I can’t recommend this spa enough! All the ladies are super friendly. Today I had my facial with Esmeralda and she was nothing but amazing. Chill Spa is exactly what I needed when I needed it the most. I was greeted with a smile at check in and I was shown the details of my treatment. I was escorted to the area and immediately immersed into a sauna treatment that lasted an hour. The hour went by too quickly and as I was getting ready to leave I thought, what took me so long accept the invitations. The lesson here is do yourself a favor and treat your body to this spa! The gals were professional and the place is immaculate. I will be back.

I have to say, I just had the most amazing experience. I come to Chill Spa for my hair and nails. One of the Chill Girls Caitlin suggested I have a facial, I've never had one. I had one today. It exceeded my expectation! Not only do you get a facial, she removed my blemishes, massaged my head, shoulders, neck, chest and arms. It was an hour long and not expensive. I was so relaxed and feel amazing! Needless to say, I booked another one for 8 weeks! Thank you Caitlin! Chills Spa is a great place to do just that...Chill!

You begin to unwind the moment you step into Chill Spa. The atmosphere, the staff and all the amenities create a wonderful place to unplug, rejuvenate and just chill from all the busyness of life for a few short hours. I personally recommend Chill’s infrared sauna! The use of the sauna soothes my joints/ muscles, I sleep incredibly that evening and it creates such a genuine feeling of well being. I could not recommend Chill Spa enough to anyone who’s looking for a little escape for themselves right in their own city.

I’ve seen Caitlin for my eyebrows, who by the way got them back to normal looking after my overplucking for 10+ years. Sawyer has made my skin glow with her rockstar facials, which before my wedding was just what I needed. Lastly Jess gave me a beautiful haircut after neglecting myself and not keeping up with my layers for farrrr too long. I wish I was able to come here more but when I do get to it’s a treat and a great day. Every single employee makes you feel right at home and the owner Cristy is possibly the sweetest woman ever! Overall, she thought that the service was great and the staff was very friendly and professional. Their prices were a little more than what she normally pays in Virginia Beach, but seems comparable to other local businesses.

I had my first Photo Facial session at Chill today and I couldn't be more excited! I decided to look into this service due to some broken capillaries and unwanted redness on my face that I was hoping to address before I get married this year. Going into my session, I had a ton of questions about the whole process, but I felt really comfortable when I found that not only were my questions and concerns welcomed, but they were also answered very knowledgeably. Jamie was extremely informative and knowledgeable when walking me through everything and really took the time to explain the service, the steps, and the technology to me. The process itself was a breeze – quick and with instant results! I am going to come back for 2-3 more sessions to continue my progress, but I can say that even as of tonight I have noticed quite a decrease in my redness and I'm most amazed by the fact that I can barely see the main broken capillary that I went in for!!!! I have been using concealer to cover it up all my life and just like that, it's barely there! What an amazing service and experience!!! To finish off my night, Jamie and I took a picture together right before I left and I literally said to the girls that I could actually see a difference with my skin in the picture! If this is what I've already been able to see for results, I cannot wait for my next session!!

Id like to reply to someone's comment about the SPRAY TAN. I have been going to Chill for over 4 years now and NOT one person there has ever been disrespectful or rude. If you think someone would even think about talking about how you look "naked" well perhaps its your own insecurities.. I am very shy about being uncovered and they go over and beyond to insure I feel comfortable. Chill is an amazing place to have a tranquil experience. Yes it is conventionally smaller than those Large Box spas, but that's what makes it even a better experience. They have amazing products, always fresh and new and they have a very knowledgeable staff. I am a business owner myself and not one affiliated with Chill Day whatsoever. I have not yet been to "Chill Spa". An Occupational Therapist I know suggested I try "Chill Spa" when I asked her where I could get a really good message. Due to extreme physical pain and limitations, medically, a good message is necessary and important to me. Her recommendation leads me to their web site to acquire more information. There are 12 reviews available for me to read, 5 of the 12 reviews (that's 45% of the reviews) are quite negative and 4 of the 5 negative reviews each author gives lengthy details of their experiences. All of which give cause for concern and reservation on my part. If there is truth to the type of unprofessionalism, narcissism and breech of ethics on the part of any person representing "Chill Spa", l pray these poor behavior choices have been eliminated and clients are no longer being subjected to this behavior or the person or persons future with "Chill Spa" has been terminated. With all of this being said, I personally need to experience "Chill Spa" for myself to know without a doubt "Chill Spa" is or is not a Salon I would want to do business with as I respect my enough to expect and receive quality customer service and to not tolerate anything less.

I have been going to Chill Spa for several years. I have many treatments here that include, hair cut and color, facials, dermaplaning, massage, eyelashes and eyebrows tinting, make-up and tanning. I have also used the infrared sauna here that is a great add on before a massage. Crissy, Caitlin, Sawyer, Gabby, and Kim are all awesome! I give Chill 5 stars for customer service, cleanliness, and knowledge of the spa industry. This is the place to go for a true relaxing spa experience. I’ve visited Chill several times, and always have a great experience! The girls are so nice, and everyone is super welcoming. I go mostly for nails, but have been in for brows, massage, and facial before and all services have been top notch! They have great hours, and I love that you can book appointments online! 10/10 recommend, and I will absolutely be back.
