I’ve been seeing Destiny for eyelash extensions for over a year now and she is absolutely amazing!!! She does my lashes exactly how I want them and I love the results every single time. My lashes last so long between fills. No complaints ever!!! She is overall so kind, caring, listens to your wants/needs, and you can talk to her about anything. I’m always so satisfied with my service every time I leave. I’ve been seeing Heather for laser-hair removal and I love my results already! She is so descriptive, and accommodating and eases all of my anxiety! 100% worth the investment. The staff and reception at Bright Esthetics always makes me feel welcome and answer any questions I have. I’m always looking forward to coming back and and I will forever be a customer and client 💕

I was referred to Destiny at Bright Esthetics by my daughter who has been going here for quite some time. I always admire my daughter’s full gorgeous it lashes. I was nervous to get eyelash extensions at first because I thought I was “too old”. I couldn’t be more wrong! Destiny is absolutely amazing at what she does. She did exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. My eyelash extensions are just absolutely perfect every time. Destiny is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very good at her profession. She is thorough and precise with her technique. I have no discomfort and forget that they are even there. It’s the best feeling waking up in the morning and seeing how big, bright and beautiful my eyes look because of these! I would highly recommend Destiny to anyone who wants the perfect eyelash extensions. I am so happy that I started doing this for myself, I just wish I did this sooner. Destiny makes me look and feel young again! A forever grateful client!

I recommend you guys to everyone I know! Kristen and Destiny are amazing! They’re thoughtful and educated in all areas. They’re extremely thorough and a blast to hang with while getting laser treatments (do it!) and monthly facials. I look forward to seeing everyone at the BE Manchester office monthly. They’re all so warm and bright from the moment you walk in the door.

Cannot recommend Bright Esthetics, enough! I have previously had laser hair removal performed at another spa and did not have noticeable results. I was hesitant to purchase a package at another place, but I am SO happy that I did. My initial appointment was with Heather, and she was professional, friendly and really put me at ease. All of my other appointments were with Diane (who was equally as lovely, professional and I looked forward to seeing her every month!) I am extremely happy with my results and will for SURE be booking additional services. My only regret is not taking before and after photos to share. 10/10 recommend.

OMG! Such a great place! The girls are very nice and knowledgeable. I had my first ever therapeutic massage with Elizabeth yesterday. I feel amazing! Elizabeth took her time and explained everything she was doing to me and the reason why. I came home and immediately called Bright for another massage with Elizabeth in 2 weeks. I have completed my six treatment hair removal course recently. In the last several months I have never failed to be so impressed with Heather and Diane. Their professionalism is perfectly balanced with their kindness; their humanism and charm made me feel so comfortable and secure! It was the knowledge and skill in their profession that convinced me to purchase the package originally... I never expected the entire experience to be so pleasant and fun! I was super surprised that -instead of being uncomfortable during these treatments that I had to endure -every time I had an appointment I felt pampered! What a terrific experience at Bright! Heather and her team are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was a bride to be with adult acne, uneven dry skin but I knew that I was in the right place to get my face glowing. Heather explained everything and advised the right treatments to clear my skin, hydrate and ultimately smooth smalls bumps and irritation for my big day. I have received so many complements on my face and how much of a difference it has made. A month later, my skin is still glowing and smooth. The staff is equally committed to cleanliness as they are to making me feel/look beautiful which is a huge plus for me!!

I have a very physical lifestyle. Before I met Liz my pain level in my neck and back and legs were unbearable. I was going to a chiropractor weekly and using an awful lot of pain medications that clearly we’re not solving any problems. Since I met Liz the results that she is giving me has been nothing short of stunning. In fact over the past few years I’ve re-shaped my treatments to the point where I see Liz on a WEEKLY basis and a chiropractor on a monthly basis which used to be the other way around and now hardly ever take any type of a pain medication. Liz listens to her patients needs and addresses everyone individually. You are amazing Liz I appreciate you and your hard work. My visits are also the highlight of my week! Mark Mercier

I've been going to Diane for many treatments to help with my blotchy skin and it is working. I love my Glymedplus Skin Restoring Fulvic Elixir too! I keeps my skin healthy. All in all Bright is a beautiful oasis tucked right into The North End. I highly recommend them. Both Heather and Diane are great.

I cannot stop telling anyone and everyone who will listen to me about Bright Esthetics! They were recommended by my esthetician for laser hair removal (IPL). My sister actually went in for a consultation and called me right after to tell me how affordable the price was for a package and I ended up calling in that same day to make my appointment. I see Diane and she gave me the option for a consult then to come back for the first appointment or to do the consult and first session the same day. I ended up doing the consult and my first appointment in the same day and was in and out within the hour. The pricing is very fair for what is around the area. Also, they recommend that you get a package (I went with 6 sessions) and it cheaper to do it this way. I was able to get an amazing deal for six sessions of brazilian and armpits. I have tattoos and Diane is able to cover them with stickers or a towel to ensure that the laser does not hit any tattoos. I won't lie, the treatment can be slightly uncomfortable at times but Diane is extremely aware of the settings and will ask often if it is uncomfortable or needs to be adjusted. Also, the hand piece that they use has a cooling feature so if there is a sensitive area, she can cool this before the "zap" and cool it right after. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you are considering laser hair removal I would 100% recommend you give them a call and check them out. They also have other services available but I have not tried them...yet!

I just had my third experience at Bright Esthetics and I could not be happier with the incredible results I have seen!!! To be honest I was hesitant to write a review because I was referred to them for an issue that I'm a little self conscious about, but after seeing the results I HAD to share my experience. Both Heather and Diane are incredibly sweet and relatable - very professional while somehow making you feel like an old friend you've known for years. I felt very comfortable opening up to them about the red patches on my upper arms that have plagued me since childhood. I am so self conscious about this that I NEVER wear tank tops, even in the dead of summer. But I'm getting married in July and of course my wedding dress is sleeveless....I needed to do something to feel more confident on our big day. Thankfully I was referred to Heather, and she and Diane took it from there! I was so nervous my first visit. I was afraid they were going to tell me there was nothing that could be done. Instead, Heather patiently explained the treatment options available and then tested a portion of the affected area to see how my skin responded. She wouldn't accept payment that day - which really blew me away. It showed me how dedicated they are to building their customer base through proof - not just promise - of results!! My skin responded positively to the test area, so the following week she performed microdermabrasion and then a photo-rejuvenation treatment to my upper arms and the results were incredible. The red patches were broken up and significantly faded! After my 2nd treatment today they are at least 50% improved. I'm truly just blown away! I know anyone reading this review is already considering medical treatments for whatever it is that you want corrected (which is why you are reading this) - so we understand each other....it is scary as hell to put yourself out there and ask for help, seeking results you believe are unattainable. But they ARE attainable. And also surprisingly affordable! I am so thankful I was referred to Heather and Diane. Mine may seem like a small issue to some, but it bothered me enough that I haven't gone sleeveless since I was a child. They gave me a simple solution to what was a huge problem in my life and I will be forever grateful!!!
