When you walk into Pellé you enter a calm, organized and zen room. Each employee greets you with a smile and welcomes you. No matter who your appointment is with, they ensure you are getting the best treatment for you and that happy with what you’re getting. I’ve been fortunate enough to go to Pellé three times now and each experience is amazing. To say my experience was less than wonderful each time would be outlandish. I have never left there feeling unhappy or questioning the treatment I received from the staff. In fact, I feel I leave there more educated than when I went in on my skin and the things that I can pursue, should I choose to. I would highly recommend booking with Pellé if you’re interested in a first-class experience, with a women-owned and run company, in our beautiful Granite State. I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

I'm getting married next weekend and last week began some wedding prep with my first ever HydraFacial and dermaplaning (plus an eyebrow wax!). Ava was the specialist that worked with me and she was absolutely wonderful. I felt so relaxed and pampered the entire time. Not only that, but my skin looked and felt fantastic! After my HydraFacial and dermaplaning, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed with a slight shape up and was lucky enough that Ava was their eyebrow specialist as well! All in all a 10 out of 10 experience and I would hands down go back.

This spa is fantastic. Super clean, everyone is very friendly. I've only received Botox there so far but have frequently asked for information on other treatments I'm considering and they always take the time to discuss everything without making me feel rushed. The best part: they want everyone to feel beautiful in their own way. I used to go to a spa (also for Botox) in which the employees always suggested additional (sometimes intense!) treatments to correct 'issues' they saw on my face. I didn't ask! It made me insecure to have all these features that I love on my face pointed out without prompting. Pelle has never done that to me. Definitely go if you want a great experience.

I never ever write reviews but I honestly couldn’t pass up the opportunity to rate this exceptional business. I cannot express how awesome this place is! As soon as you walk in you are immediately welcomed by the friendliest and knowledgeable staff members! The place is gorgeous and very well kept. The entire staff is amazing at what they do, though I was with Ava L for this specific visit and let me say she is just incredible at her work and so so friendly!! My lash and whitening sessions were so relaxing and the results are incredible! I am so happy and I look forward to my next visit. Also, you can’t beat their monthly specials they run too. If you are thinking about treating yourself to some self care, definitely go with Pelle!! I highly recommend!

Jennifer at Pelle has been a life changer for me! I have suffered with acne for about 15 years and have tried every over-the-counter product and never really was taught how to care for my skin. Since working with Jennifer for about 7 months now things have been so much better. Not only is she knowledgeable and great at what she does, she's also honest and tells you it's not a quick fix and then you have to put in the work. She has done wonderful things for my skin but also taught me things that I should be doing and want to avoid to continue the process at home. I've had a handful of hydrofacials which are amazing!!!! I've also done two VI peels which has truly changed skin! Going to continue working with her and I can't wait to see where this process takes my skin.

I ended up doing something completely different but even with that, Lindsay was amazing and made it look easy. The girls at the front were also so sweet and the vibe in the office was comforting, relaxing, and beautiful. I also moved my appointment around a bit and the communication from the staff was quick and they were able to squeeze me in when they could. I cannot wait to come back again. Jen and Lindsay are fabulous! Honestly the entire team here from your greeting to your check out always make you feel welcome. Jen is so educated and passionate about her job and on top of that she can hold great conversation and remember small details you chatted about from your previous appointment. I had a plasma pen treatment with Lindsay yesterday. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and treatment. I was kept informed about progress, aftercare and what to expect. While it’s too soon to see what the final results will be, I already noticed some immediate firming in and around the treatment area.

I’ve been seeing Jen for a couple of months now and she is the absolute best! I’ve been getting monthly Hydra-facials and even tried dermaplaining this past hydra facial! She is always very friendly and is amazing at what she does! My skin is 10 times smoother and more even in color than it’s ever been! I have been seeing Jenn Angel at Pellè for a little over a year now. I started using products suggested by Jenn while I was pregnant. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! I suffered from awful post-partum/ hormonal acne, my self esteem was terrible because I was so self conscious of my skin. A friend recommended Jenn, and the rest is history. She took all of my needs into consideration and would talk me through treatments and products before I even met her in person! I started getting treatments with her after having my daughter. I noticed an improvement in my skin right away! And after a year of seeing Jenn, using Jan Marini products, a monthly hydrafacial (I mostly go for them now to chat with Jenn and have some ‘me time’!) and one VI Peel… my skin looks better than it did 10 years ago! I often go makeup free (with the help of Jan Marini tinted moisturizer) and feel so confident! Booking with Jenn was the best decision I ever made for myself!

The staff at Pellé never disappoints! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Some of the treatments I go for can be considered uncomfortable, but I've never been anxious about any of them. Lindsay took the time to get to know me and my personal goals. It puts me at ease knowing how much experience she has and how well she understands me. She has always made sure I was well informed and keeps the communication going throughout the process...I love that. She's one of those professionals I almost don't want to recommend because it'll be harder for me to see her, lol.

I went in to the ‘Salon at Pelle Medical’ to see Erin LaChance for Microblading. The salon is the door that faces Frontage Road, not the door around the corner (It was my first time, so I wasn’t sure which side Erin was on). The building itself looks very industrial but the inside is adorable! Very well maintained and the decor is similar to my taste at home. Erin’s work is amazing! I did my research when looking for someone to microblade. Took me over a year to find her!! Separately - Im interested in trying the hydrafacial at some point. Looks amazing!

I began Laser Hair Treatment for my coarse, nearly unshaveable, facial hair at the beginning of 2021, and within a few sessions began seeing clear results. Namita has done a wonderful job ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed during the sessions, even though I have a tendency to tense up before every zap. Jennifer is amazing. I haven’t had the opportunity to actually meet her (yet) but during this time in quarantine she has been extremely helpful to me! I had been using a different professional skin care line aside from what she uses and loves, at first I loved what I had been using, but over time our skin gets “used” to products. Jennifer took the time to talk to me about my skin, consulting with me virtually to find what Glymed products would suit my needs best. She continues to check in on me and my skin, answers all of my questions (and always tells me when products are on sale!) The head massage at the end of her facials are my favorite part. Today I saw Lindsay for the first time for Botox - professional and knowledgeable! I always make sure I have a backup of all the products I use from their line in case I run out. My son was so impressed with how I hardly have any breakouts that he now uses the Jan Marini product line as well. I sent him to College with a bunch of the Age Intervention Duality MD for breakouts because College can be stressful. I’ve even convinced my little sister of the importance of using Retinol to prevent signs of aging. She now uses the Jan Marini Age Intervention Retinol Plus. Jen Angel takes care of my facial care needs. I started my journey with her getting Hydrafacials and then moving on to 3 VI Peels. She’s very responsive when you have questions. The facility is always clean and inviting and it is obvious that they are taking Covid 19 very serious, as every visit I am screened, sanitized and my temperature is taken. I have been getting Hydro Facials regularly and I have noticed the disappearance of sun spots and blemishes caused by years of neglect.
