real results from the Pico Laser treatments and facials that I've received. The customer service has been very good as well. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

I am thrilled with the results of my Ultherapy and it was done in a very professional fashion. The facility if beautiful, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. My consult was informative and comfortable. The one area I would like to see improvement is the friendliness at the front desk and over the phone. I felt rushed and unheard when I had questions about scheduling and timing issues. My perception is that the staff feel put out by having to answer calls and do scheduling. A designated receptionist might help.

Jeff is a true professional and makes you feel completely at ease. The Spa is remarkably clean, sterile and impeccably designed. I have had several treatments at Renew, Gainswave and EMsculpt. The staff always great you with a smile. The treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Today I had a treatment with Danielle, very professional and set me at ease. Continued with some EMsculpt and finished my treatments with the Priapus Shot with Victor and Joana. The procedure was quick and painless. Victor and Joana treated me with kindness and were very attentive. I can't say enough about the place. Impeccably clean and designed. The staff are true professionals that give you 100% attention and answer any questions on the menu of procedures and treatments the spa offers. Dr. Lisa must be very proud!

Anyone that wants to get a real game plan for there skin concerns, I would highly recommend Renew. I have been to 4 Medispas in the last 2 years, (micro-needling, peels, facials, cystic acne concerns) and though they all were professional and seemed to know their stuff, hands down, Renew CLEARLY knows what they are talking about. The whole team is helpful and also very welcoming. They have even denied me more expensive treatments in order to take the RIGHT path for my concerns. That speaks volumes. Finally, one thing that made a huge difference to me, was a courtesy call the day after my visit to check on me. 3 other Medispas, have never done this. Renew wins the CARE game.

Payment was never discussed until the treatment was done; a nice change from other places I contacted that wanted my credit card right away.. Wow!! The salon was the most beautiful place I had ever been. The art work on the walls made me feel like I was in an enchanted forest. Lisa is very skilled provider and administered my Juvéderm injections herself with a cannula. The product is difficult to administer in this area but Lisa is true professional. This place is absolutely amazing from the second you walk in the door it’s a nice calm atmosphere the woman who did my lips which was my first time was so gentle and went so slow and was very considerate And made sure I was never in pain and they came out amazing!!!!!I also went for a hydrafacial and the technician was so good I actually fell asleep while she was doing my face Because it was so relaxing I highly recommend anyone looking for Botox lip fillers or just a facial to give this place a try it’s definitely worth it I already have my next appointment made I can’t wait to go back
